I never write reviews or post online. However, the personalized service that I received from both Tom and Neil was absolutely outstanding and deserving of my time to write this. They treated me like family and went above and beyond at every step. They explained all the options and gave fantastic advice on what made sense to do for my car. Now the work…my car was done perfectly and I mean perfectly! We decided on a vinyl wrap, powder coated wheels, chrome blackout, tinted windows, and a ceramic coating to protect it all. Thank you DPS for an incredible job. I truly appreciate the craftsmanship and detail you put in. DPS is the place to go for quality work done right.

The customer service was amazing. From planning the project to receiving parts and pictures along the way, I could not be happier with the outcome of this project. The parts were the best of the best and they held true to their timeline. I am looking forward to making this the first of many projects with DPS and would highly recommend over other shops.

After purchasing the truck of my dreams, I was anxious to start making her my own. I had a few things on my list but first I wanted to get paint protection film installed to protect against scratches. I called a place in Glenview but their pricing was outrageous. A friend told me about DPS so I passed by one day.The place is clean and organized. I spoke to Tom who gave me a very good price on what I wanted done; he even talked me out of applying the film on some areas, telling me to save my money. Most places try to oversell so they can make more money. Impressed by Tom’s honesty I started mentioning other things I was planing for my truck; to my surprise, DPS did those things too. At the end, I was able to cross off nearly everything off my to-do list.1. Applied paint protection film to the full front (bumper, grill, headlights, hood), front fenders, all fender flares, rear bumper, tailgate, door edges, and door handle cups. Afterwards they applied Ceramic Coating to the entire truck including the windows and wheels.2. While looking at other cars being worked on, I noticed a Range Rover being wrapped. I loved the look and had them wrap my roof black. They even installed a decal on my sunroof that I had purchased and planned to do myself. I also had them tint the front windows to enhance the look.3. I wanted a DashCam that also recorded when the truck was parked. He helped me pick one that also recorded out the back window and did a very clean install.4. I had a radar detector on the windshield and asked if he cold mount and power it from the rear view mirror. He showed me a better radar/laser detector system that was that could be discreetly installed behind the bumper and provided much better protection. That too was installed very professionally.5. Eventually I was planning on buying and installing a tonneau cover myself; at least before winter arrived. Of course they do that too and saved me the headache.I am very happy with the work performed at DPS. After all the part were in, I left my truck there a couple of days for the work to be done. I can’t describe the smile on my face when I went to pick her up and saw the final product. Had ceramic coating and tinted windows done on my 2021 Silverado. Came out great. This is the third time I have had them do work. Easy to schedule, great prices and great work.

Dps Automotive is the right place for you aftermarket car needs. The level of service and professionalism is not common in todays world. The knowledge of The individual services is also not common I would bring my car nowhere else for this type of work. I had them do a blackout package on my 2018 Cadillac and it came out perfect.Gerald

Great service from start to finish. Being the middle of winter, we were looking for an autostart feature for our VW Jetta. ABT electronics quoted us significantly higher due to additional hardware needed and at the loss of one of the keys. Even Best Buy earliest availability was over a month out and required additional hardware. Research lead me to find DPS are Compustar dealers which I would not suggest anything else for VW. They got us in and out, did not need sacrifice a spare key, and even had a few other options. Also was impressed with the cleanliness and sanitation of everything. They are worth consideration for many other services they provide.

I was told by young lady that they dont do radio installation anymore

He understood my request and offered to do it right away at no extra charge. I really appreciate his customer service and recommend Dps Automotive for any auto electric related work.

Great customer service! Had an issue with my remote starter (Viper) not working properly due to hardware not working with todays 4G technology. DPS guided me through the whole process of obtaining the latest module from Viper, and then installed the new module immediately once I received. It now works great and DPS made the process as easy as possible for me. Thank you!

I had a new stereo put in from DPS in wheeling I was extremely pleased with their customer service and the quality of work that was done.I was updated on the progress and I was very happy the job was finished when they said is would be. Also to my surprise I got my car back cleaner then I dropped it off. Thank DPS Team I will recommend you to all my friends.

Overall a great place for cheap furniture. There is a little bit of everything, but the way things are set up and how big it is it can take a while to find what you are looking for. I would recommend going on a weekday because of how crowded it is on a weekend. If you have a fuel efficient car you are in luck because of reserved parking up front.

We had a few problems with our Viper Remote Start installed by DPS through Brian Bemis Toyota (which we purchased this through). After taking it back three times, it still did not work properly, but our technician (we own a service company) didnt mention it not working properly until the vehicle was assigned to new personnel over three years later. Even though it was well past the warranty period, DPS Owner Tom arranged for the repair of this (even through another provider in another state as we have moved to Colorado)! We are very happy to finally have things working properly and am grateful that Tom and DPS was able to get this issue resolved. Thank you Tom!

Unbelievably bad customer service. Called to have a remote start system looked at, before I could even explain what was going on and talk about payment I was told I dont want to helpOn top of this, I have seen systems wired in vehicles and it is the farthest thing from professional that there is.Would not recommend.

Have been using DPS for years. They never fail to give me top notch service and quality workmanship. Tom and his staff provide professional service and quality. From the basics to the extreme, they have never disappointed me.

Terrible tint job, they have no clue what theyre doing. Where to start... Had to take my brand new car back for second time as there were about thirty dust bubbles in each window. Second time around was worse, but they also caused over a thousand dollars in damage to my car and deny half of it. They melted my vinyl or sanded it, jacked up window stripping, threw some keys on the roof scratching it, gouged the fender, scuffed the trunk lid, left a puddle in my trunk, left quarter inch uneven gaps in windows, huge bubbles in rear window. Most of the damage could have been avoided with just a little bit of care. Really regret ever working with these guys, hate leaving a bad review but this job couldnt have been done or handled worse. Got work redone elsewhere and it is perfect. Then I found out DPS redid the drivers window with a cheaper tint. Do yourself a favor and shop around.

Did a great job in my miata. I had my headunit and speakers upgraded for a reasonable price. Danny was so helpful in showing me my options according to my budget. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

They are surgeons. If you care about the details like I do, then this is the place for you. Headrest TVs on my wifes Durango and Built in Radar Detector with a laser jammer for my Hellcat. Youll never know they took it apart. Very clean and professional. Very competitive prices. If you appreciate great workmanship and attention to detail, then this is the place for you.

My experience was the worst her, the girl at the front counter was very rude and unfriendly. Acted like she was annoyed I was there. Thier quote to remove my tints was triple everyone else and its like they gave me a ridiculous price just to get rid of me. Would never recommend
