Our front-load clothes washer was leaking intermittently. Tech was able to get us in only two days after we called. He did a wonderful task investigating and was also helpful in explaining what he was doing and communicating about good washer (and dryer) maintenance. He found the leak (tiny hole in the boot/bellow) and replaced it. Would gladly work with him again!
