The hair system I got here changed my dating life dramatically. I went from getting zero matches on Tinder to getting plenty of dates and results. Great experience from the get-go. I met Sheila for my first appointment who has been with the company for 38 years now. She was very pleasant and informative. She actually makes you feel like family with no sense of pressure to sign up. I thought it would be an excellent solution to sign up and a few days later had my stylist Lucy work on my hair and the results are amazing. Hopefully the experience continues to be excellent.

My experience was more positive then I had expected. I was traveling through Chicago on vacation and wanted to experience a professional hair replacement salon. I spoke many times with Sheila as I had many questions. She was kind and thorough. I was convinced this was the place for me. My visit was the best. I got the works, new hair system, installed, some highlights, and a wicked hair cut by Lucy. My hairline creations system is my favorite and the one I wear the most. Kudos to Sheila and Lucy. I need to recognize the receptionist she triaged my many calls. Thanks for taking great care of me.

It really works, best service and all kind of guidance you need to have a good hair. I do with stylist RIMA all the time, she gives me best hairstyle and different suggestions about look and tips. Try it.

Well worth the 1 hour + drive. Beyond friendly staff that makes you feel right at home. The stylist that I used (Rima) was outstanding. She knew exactly how to execute the style that I wanted and was friendly throughout the whole process. I was nervous at the start, but once you make that first step, its well worth it.

I came to HLC from Hair Club and have been here for an year and a half. The staff is super friendly! My consultant, Sheila, took the time to really understand what I’m looking for and is always available when I have questions or making changes. My stylist, Joella, is the best stylist I’ve ever had. Joella has very good attention to detail - I am very picky - and she has never let me down. Also, the salon has a very modern look to it and the lobby (waiting area) is very comfortable. Every time I come in, I’m offered coffee water tea and snacks. A+ on every level! Thank you HLC!

Jessica Herbig (Hair Restoration Specialist) was very helpful and she explained me really good the entire concept of hair replacement. Christy (Grand Master Stylist) did a great work on my hair as per my needs. She has over 20 years of experience working here which made me very comfortable before my hair replacement. Hair quality is best. All of my friends liked my new hair style. Entire staff from front desk to Stylist is very helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I give the highest possible recommendation to Hairline Creations in Arlington Heights, Illinois for the following reasons, key amongst them the care, concern and expertise shown to me by their manager and former hair stylist, Cindy.I am a man over the age of 50 who lost all my hair about two years ago shortly after one of my sons was diagnosed with the fatal disease of ALS; the stress resulting from seeing him suffer caused me to contract alopecia and I lost all my hair.While many men look great bald, I am not one of those men, and the shock of in a matter of days going from seeing myself in the mirror with a full head of hair to having a bald man staring back at me was disconcerting to say the least. Even though the mettle of a person is their character, other people see us as we appear physically. Losing my hair severely negatively impacted my self perception in diverse ways.Their unique ‘bonded’ hairpiece made of 100% human hair designed specifically for the shape and contours of my head and created for me by Cindy at Hairline Creations has positively impacted my life in multiple ways.I initially tried to solve my hair loss problem with wigs, first buying a cheap one, then a more expensive synthetic hair wig, then a top of the line human hair wig. None of them looked natural on me and I was unable to continue wearing a wig because they were all hot, itchy and uncomfortable. After a few months I stopped wearing my wig and took to wearing hats all the time and basically gave up on ever looking like I used to when I had a full head of hair.During my consultation with Cindy, after a couple of minutes I could tell she was genuinely interested in helping me restore the self confidence that had I had lost due to my sudden baldness caused by alopecia, and was not simply interested in selling me the most expensive hair replacement system they offer. Cindy spent almost two hours with me, and working together using various photographs, she was able to design and recreate almost exactly how my hair looked before I went completely bald.Cindy recommended that I use their unique method of ‘bonding’ my hairpiece to my scalp as opposed to the usual method of using tape to attach it. With the bonding method, my new hair is never hot and it weighs so little that I don’t even feel like I’m wearing a hairpiece. It feels just like my own hair and stays firmly but comfortably attached at all times, even in the strongest winds.Once my hairpiece was created for me by Cindy, one of their hairstylists, Joella, put the finishing touches on it, and when she was finished styling my new hairpiece I was amazed because seeing myself in the mirror was like seeing myself as I looked for all of my adult life. Joella was happy to receive my input and was very sensitive to my concerns about things like the length, thickness and volume of the hairpiece as she styled the hairpiece Cindy custom created for me. I couldn’t be more satisfied.
