I was so pleased with the service I received from All Flood and Fire. They responded quickly when our flooring contractors found mold as they ripped up the old floor damaged by a faulty GE dishwasher. The technician, Juan Neri, shared the process of the remediation, explained it the meter readings. He came every day to monitor the progress and He called 30 minutes before coming which was appreciated. I would highly recommend this company if you find yourself in need.

I had heard good things about this company’s fire and flood restoration services. You never think it will happen to you but I had a fire in my Chicago, IL home earlier this year and ended up needing to call them. I felt like they were very fairly priced because the work they did in my home was just outstanding. If I ever need them again I won’t hesitate to call.

Within 20 minutes of Bobs call, he was at our home. He came prepared to walk in with booties covering his shoes, mask, and asking all the right questions. He was thorough, sharing his pictures and expertise and definitely calming my concerns. His willingness to do whatever I felt comfortable with was reassuring...and called the property manager with his results and pictures. While I hope I dont have the issue again, I would HEARTILY give All Flood # Fire Clean Up an A+ for service!

They came out to help with a frozen pipe that burst in the early hours and I was so impressed on how quickly they responded and how professional the technician was who came by. Joann reached out to us later in the day to answer any questions regarding the process itself of the insurance claim. From start to finish, I felt valued and important. A++!

I needed mold treatment after finding some growing in my bathroom. My sister had All Flood & Fire do some work for her a while back and she liked them so I called. I have to admit I was pretty demanding with them since I have severe allergies but I was worried for no reason because you can’t even tell there ever was mold. They really are that good.

They were fantastic! They were fast, easy to schedule, very responsive, very thorough, and came back daily to check the levels in our basement. They greatly exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend!

Cornelio and his team did a fantastic job of containing the water damage caused by a leak in our condo roof. They identified where the damage had occurred (even inside walls where it was not visible), removed soaked drywall and insulation, dehumidified the affected carpet and walls, sanitized the air, and cleaned the carpet, working in a way that was quick, efficient, thorough, reassuring, and good-natured. I cant imagine that the job could have been done better!

I don’t think anyone else could have been any quicker than these guys when I had to call because of a leak in my ceiling in the middle of the night. We decided to renovate our bathroom, and discovered that there was a lot of mold and water damage underneath the sink as well as the wall behind it. My home is located near water, and my basement got flooded one time. Thank goodness I found these guys. They were very swift in their work, and they also have respectful & professional staff. There was a lot to clean up with all the mold, but they cleaned everything out so fast.

We came home after a long weekend to find that a pipe had frozen and burst, flooding our entire basement. We called All Flood & Fire Clean-up & Restoration thinking that we would have to wait until the next day for a tech to come out but, to our surprise they said they had a technician that could be in route to us within an hour. He showed up quickly and despite having a long night and a lot of water to remediate he stayed positive and professional the entire time. Our next shock came when Joann let us know they could bill our insurance directly and were able to answer our questions about the claims process. Very impressed by the way these folks handle and conduct their business.

An unsupervised toddler with a box of hot wheels very quickly lead to a horrible sewer line backup in our home. In our frantic Google search, we came across All Flood & Fire Clean-up’s page and were very relieved when Bob let us know he could have a technician out to us within an hour. Thank you again for your hard work, quick response, and most of all the thorough decontamination and deodorizing done after that by some miracle got rid of the smell.

This is a great, reliable company we’ve use a few times now for water damage that occurred in our ceiling and wood floors, due to ice damning and snow that’s leaked in from our roof. They are very professional and have been able to come quickly every time we’ve needed them. They also handled everything with our insurance company flawlessly and I highly recommend them for whatever you need!

I was afraid my search for fire and water damage companies in Cook County, IL would be a difficult one, but thankfully I called All Flood & Fire first so I wasn’t searching for long. They made the entire restoration process seamless, they have great communication and do amazing work.

I called All Flood and Fire out to help me with an overflowing water heater. They showed up quickly to start removing the excess water, and had the fans set up and drying out the area in no time. Was surprised when I got a call from them to help go over what was needed to make an insurance claim since I didn’t even realize this was something I could do.

This company was excellent. Water had seeped into multiple levels & inside walls. I had no idea what to expect. Comelio & Adalid were very careful & meticulous in doing their work. They explained everything they were doing & were fine with me watching them & asking questions. Comelio even saved my hardwood floor. I had no idea that could be done. I would recommend them.

I called Bob early one morning. He was at my home within 30 minutes. I must admit that I was initially overwhelmed by the scope of the project he described. However, he was right on target. He knows how to tackle this kind of project. His crew (Juan, Corneilo, Adalid, Bernardo and Kevin) is just outstanding. They come on time, they work hard, they do an excellent job, they made sure that I was satisfied, and they are fine, good people. The vendors (dry cleaner, floor repair) Bob uses are also outstanding. This project was completed on time and the clean up exceeded my wildest dreams.

We woke up on April 30 to 6 inches of rain in our fully-finished basement. Based on reviews we saw online, we called All Flood & Fire. They were at the house within 2 hours and began work immediately. By May 2, everything was cleaned up and we were ready to start re-building our basement. Additionally, we didnt have sewer back-up insurance coverage (we do now!), and they worked with us to come up with the most economical solution. We highly recommend All Flood & Fire. Amazing!!!After having smoke damage in my house, they were very detailed in cleaning up every little thing in my house. Not only did they clean my ceiling, walls, and carpet, but everything down to the littlest detail, Like everything on my shelves, dishes, cooking utensils, including my junk drawers. They even organized everything for me. My basement was a disastrous mess before my mishap, from years of accumulating “stuff” and from teenage messes (rather embarrassing actually), and I could hardly walk into the laundry room. Somehow they straightened everything up and organized it. I feel a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders, it brought tears to my eyes. We had a fire, and this crew was amazing. They came quickly to pack our things to have them cleaned and stored. All were so friendly, and did an amazing job packing things carefully and labeling everything in boxes. We had a six month reno, and when we finally called to have ourt things delivered, they scheduled us the next day! They brought everything in, asked where to put it, unpacked items, unwrapped and set up furniture. The labeled boxes were put in the correct location. So helpful.They even put furniture pads on the legs of everything, even the piano. In addition, they delivered my dining room table and chairs to another location on my request! I was very impressed with the professionalism, attitude, and attention to detail. A special thank you to “Corn” and Juan. The whole experience was so reassuring, and non stressful. I would highly recommend this group.

I had my basement flood twice in an 18 month period. The first time I called them they came out within a couple hours and immediately started the restoration process. Cornelio Soto was very professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. So when my basement flooded the second time I called them right away (in the middle of the night) and they called me back within minutes. Again they provided quick service to restore my basement to living conditions. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys did a great job for our flooded basement! They were timely, professional, and answered all of our questions in the process. definitely recommend!

I cant say enough nice things about this company. I called them on a Sunday afternoon with water in my basement. They asked some questions and determined that it would not be covered by insurance (which I was told otherwise originally by my insurance company!). Even knowing that it would not be covered, he came out to the house within an hour to take a look. He was able to determine where the water was coming from and provided some much needed peace of mind even knowing that he would not be doing the work. That is the definition of a good businessman!

Watch out for these guys. They charged me 1500 for renting a small fan over a weekend.

Actual cost was over twice the estimate provided, refused to send drying logs for insurance claim, communication was horrible, workers destroyed my stairway carpet stating it could be repaired too (which it was, but I HAD TO PAY FOR IT). The carpet contractor they sent was rude, took forever to get me a quote, and by the time his quote came I already had home depot schedule an install for several hundred dollars less. In all fairness I thought I was hiring Chicago Water and Fire Restoration, which was who I hired last time and was an awesome company to work with, so its my fault for falling for a company with a similar name!

We had a water leak that went through 3 floors of our house. Bob came out immediately and his crew arrived the next day. Cornelio, Edwin, Luis and the rest of the crew were amazing. They were meticulous with their work and got everything dried out over a period of days. They were friendly, communicated well with me and let me know exactly what they were doing. They returned a couple of times to check on the dryers, were meticulous, and cleaned up everything and put furniture back in place before they left. Their office staff communicated well with the insurance company. These are definitely the guys to call if you have a disaster strike.

When disaster strikes in your home, you need a team like this. Bob will fight to get you back into your home the way it should be. We had a fire in our home, and next thing you know a bunch of random companies started showing up like flies. These guys literally listen to police and fire scanners waiting to prey of folks that are emotionally going through a tough time...Bob and his team was great! Their team of cleaners was second to none!

Had water damage to ceiling. contacted these folks and the owner came right away the same day to check the damage and talked me through what will happen in terms of the repair process, super honest guy. Very professional team as well.

He understood what I was feeling and had his team start right away drying the place down and getting everything back to normal. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
