Lumber liquidators had very friendly people helping. The products were really good in quality. Unfortunately, you should do better with whom you advertise as contractors to install those flooring. Need to check into them more because we were given a company, All Pro Flooring (Pat), and they are not at all good quality. They installed the floors, part way, and there were several dents and instead of saying that they dont know what they are doing, they blamed lumber liquidators for the poor quality flooring. No communication on when they will be back. But more concerned in blaming lumber liquidators. These are people you shouldnt want to do business with.

Went into Lumber Liquidators because we were doing new floors throughout the house. Kyle helped me pick new flooring, baseboards, trim. He was extremely helpful because he broke down the pros and cons of vinyl and lament flooring. Thomas had been super helpful and tried his best to make sure my project is covered.When the price came down, he quickly validated the price and followed up with a credit with the help from his team members immediately. When returning excess materials, he is fast and easy to deal with.I will surely consider them again for my 3rd project in the near future an recommend them to my friends.

Way over priced. We prefer Floor and Decor. The estimate was way to high. They charged for every little thing. Other tradesman said they had a bad experience also. No way would I deal or refer Lumber Liquidators.

Looked on line and found the perfect vinyl plank flooring at the store. The site told me there were 10 boxes available. Hustled over there and found out they really only had 3 boxes. So, frustrated I decided to go ahead and pick a porcelain floor tile. Guess what? Have to order it and takes 2 weeks. Upset I left the place and headed over to Lowes. They had the vinyl plank flooring I needed with no problem and at a lower price. Dont waste your time. Customer service reps didnt care either.

Don’t bother going here if you want the best quality for the best prices . We found their wood flooring way more expensive than the large home improvement stores. Perhaps thru have a few more styles , but you can easily find a good variety and the same or better quality at cheaper prices at the big 3 home improvement stores.

I thought they worked on commission with how hard the kid was working, he sent me pics to my cell phone of odd lots at other stores and did way more than expected for a 500 square foot sale. I told him it was a rental unit and an unexpected cost. The plumbers were expensive and that I needed to be keep the price down and it had to be in stock. 3 hours later he was still looking for stuff when he had time. Gabriel awesome job. When I got to the second Lumber Liquidators I had completely forgotten to let him know to put it on hold for me and I really wanted to make sure that he got credit for the sale and to my surprise the salesman at the second store told me they were not even on commission

Blonde guy at register with glasses was incredibly rude to my wife and I when we came to pick up our order that we paid for. He said we should have called so the order could be put together. We said our store in the city did and he snapped Yeah, well they didnt. And stormed off to find that our order was put together already. Not the kind of treatment you want when youre throwing down a thousand dollars to support their business.

Terrible experience. Just left the store after the guy told us to wait because he needs to finish with a customer that was there first after he stopped talking to us to take care of that guy and we waited 20 min and didnt seem they were close to being done. Will never be back again. Lost my husbands business and he does construction. And very rude btw. Took a couple of phone calls while we were there and very unpleasant to people over the phone as well.

Was interested in an item I saw on the website, the sale price wasnt listed, so I asked about it. At first he thought it wasnt the same item (it was) then asked me how many square feet I needed (clearly how theyre graded, by sales of square feet). When I told him I needed 410sq/ft, he told me he could only honor the sale price if I bought at least 800sq/ft. I might try another location where theyre not lying to increase sales...

One of my worst customer experiences ever and I did not spend more than 15 mins in the store and another 20 mins trying to track them down by phone. I paid $25 for some one to come out and measure my floor plan for a floor installation. Never heard back from them till 3 days later when they said I must physically go down to the store to get the quote and it is too ‘complex’ to provide a written estimate by email or a verbal one by phone. When I insisted they give me one over the phone since I stay 30 mins away from them, they just hung up on me. I had to call them and insist before they flippantly gave me a quote and decided to cut me off. Glad that I only spent $25. I dread to think what kind of response and service I would have received after paying them a few grand for an installation.BTW they also refused to show me any samples at the store and said it was in the warehouse and they couldn’t pull it out. The warehouse is sitting right behind the store and in the same building. I should have checked the reviews here before I bothered to drive to the store. Never buying anything from them when I have tons of options much closer to me.

We were in need of some crucial pieces to our flooring. Kyle was incredibly helpful and managed to even get the items shipped out to us in no time at all. Very impressed and happy with the service that he had provided!

I visited here in Jan to consider flooring options for my basement. At the time, I did not fully determine how much to re-tile. Moreover, my contractor had not given me his work schedule either. However, the manager assured me that I could return the unused portion for a full credit as long as the tiles are in decent shape. When I had questioned him again about the limited return period of 90 days, he reassured me that he will take them back for a full credit as long as I return them before summer. He added that the tiles I was considering is on sale at the moment and so I should make the purchase now and consider returning unused portion later.Well, as with a number of contractors, there was a long delay. The basement is finally finished and, of course, there were leftover materials.I just called the manager to arrange for the return and he has an amnesia about our conversation. Jim, the manager, simply hid behind the company policy, which states that after 90 days only store credit can be issued.Hence, for those considering to purchase goods from here, just be wary of the promises that the sales people, even the manager, make. They are no better than the used car sales people, who lack integrity. Jim needs to understand that he may have saved a few hundred dollars by refusing my return, which he had promised to do, he just lost thousands of dollars of additional purchase that I had planned to make for my kitchen floor: Penny wise, dollar foolish. Had he offered me the full credit, and not just store credit, I wouldve used the funds in his store anyway; it was about the principle...or the lack thereof!

At the store for 20 min and still waiting for assistance. When approached clerk, he said he is bussy with other customer. The only reason I am still waiting for merchandise is because it is already late and other stores may be closing. Will make sure to take my money somewhere else .

The bamboo flooring that I bought is beautiful...too bad it is of VERY poor quality. Installed by a very experienced professional, but as a floating floor over a slab (with the top-end moisture barrier underlayment), this floor separates up to a half inch at about a dozen places throughout my living room every winter. I have a whole-house humidifier and the house is at at least 40% Rh all year. I attempted to claim this defect with LL, but to no avail. They simply refused to acknowledge that their material was defective. Ill never give them a nickel of my business again.
