I worked at innovated staffing as a recruiter in the downers grove office for about 8 months before I was framed and fired. When I accepted this job I had minimal experience so I was excited to learn how to be a recruiter but once I started I figured out I needed to speak Spanish fluently (which I was never told) but even though I didn’t speak it well I learned and ended up speaking Spanish. The biggest problem with this company is upper management! They’re sneaky and they’re liars! They had me working 12 hour shifts, switching my schedule around THREE times and I never said no to them. I worked in that office basically by myself because they couldn’t hold any employees due to all the drama. I would literally get calls from my manager at night crying because upper management fat shamed her and told her they hated her. They don’t only lie to their workers but they also lie to their clients and hire undocumented workers for assignments because they’re so thirsty to fill any order and then they will fire that worker before they could get hired on. Their own branch manager is an undocumented worker with three different names ! The reason I got fired was because after months of busting my a** for them they finally found some gullible people to work the office and they figured they didn’t need me anymore because I didn’t speak fluent Spanish and fit in with them. My car broke down and caused me to miss 3 days of work (not in a row) and I already had 2 scheduled and APPROVED days off. They wanted to say my numbers were down which I can agree due to the fact that I was going through a lot with my personal life and they couldn’t even give me the time to get myself together. Instead they framed me and said I messed up payroll from two weeks previous( which is impossible due to the fact that 2 people have to approve the hours I submit before they are even processed) and for that I was fired. Please note that this company will use you for their advantage and then dump you when you are no longer needed. They are honestly doomed and will get what’s coming to them! Take this advice as someone who worked in the office, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES!

So I call regarding this sing that very clearly said $12-$25 in front of the Elgin fresh market. The lady Chantal answered the phone and at soon as she hear my voice got in a defensive mode ( switch from English to Spanish) telling me that there was work for $10 an hour and that there’s was no sing saying $12-$25 in Elgin and there is no work that pays more then that.She was very rue to me and ask me if I had social security and if I was “Legal” which I don’t mind been asked this question as is normally asked in every job put the terms that she used, her tone of voice and the way she treated me was very unprofessional and discriminatory.

WORST TEMP AGENCY EVER! If you are looking for work please go anywhere but here. They use their workers for their advantage and then get rid of you and make you feel like its all your fault. They will assign you to go somewhere and then claim the job canceled the order but in all reality you are a back up if someone else does not show. They take NO COVID safety measures! They mess up your hours and then blame you for it. The list goes on and on but this place doesnt know the meaning of loyalty and respect to their employees. I would honestly give them no stars but thats not an option. Please take my advice and go anywhere but here for work!

I was supposed to go to an interview today at noon I just got a call saying that the interview is canceled for both me and the person I was bringing. When I was talking to the lady on the phone my partner heard them speaking in Spanish saying that they were going to give the job to somebody elseWho was Mexican. This company is racist towards whites and blacks and they only favor Spanish and Hispanics. I am in the process of getting a lawyer right now.
