I have lived at Avalon Columbia Pike for about six months now and I am so happy with my choice. The leasing staff was so helpful throughout the process of finding an apartment home that would be the right fit for my boyfriend and I. Not only were they friendly and available for questions after our self guided tour, they also stayed in touch with us post-tour letting us know when apartments within our price range and move-in date became available.Since living here, the customer service has continued to be 5-star. From the maintenance staff, to the leasing office, the concierge staff and the cleaning staff, everyone has been so kind and helpful, greeting us with a smile and a hello every time we see them. Though the entire staff has been great, Jaime Ramirez sticks out. He goes above and beyond for residents and he does so with positivity and genuine care. Chatting with Jaime daily is always a pleasure!Service aside, the apartment itself has also been everything we hoped for. Our unit gets plenty of natural light, and though we have neighbors on both sides of us and above us, we very rarely ever hear any noise. There is a great coffee shop right across the street and other retail and restaurants within walking distance. We’re also just about a mile from the highway and 4 miles from DC. If you’re looking for an apartment in the Arlington area, I highly recommend Avalon Columbia Pike!

Toured Avalon Columbia Pike when I first moved to Arlington and it was the best experience working with a leasing office that Ive had with a leasing office after touring 15+ places in the area. Ron from the leasing office was so nice & helpful to my roommate & I and he was always ready to answer any question we had. We literally looked forward to working with Ron because he was so genuine & really wanted us to end up in the perfect place. Couldnt say enough kind words about this experience!

WOW JUST WOW! The maintenance team is AMAZING. I was going down a stairwell and my keys fell in a small nook in the wall. For weeks, I contemplated on what I would do. I tried to stick a magnet down there to retrieve my keys, and I asked a member of maintenance if they could get it and was told they couldnt. I called to the leasing office again about my keys and got the maintenance supervisor, Guy. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to retrieve my keys. Where it was was apparently inaccessible, but Guy and Juan cut a hole in the wall to get my keys. It saved me over $700 - the cost to replace my car key, and not to count the cost of replacing my house keys, the keys to my parents house and my work key. This was the most amazing thing that Guy and Juan could have did, they certainly made my day and took my experience with Avalon Columbia Pike to a whole different level. Words cannot express how grateful I am, and I wish there was more than a post that I could do to show my appreciation

This building is just the top place to live. You will feel at home from the first day you move in. The staff is very friendly and professional. I have lived here for almost 3 years now and truly love it here. The management is organized and communicates well. Everyone that works here is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy. The maintenance team is awesome, John and Edwin always complete maintenance requests the same day and make sure that you are happy with the result before they leave. Nikki from management is so friendly and communicative, and she truly wants to make Avalon Columbia Pike a great place to live. The concierge Jaime makes my day every time I see him. He is so friendly and positive, even if I’m having an awful day, he makes me smile. Jaime feels like a genuine friend that I am excited to see any time I walk into the lobby! Overall, this place has taken great care of its residents, even through the pandemic. I am so glad I chose this place to live for many reasons (amenities, location, apartment size, pet friendly, etc), but the people that work here truly make it a wonderful place to live. I am so grateful for the employees here for making Avalon Columbia Pike feel like home!

The concierge team is overall very helpful on any issue but the most consistent, friendly and helpful concierge at the front desk is Jaime Ramirez. He goes above and beyond to help all of the residents on any issue or need that arises. He truly is the star on the entire team and without him this rating would not be as high.

Ive lived here for almost a year and absolutely love it! The staff is friendly and professional, and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they started greeting me by name even when were wearing masks because of COVID. I greatly appreciate how proactive theyre about keeping the place clean and everything running smoothly. During a regular maintenance check up, they found out my garbage disposal was not working properly and they replaced it with a brand new one to avoid any issues. I moved in the middle of the pandemic and Jaime, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Jaime is authentic, warm and is always willing to help with a smile on this face. Its a true pleasure to stop by and say hello to Jamie. It feels like a friend Ive known forever!  Jaime is just the best!! I had many options when I was looking for a new place, and I am so happy I chose Avalon Columbia Pike. Theyre just amazing! I have been living here for about 4 1/2 months. I’m very happy I moved here. The entire staff is so helpful and always smiling. Special mention to Jaime, Tony and Ronald that have always assisted me when needed. Maintenance requests have been handled on the same day, I haven’t had the chance to utilize the amenities but hopefully soon! :-)

Juan G on the maintenance team is AMAZING!! Omg I put in a maintenance request because my sink was leaking. As he came in, he noticed other things that needed attention, such as a few of the bulbs in my kitchen ceiling lights. He is very thorough, fast and such a pleasant person. Weve been living at Avalon Columbia Pike for a few months now - the best part of living here is absolutely the concierge. Jaime and Tony have been the faces we have seen from the day we toured this apartment building, to our move-in day, to our daily activities in and out of the building. We have loved living here. Staff is super attentive, and they make accessing amenities a breeze, even during COVID. We also had a plumbing emergency and the building staff handled it EXCEPTIONALLY. John, Edwin, and Mauricio got everything cleaned up and fixed really promptly, and Nikki the building manager came and personally checked in on us when it happened.Beyond that--regular maintenance is done to the building to keep it in tip-top shape, everything is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

My husband and I are planning on renewing our lease for the fourth year here, and we have repeatedly been impressed by the concierge staff and the awesome maintenance team.Concierge staff: Super friendly and helpful. They know me, they know my dog, and they greet us both when we come in from walks. They also know what to do when a problem arises (e.g., the time l threw my keys down the trash chute with the trash) and I am continually grateful for that.The maintenance team: Ive called them for little things (light bulbs), and larger, more urgent things (dishwasher malfunctioned, the kitchen was filling up with water, and I couldnt figure out how to turn the water off). Theyve always been polite, friendly, professional, and there to help when needed.Im guessing many of us arent at our best when something we depend on breaks down unexpectedly, but the maintenance team here always handles it adeptly and with grace.Overall - I have only positive things to say about our experience living here and the staff is truly exceptional.

We moved to Avalon in September. These are great apartments in a great area. Best of all is the staff. If I have a maintenance request it is resolved quickly. The office staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Also want to admit the concierge Jaime Ramirez, he always greets us with a smile, his responsiveness and willingness to answer any questions to help is very satisfying and makes me feel good about staying here. I have no complaints about living here, and I dont have anything I would change. Highly recommend to live in Avalon Columbia Pike!:)

I’ve had such a positive experience moving into this community! Wendy was helpful and attentive from the very start, and I felt completely prepared on move-in day. Jaime, one of the concierges, is a superstar! He really goes above and beyond and you can depend on him to help if you need anything. I couldn’t say better things about the staff I’ve come across so far, and the building itself is super clean and well-run. Love my unit. Would recommend to anyone!

Been here since 2018; management and maintenance has been great, no big issues with my unit itself, convenient location within walking distance of a lot, the Amazon lockers downstairs has been a great addition (I know people that live elsewhere where package theft is a huge problem, none of that here). I live on a higher floor, and have no issues with flooding. No issues with noise either.There are some minor annoyances; seemingly constant construction (at least theyre fixing things and doing preventative maintenance, though) and cars always seem to be parked in the driveway, making it a bit unsafe.All in all, as long as this fits my needs and pricing stays reasonable, I plan on remaining a resident.

I have lived in 3 different apartment building since moving to Arlington and this was by far my favorite. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The maintenance requests are serviced same day. The cleaning staff does a great job at keeping the building in great condition and also keeping the high touch areas and the gym clean during COVID. There are always plenty of parking spaces in the garage as well as free and paid street parking. The apartments themselves are nicely updated and very comfortable (we love having a washer & dryer in our room). The building is well maintained and they are regularly doing maintenance to the building. The list of updates they have done to the building in the past year is long. The building is so well insulated that we did not even need to turn our heat on at all last winter. I wish I could speak to the pool but COVID kept it closed last year. I can say it looks beautiful at night with the pool lights on in the summer time! I highly recommend an interior facing unit with a balcony, it is quiet and you get beautiful views of the sunset.

I have lived at Avalon Columbia Pike for 1.5 years now. The maintenance , concierge desk, and property management staffs are all always courteous and prompt in fulfilling my requests. In particular, Jose Edwin Rodriguez does a fantastic job with completing any maintenance requests. Jaime at the Concierge desk is wonderful with any guests and getting packages to me. The property management staff answer any of my inquiries and get results.

8/3 Update: Had an issue with the garbage disposal and entered a maintenance request. They were able to get back to me reasonably quick. Juan Guerrero came in and totally saved the day! He was able to explain what had happened and how to fix it in the future. The service took maybe 15 minutes and it was the easiest experience. Not that I’m hoping for more maintenance issues, but if they do come up it’s comforting knowing they can fix it quick. Thanks again Juan!I have only lived at Avalon Columbia Pike for a short time but I can already see why they have 4.5+ star reviews. I have been enjoying my interactions with the staff here and in particular Jaime Ramirez. It seems that whenever I am going downstairs or outside, Jaime is there to greet me. He is an absolute beast when it comes to helping me, even taking some time out to help with a parking pass. Very glad that he is here!On to the building itself, it is very nicely maintained and so far the only amenities I have tried are the gym which is nice and clean and took a peek in the lounge. The parking garage can get full but finding a spot has never been an issue as there is plenty of space for everyone. Im not sure about other floors but it seems the only time I hear people is when they are walking past the door, very quiet which is something I was not expecting but is appreciated.I think the location has the be the star of this community. Being right in between 50 and 395 is too convenient. Not to mention the amazing dining that is around (Bangkok 54, Tortas y Tacos, Rincome and many more that we cannot wait to try), its almost too easy to eat out. Grocery stores are within walking distance, Walgreens is right across the street and there really isnt anything else that you wouldnt be able to find on the Pike with a quick drive or even walking.I saw a few places when choosing where to move, and I think I definitely made the right choice!

ATTENTION ALL VETERANS, my fiancé and I have lived here with our son for 8 years and we were just given a notice from the attorney for Avalon stating our landlord does not wish to offer us a renewal. I phoned our property manager, Nikki, who offered no explanation. She is aware that my fiancé, a combat wounded vet and myself, a medical provider are both out of work due to COVID, and that we have a son. We were given NO reason for our non renewal letter and were referred to their attorneys. After speaking with their attorney, they had no idea what the reason was. This building discriminates against veterans and tenants with disabilities, as they are aware.

I wish I could describe Avalon Columbia Pike with more than 5 stars. Everyone here is helpful and amazing. Hiram is always helping with great suggestions & his engaging personality at the front desk, and Tony for answering my millions of questions about my apartment. Maintenance... John, Mauricio, Jose R. are always on top of my requests and replaced my dishwasher in less than an hour after it broke.... I could go on and on, I really wish I could thank them more. Sonya helped me by introducing me to my neighbors (she’s great with names), Nikki & Omar for getting my family everything we needed in an apartment.My family and I love it here we were actually looking at a completely different community before this and Omar and Nikki sold us on this place. Have lived here for three years. There are pros and cons to this community Pros are -the storage space within the apartments -modernized updates, recently repainted hallways and installed new carpet in hallways -large windows -friendly concierge -maintenance staff are super nice and quickly attend to maintenance requests -large kitchens -one of the tallest buildings in the area so pretty good views/light from most apartments (Ive lived in two units on different floors and sides of the building) -quiet neighborhood with some great local restaurants/coffee shops Cons are: - thin walls, you can hear everything your neighbors are saying and every door that opens/closes - amenities are fine but nothing special - kitchen cabinet shelves sometimes fall down, maintenance even admits that it happens often. Frustrating to have dishes fall down/out and break - last year a scaffolding project went on for over a year and was only supposed to take a few months, nothing was offered to residents as compensation for the all day grinding noises - can be hard to get a parking spot late at night - management increases price for lease renewal significantly but lists comparable apartments for much less, doesnt seem to be a huge interest in keeping current residents -not easily metro accessible, would recommend having a car

Weve been living in the apartment complex for over 3 years now and I really cant find any issues with how this building is ran.Especially in their maintenance and cleaning teams; the people who work in this building are top tier people professionally. Whenever there is an issues in my unit they respond quickly and will fix the problem within hours.I normally dont leave reviews on anything but I would really like to thank the maintenance team for being cautious during the pandemic by wearing their masks, covered shoes and gloves when they came in today to install a new ceiling light we had ordered for our living room.They were most patient and very helpful.

As noted in many reviews, all staff here are amazing from the sales manager to all the front desk staff to the cleaning staff. But what really makes these apartments stand out is the incredible maintenance staff! I have 2 daughters so weve had issues with overloaded electrical panels, broken shelving units, jammed garbage disposal, and repeated blocked drains (both daughters have long, thick hair). Every time I put in a request, it is dealt with promptly and efficiently - and remarkably, cheerfully. This morning, Edwin came to clean out a completely stopped kitchen drain. It was a tough job, requiring more than just clearing the trap; he had to snake it out from somewhere deep down in the pipes. He hauled in plastic to cover the floor, did the dirty, messy job, cleaned everything up - and told me to not be harsh on my daughters because its hard to tell what caused it or if anyone was at fault. Efficient, professional, and understanding. Thank you, Edwin!

My five stars are not for the building itself but for the main concierge, Jaime. When he started with the building I could already tell a difference from people who had been there in the past. He is personable, kind, and really goes above and beyond getting to know and helping residents. He always asks about our family and checks in and just has all around great energy. Due to COVID restrictions I couldn’t come to see the apartment in person so Omar went out of his way to send me photos of the unit I was interested in and connect me with this specific complex’s management team.Nikki— another person who puts in the extra effort to remember and familiarize herself with the community’s tenants... has just been awesome. Answers emails at lightening speed and doesn’t let anything fall through the cracks. She sent me measurements of the units common areas and an updated floor plan. I have never written a negative review before but this is warranted. Either a whole bedroom or our entire apartment has been uninhabitable for 12 out of 31 days in the month of July due to flooding. Maintenance has tried to fix it and this problem has now recurred. Kudos to the maintenance team who are all kind and do their best to address problems quickly. However, this level of flooding is a building design problem. Senior management should be taking over and communicating regularly with residents. Accept responsibility, investigate properly, and fix the real problem. Residents should be financially compensated for the loss of use of their homes. Most renters insurance policies do not cover rainwater flooding, which leaves renters completely trapped. DO NOT MOVE HERE until this problem has been fixed. Once fixed, I would absolutely change my review, as the building staff is kind, the amenities are very nice, and the location is wonderful.

Ive lived in the Avalon Columbia Pike (formally The Halstead) since 2011 and although Im having major structural damage and repair issues, most of the staff has been very accommodating. My experience with this apartment has gone down hill over the years I have spent. The leasing office staff has great communication issues and one of them is extremely rude, the construction noise from the building has been going on for a year now, they charge you full amenities prices with only limited availability. The unit I was in before the one I’m currently in room was flooded. Smells like dog Urine all around the side of the building and so on. This will be the last time I ever stay at this location. I attempted to break my lease but unfortunately they’re not allowing anyone to do so. Avalon bay Columbia pike is not a place I recommend living.

Where to begin...The Property Manager, Nikki, is INCREDIBLE!!! So friendly, kind, patient and easy to talk to and work with when there is a issue, 5-stars do not do a justice for how much time and effort she has put into the Avalon Columbia Pike Apartments and residents.The Maintenance staff is top-shelf! If you have an issue they are there to fix it, so quick it puts Bob The Builder to shame. On Fall days, they are blowing the leaves off the sidewalk or picking up trash in the road or against the building. 5/5stars for these and the cleaning staff!The Apartment complex- it’s modern, cozy and a place I’ve called home for almost 2 years. I recommend it to anyone. The ONLY thing I have an issue with is the size of the pool/number of pool chairs do not compliment the number of residence, so at times you’ll have to wait, share or turn around and go inside.All in all— give Avalon Columbia Pike some consideration when selecting a home, you won’t regret it.

Wendy Moody, the Leasing Manager went above and beyond to help in my apartment search. She is very knowledgeable about the area and the apartment search market in the Metro DC area. What was best about my experience with Wendy was, she took the time to listen to what I was looking for so she could properly cater to my needs. I had already done a lot of research prior to visiting, but she just open my eyes to other opportunities that were outside of my scope. Even though I was not able to find what I was looking for at Avalon Columbia Pike, she went above and beyond her job description to help me in the process of finding something suitable to my needs. She asked valuable questions that shine light on the important things in my apartment search process. She took her time to walk me through google maps of various areas in proximity to my place of work for transport. She walked me through various other options available in the area. My fiancé and I have lived here for a year and we have very much enjoyed our time. The apartment we rented was very nice, and the price was great compared to similar apartments in the area. The gym is beautiful, the community room gave us the opportunity to host a family get-together (pre-covid of course!), and the concierge team is outstanding. We loved being greeted by folks like Jaime and Sonya, who are extremely warm and welcoming. The leasing office has been very helpful and responsive to anything we’ve needed, and the cleaning staff as well as maintenance crew are the best! We are sad to be leaving the community, as the neighbors are also friendly and interactive. We would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to live in the Columbia Pike corridor.

Wendy is extremely knowledgeable, possesses great customer service skills, and truly cares about the residents.While she never once pressured me into making a decision, she always kept me up to date on what was available. She even stayed late one night to give me a tour of the outside courtyard in the POURING RAIN! While Avalon seems like a great place to live, It was Wendy who sealed the deal!

A wonderful property and warm community. The facility is well-run and maintained and solidly constructed with concrete floors, which means you do not hear neighbors above or below. The building is nicely finished, and due to its unique design has many interesting interior spaces, views and balconies.The staff is responsive to service requests and the concierges are consistently pleasant and helpful. The community is friendly and very accommodating to dogs. The property itself has very limited dog walk areas. However, there are two dog parks within a mile and nice neighborhoods to walk within a block.There are approximately 30 restaurants and an Arlington public library within 2 blocks and excellent bus service to the pentagon metro and a bike-share across the street.

I lived here for almost 2 years. By far one of my favorite apartments. Spacious interior, well lit garage, upgraded appliance, hard wood floors, large closets, tranquil balcony and great amenities. The only reason I moved was because I got a new job out of state. If I were still in Arlington, Id still be there. Friendly staff and concierge. NO COMPLAINTS! I actually really miss this place. 1st class all the way!

After one year, my rent went up by almost $2000 annually. I did not get a special or reduced rate when I first signed. Also, they way over sold parking and now residents who pay for parking are being told to find spaces on the street. Avalon says the parking problem is a result of an agreement with Arlington county but they are refusing to contact the county to address the situation on behalf of their residents. Lots of choices to live in this area and more on the way. Keep looking! My apologies to the Avalon staff as they are great people - just not a great management company.

My boyfriend and I recently moved in and the whole experience has been smooth and effortless thanks to the staff at Avalon. Ariel went above and beyond staying late to switch our move in date so we could move in earlier. Once we were settled in we reached out to Ariel to have a light fixture installed and the very next day Edwin, one of the maintenance guys, came by. He was great and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend living at this Avalon location

Im a new resident to Avalon Columbia Pike and without a doubt it has been the most pleasant and seamless transition into a new apartment I have ever experienced (long time renter). Ariel was very attentive to our needs, provided excellent information about the building and surroundings when we first viewed the apartment, and has been available for any questions we had during the move-in process. Whenever something needs to be fixed in the apartment maintenance is super quick to come and solve the issue. Junior, is one of the Service Team Associates who comes to our apartment and he does a fantastic job. If I put in a request hell be there the same day to handle the issue. Hes done a really great job not only with our apartment, but Im sure other units around the building.

If you are looking to move in soon - AVOID this building. Property is under construction since last summer. Prepare yourself to wait in the line in the morning to get out from garage. Construction vehicles and boxes are around driveway. Workers are blocking the entire road. Find attached view from my window and view in the hall way - these will be your daily routine(not mentioning sound and smell). Elevators on East part of the building were broken for three months and even now after they fix it it is on and off. Leasing department associates are lazy and playing on the phones all the time . Many times I called from my apartment to ask question or submit inquiry and been told that they are so busy and I have to call later, however when I go downstairs I see they are on the phones watching movies and rolling eyes up, especially former property manager. I can go more and more about total unprofessionalism and high raised rent price for such a poor quality building. Give yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

I worked with Ariel Webb to find the perfect apartment and she helped make my transition as smooth as possible and was readily available throughout the entire process. I’ve lived at Avalon Columbia Pike for the past 3 years, and it was bittersweet leaving. Now like many other apartments complex communities there is always ups and downs.So let me start with the positives.The staff (maintenance, cleaning services team, concierge and leasing staff) are extraordinary people and go above and beyond. Especially the maintenance team, I will truly miss seeing John. I always knew if something came up in my apartment he would be there pronto.The amenities, believe it or not pre CoVid, the gym, pool and business center are wonderful resources I used regularly. Always kept in top condition.The leasing staff has always been so forthcoming with issues or changes within the community, and really do the best to assist all the residents.The location, so convenient and not to mention garage parking was only $50 a month, almost unheard of in this area.The community is very clean and well kept by the amazing staff.The security of the community, I always felt safe. I work as a nurse and have worked odd hours. Whether I got home at 8pm or 4am, I always felt safe getting home.No bugs, no critters, nothing! The only issue I had once was ants, but I communicated this to concierge and it was the next day I had the exterminator over. Never had any other issues. And that’s super rare to find in the city.The amazon hub locker is a GOD SEND! It makes my life so much easier to know my packages are safe.And as many, I too have been affected financially from CoVid 19. With potential furloughing, I decided to end my lease early. The leasing office and Avalon in general has been so amazing in helping me in the time of uncertainty. Really giving me ease in this stressful time.Now the negatives:And for me, I am just bias, so take it as you will. There is constant upgrading, scaffolding and repairs being done which is a good, but this was a constant issue for me. So when I worked nights, my bed time would be 6am. Drilling and hammering would begin as early as 8am.The funny thing, is in my 3 years I NEVER had any noise issues from my neighbors, it was just from construction.The parking. So this was a HUGE issue this year. But b1 used to be free for shopping, visitors etc since the park mobile machines were down for a good 4 years. But now it is being enforced by Arlington County. So with that being said, a large majority of residents never paid for parking and now needed to park on residential parking. With such a high transition, parking spaces ran out. Meaning we couldn’t even have guest parking. Needing to create waiting list. Unless they paid on b1, which is pricey! This was very frustrating and disappointing. It was more stressful than anything for my guests, and family. It was no longer a “guest friendly” for me. The only option was street parking, which is scarce to find at times.Slight flooding in my studio apt. So when my neighbors balcony drain was clogged or it was storming with heavy rain, I would on occasion have small puddle of water seep in through my floor. As much as the maintenance team has helped me out (bless John, seriously such an angel) we never have been able to completely fix the problem.My last year of renting here has been simply okay. There has been a lot of just issues that the community cannot solely be blamed for. Such as the flooding earlier this year that took down the east side of the building’s elevator for 3 months to fix. The now two times I’ve lost my food due to dominion power having issues. And my reoccurring slight floor flooding.Don’t get me wrong, Avalon Columbia Pike has been such a joy to live at 2 out of 3 years. I’ve made such amazing memories, friendships and met my amazing partner my time here. And I will always have a special place in my heart for this community. It’s a great start out for any young professionals, families and university students. But just like anything else be an educated consumer and all should be well. And remember there are always hiccups.

I really enjoy living in this building and at this convenient location. Concierge is very important to me because it is the first people and last people you see everyday. The staff at the concierge,Tyanna and Megan truly make the living experience so much more enjoyable. Megan goes above and beyond to address any need and she responds very quickly to any issue/concern; Her customer service skills are impeccable. The Maintenance team is also super helpful and responsive. The building is also very clean on a consistent basis which is big plus. You will definitely enjoy living here.

👍 Best apartment experience ever. I had guessed this was a great location, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent staff and the building. You can walk to many restaurants, shops, Giant grocery store, library, etc. Transit is very convenient -- Virginias busiest bus corridor is right outside, and its a short ride or drive to Pentagon City, Clarendon, Courthouse, Del Ray, etc. Also convenient to I-395 for commuting by car. Underground parking garage is a great amenity and includes plenty of free spaces for guests. Megan the concierge knows everyones name. Meghan the manager keeps residents informed and proactively does improvements/upkeep. Maintenance is responsive and very helpful -- they even volunteered to hang my light fixture. The building is well-maintained with quality finishes. Also love having the outdoor BBQ grills. Even my lease renewal offer was very reasonable. No complaints!

After almost 9 years here at Avalon-Columbia Pike (and looking forward to more time here), we really know what a difference top flight maintenance personnel make in our lives in both small and big ways. The great, thoughtful and always top level professional service provided by EDWIN has been extraordinary and deserves special praise and recognition.
