Amber has done a great job cleaning our condo. She arrives on time and is very pleasant always. She takes pride in her work. She is thorough and careful and works without instruction or supervision. Above all she is delightful and a pleasure to have in our home.

Theresa from Fresh Tech Maid has been coming to our home for about 4 months and we could not be happier! We have a house with a LOT of fur (2 shedding dogs, a cat, and a husband with a beard) and its always refreshing to come home after shes visited to find smiling puppy faces and no trace of fur. When FTM first came to our home I asked for some specific things to be cleaned (specifically under all of the couch cushions, and anywhere else fur collects), I only had to ask once and they have never forgotten. I get reminders before each cleaning (every 2 weeks) and a follow up email to make sure everything went as expected. I highly recommend FTM, especially Theresa.

Glenda is great, simple as that. Beyond being highly personable, she has the work ethic you want out of someone regularly cleaning your home. She assumes nothing and regularly solicits feedback to ensure you are 100% pleased with the work. Shes very much a customer service-oriented individual who emphasizes your priorities and tries to find a little something extra to do with each visit. Fresh Tech was always amenable when I needed to reschedule cleanings.

Ive used Fresh Tech for several years now. Its a bit more costly than other cleaning companies and given the consistency and thoroughness of each cleaning, the service is priced right. Ive managed to arrange a monthly cleaning that is affordable. Its quite obvious that each technician is well trained on customer satisfaction and attention to detail. Fresh Tech covers all areas of my home.

I loved the cleaning Fresh Tech Maid did. When I came home the high traffic areas in my house looked like Id gotten new appliances. I was really wowed. I would highly recommend Fresh Tech and the fact that they are chemical free and at the same time are able to do deep cleaning are key things that are important to me. I would say Fresh Tech would be great for a gift as most of us dont need more stuff but are looking for that WOW experience. The feeling of coming home after Fresh Tech Maid was there was like coming home to vacation.

I had my first cleaning from FTM today. Glenda was great! She was on-time, professional, engaging and did a great job especially in our bathrooms. The rates seem comparable. The Fresh Tech technician was very professional. She was punctual and courteous. She worked meticulous on the bathroom surfaces and grout. The floors, especially the baseboards were spotless. What we appreciated most was the chemical free solutions used in our home. We look forward to our next Fresh Tech Maid cleaning.

Fresh Tech Maid (specifically Debbie) has been doing a great job cleaning our house for almost a year now. Every time she comes, Im confident that I will come home to a clean house. We have 3 dogs and Debbie works hard to vaccuum up all of the hair and leaves the hardwood/tiles sparkling. I also like the little touches she does like neatly folding all of our towels. Compared to the other company I have worked with. The work was ok. They only sent 2 people for my 5 bedroom houses. So the maid didn’t finished the work the company promised but charged me extra more than the other company I used.

Rachel R cleaned my apartment:I loved coming home to a clean apartment; love how everything in sight was organized, folded, stacked, arranged, etc. Kitchen was great! All the trash taken care of. Was the second bathroom floor washed or the tub? Main shower needed a little more work at the edges of the floor, the white seat and the chrome of the hand shower. Fine to leave the sheets in the washing machine. You left a black plastic beverage container in the bathroom and a green cloth on the door knob of the second bath. Should I send you the green cloth? Fresh Tech Maid has been cleaning my home monthly for the past 3+ years. If I could have them come every week, I would! The company and workers are consistently striving for continuous improvement (although its hard to improve upon already great work!), and I love coming home to a sparking clean house. The bonus: all the cleaning materials they use are eco friendly, which gives me peace of mind with two little ones running/crawling around the house. You will NOT be disappointed if you use this service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t trust this company to keep their appointment with you, much less clean your home. I booked them online, gave my credit card number on their website, and with no explanation, the day before my scheduled service, they cancel! Didn’t even call me to tell me that they cancelled. They thought that sending an email with no explanation for the cancellation is an acceptable way to do business. I was depending on their services for an important family function. Imagine if the cleaning service had happened and if there had been a problem— I probably could not have gotten any satisfaction from them, given how they do business. Don’t hire Fresh Tech Maids, they are not a reputable company.

I used Fresh Tech Maid only briefly. But, my parents and my sister have been hiring them for years. We trust them. they send us very trustworthy employees. Even when issues arise, they resolve issues very quickly. The cleaning quality is excellent.

This was our first time using a home cleaning service and we werent exactly sure what to expect. When I called to get more information, Emily, the owner, answered and was super friendly and helpful. It was clear how passionate she was about her company. We signed up for a one time cleaning to get ready for an event at our house. Emily emailed to confirm the appointment and called the morning of to give an update on a more precise time of our service, which was still within our hour window. Alyssa was assigned to us and she showed up on time and prepared. She was very friendly and started with a tour of our house for planning and asking for our priorities. She was willing to accommodate our sons naptime. She worked diligently during her time, completing within the estimated time frame, and the results were great. She cleaned up after herself and you wouldnt even know she had been there, except for the newly cleaned house! While a bit more pricy, you certainly get what you pay for, including peace of mind. I would highly recommend this service, and Alyssa particularly.

I have been using Fresh Tech Maid for nearly 5 years. I am impressed by the consistency of service quality. The other day, they gave me a Wow Day - cleaned 5 items for free. Very impressive company.

While Adrianna did a great job cleaning, she cleaned me out too. Watch out or you will be missing stuff. I should have kicked her out when I saw her going through all my drawers, but I was busy with my own chores. She took a silver and turquoise bracelet that belonged to my mother, a hand-painted plate, and a USB hub. Besides that, Fresh Tech Maids charges about twice as much as other cleaning services. Fresh Tech Maids claims to do a background check, but they didnt pick up this womans MO. Avoid them like the plague. Also, note that one of the reviews is most likely written by a relative of the owner, Wells Ye.

Having Fresh Tech Maid clean our home was such an easy and pleasant experience, and the detailed way they cleaned each area left our place looking fantastic. The maid technician was flexible, communicative, and very cooperative. Highly recommended.

I had hired Fresh Tech Maid for years, before I moved out of Chicago. I enjoyed the quality of its technicians. They are all super helpful and listen to me really well. Quality is excellent. I especailly like the fact that this company could handle my feedback really well and resoved my concerns quickly. At one time, I pointed out that the tub in master bathroom requires more work. A manager dropped by and reviewed my concern in detail. In future cleanings, the issue disappeared for good. That is why I enjoyed working with this company, because they listens.
