My experience was amazing the staffed was incredible they made you feel so comfortable preparing you for your checkup. Everyone was so knowledgeable of their job and position it made it a very easy and relaxing moment for myself this will definitely be my new dentist office.

I have been going to Parkway Dental Care for a few years now and all I can say is that Dr. Song and his team are amazing. Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They take the time to talk to you and answer any questions you have, even silly questions.First of all, I have very sensitive teeth and lots of dental problems, and I am very mega super grateful that Dr. Song and his team are always patient and careful when doing dental work on me.Second, when I first came to Parkway Dental Care, among other dental issues, my gums were bleeding almost every time I was brushing them. Agnes did a thorough deep cleaning and since then, my gums are not bleeding anymore and are as healthy as they can be. Agnes is the BEST dental hygienist that I ever had. She does an amazing job, takes her time, is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. If you go for a cleaning, ask for Agnes, you wont regret it.Finally, I am very happy with their service and I highly recommend Parkway Dental Care to everyone looking for a dentist office.

I havent been to the dentist since I was 18 years old and Im 37. I thought my teeth were a lot worse than. Thinking I needed implants. But after my consultation with doctor Song he gave me good news that he was able to fix my smile without any major procedures. Everyone is very friendly and they make you feel really comfortable and everything has been pretty painless. Now I look forward going to the dentist. I wish I would have came there years ago.

I had 2 implants, a molar tooth pulled out and a crown replacement done in one appointment. These procedures seem to be a lot but Dr. Song was very gentle and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease. I consulted with other dentists before I made my decision to go with Dr. Song for my implants. He is different. He connects with his patients really well. He has a warm personality that makes you feel comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and skillful in his field. I am a registered nurse and I feel that this is important. I had a great experience. His dental assistant is also amazing. Overall, it was really great.

I was recommended here by a close friend and after 7 years of not being able to enter a dentist office due to bad past experiences, I came here for an initial consultation, x-rays, and cleaning.First of all, everyone is so warm and welcoming. They have excellent bedside manner and make you feel so comfortable.I cannot speak highly enough of Agnes. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and my phobia of the dentist.She is always smiling and has such a happy demeanor. You can tell she truly loves what she does and has a passion to help others find their perfect smile.I am grateful to Parkway Dental for helping me to overcome my phobia and continuing to provide exceptional dental care.

There is no point of scheduling an appointment if you’re going to take me in 20 minutes after my appointment. Just schedule less people. Dentist didn’t answer my questions. Receptionist is very nice. Not everyone wore a mask.

My entire family has been visiting Parkway for almost a decade now. Always exceptional service and they take time to clarify any questions you might have. In terms of appointments, I’ve never had an issue scheduling and they are very flexible. I also really appreciate that they provide practical advice that is super easy to understand and follow. Simply the best!

Terrible experience. Although the receptionist was friendly upon entering, no one was wearing a mask in the facility. When questioned my own safety as to why they were not wearing masks, I was told that they are fully vaccinated (you can still be a carrier of COVID-19 according to the CDC even after being fully vaccinated). I was also told that since there was a glass in between me and the receptionist and I was six feet apart from those not wearing masks, it was acceptable. This office is not following CDC guidelines and as a healthcare facility it is unacceptable.

I love Parkway Dental! Whenever I go, I request a time with Agnes as she radiates positive energy and connects with you on a personal level. Most people dread the dentist, but I always look forward to going!

I just had my first appointment here today and I am so happy I drove over an hour to get here! Dr. Song is so very personable and so easy to talk to and explains things so they are easily understood. His assistants are all so helpful and easy to talk to as well. Im actually looking forward to going back for dental work!

Yes I like going to my dentist office, because I want to keep my teeth! Every one is very friendly at this office. You feel very welcome. Kim the hygienist is very thorough. My teeth felt good and so clean. Dr. Song is a good dentist because I feel safe and I know he will do his best to keep my teeth healthy.

I just had my very first root canal and crown treatment with this team. They definitely did an excellent job. Dr. Song is very professional, and absolutely sociable. Also since he knew twas my first time he explained everything to me whats gon happen and whats happening during the procedure, that way I would feel comfortable with the process. Service was top-notch! The staff did an outstanding job! I would definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Song and his staff took great care to replace my chipped crown and cleaning. Kim was my hygienist for the cleaning and did a very thorough but gentle job. Although insurance covered most of everything the costs were very fair for the work performed. I would recommend Dr. Song and his staff to anyone who lives in the area.

Ive been coming for many years. I just met Kim, dental hygienist, and she is great! Very patient, professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. My 4 year old came with me and Kim was chatting with her and helped her feel at ease too. A fantastic addition to the Parkway team.

I have been putting off seeing a dentist for about 5 years. I don’t like going and I am a little nervous. My wife recently found Parkway and loved it. She said the people were all so nice and it was like a family atmosphere. After getting a cleaning and x-rays yesterday I can confirm that she was absolutely right. I actually enjoyed my visit which is weird to say. You know immediately that they truly care about their patients! I will recommend them to anyone!

Parkway is an amazing dentist, with a great doctor, friendly/funny staff, Kim cleaned my teeth better than anyone. Great at making my teeth whiter and cleaner and healthier. Easy to get to and love the people. I recommend everyone goes to them. Great prices and clean place.

Awesome office! Great people. The atmosphere is EVERYTHING. They really treat you like family. The two times I’ve came in they had paitents they knew on a first name basis. Which shows they truly care. I drive all the way from Indiana not only because of the fast quality service but because of the people.

This place is awesome! My wife and I were going to a chain and we both absolutely hated the experience. Dr. Song is wonderful and so is the rest of the staff. They are friendly and actually take the time to talk and listen to your concerns. Most importantly they will talk about prices ahead of time and not leave you waiting for your mystery bill. My appointment always starts on time or even EARLY. I cant recommend Parkway Dental enough.

An amazing experience. Exceptionally friendly staff and modern office. Includes a high tech CEREC machine for same day crowns. Dr. Song is professional and polite taking his time with each patient providing the best of care. Their hygienists Agnes is by far the best in the Chicagoland area. A very thorough perfectionist in teeth cleaning.

If there is a zero, I would have given them a zero. I really dont understand why people have given good reviews to this dental care. It was the most horrible experience that I have ever had in my life. I had a minor tooth ache, and just wanted to reduce the pain. I picked this dentist because of google reviews. Dr. Song took a CT for whatever reason and did unnecessary exams without telling me how much it would cost. They charged me $150 with no treatment. ONLY EXAMS DONE! I decided not to go there anymore, and today I got another $15 bill from his office. Be aware of unnecessary exams and cost if you still want to visit his office. By the way, I do have a dental insurance.

I do not recommend this facility. Dr. Daniel Song and his assistants are unprofessional. After receiving local anesthesia and waiting for an hour Dr. Song decided he would not do my fillings because I refused to do two other recommended dental procedures

Great Doctors are hard to find a great Dentist is even harder to find. I have had problems with every dentist I have ever been to. Except this one. Dr. Song and all of his staff are kind and welcoming. I am always put at ease before and during procedures. Highly recommended. And this is from a true sceptic.

Worst dentist I have ever encountered. I went there as a first time customer with a promotion offer 39 dollars for cleaning, exam and X rays. To my surprise doctor refused to perform cleaning and did try to upsell me to a deep cleaning procedure for 1200 dollars and was not able to explain me why regular cleaning could not be done. He even got aggravated because I expressed my disagreement and told him I would seek a second option from a specialist. Told me I dont have to pay anything at this time. A week later his assistant told me that if I need my X Rays I have to pay them full price of 120 dollars and the promo offer didnt apply. And on top of that they want all procedures to be paid in advance! Stay away from them!

Dr. Song is a great orthodontist! He did my ortho for the last several years and did an amazing job. His staff is well-prepared and always has a positive attitude. I would easily recommend Parkway Dental to all of my friends/family.

Bad service!! The workers also bad! Sisters have been going more than 3-4 years and they never call to confirm appointments or the cancel our appointments when we are almost there (minutes before the appointments) .. (we live an hour away from there)... also tried talking Monica (the one who is in charge of finance) & she hesitated to talk to me.. heard her mumbling to the worker I have nothing to talk to her about very rude! Demanded us going in person, when the conflict could simply be fixed over phone! Terrible very disappointed!! Will NOT recommend to Anyone!.

I have been seeing dan song for about 3 years. He does my cleanings and exams. Thing I like the most is that he spends extra time to explain whats going on with my teeth. Have recommended to my family and friends.

Great place to get dental service. They care about your teeth as much as you do so theyll go above and beyond to satisfy your needs and keep your teeth clean and well taken care of.

First of all the staff and assistants were amazing, from welcoming you and making you feel quite comfortable. Dr. Song has quite the attitude and is remarkably rude. He has NO patience whats so ever and you can tell he dislikes kids. His assistants try very hard working with little kids and theyre very gentle and yet he gives them no credit. I personally would love to see him do their job. I am certainly never going back and Im making sure my friends and family dont either.

I would like to put a review for Dr. SONG..My son had pretty messed up teeth and needed braces.I went to literally 3drs who told me he needed sugury and didnt want to take him on..I.was about to giveup and go to UIC...then I passed his office.He said he was willing to take him as a patient.He is friendly...funny..and talented.My little guy liked him as well.After all his work my son finally got his braces off and teeth looks phenominal.The lady who cleans teeth there is spectacular and detailed...friendly to kids !!very important.Go to them you wont regret it..
