I needed a screen repair on my phone and read the reviews so I made an appointment. Keenan helped me and had my phone repaired in 4 hours. Got me a screen protector and a case. Good customer service and highly recommended.

Decent price, fast service, but the quality of parts they use is a little suspect. My iPad screen is already peeling back and the touch sensitivity is way worse than an actual OEM replacement. If you’re in a pinch, these guys do an amazing job, and are super nice. After struggling for a few weeks with an inaccurate screen I just pulled the trigger and bought a new iPad. This place is for when your teenage child breaks their phone, not for a graphic artist or anything that requires precision OEM accuracy. Also, to reiterate, this is not a knock on this place, they’re professional and very nice.

Keenan was so helpful and professional. I called several other repair stores, and many didnt bother taking the time to hear my issues over the phone and gave me a ballpark pricing of at least $100 and saying they wouldnt know the issue until they open up the phone. However, Keenan at CPR was able to listen to my audio issues that I had and was able to diagnose a couple possibilities and give me a fair quote on that. When I came in to see him, he was able to take the time to test my phone by calling each other to pinpoint my speaker issue. Since there were two possible issues with the phone (one that would entail laborious surgery work and cost more and another that would be a quick fix and test), he had a plan that would be cost efficient and effective in pinpointing what the possible issue was. He offered a discount if it wound up being both issues along with the more expensive procedure. Very professional and knowledgable. He was able to replace the speaker on my iPhone and clean out the mic ports in less than 30 minutes and the bill was very reasonable and under what he quoted me at. I would definitely recommend coming here for your tech issues!

Brought in our iphone8 with issues on a constant rebooting loop. The technician knew immediately what the issue was and provided a very reasonable quote. Phone was fixed within a few hours and price was as expected. Would definitely go back agian!

Great and easy experience at the store.

The cover of my cell phone became partially detached from the rest of the phone case. I visited the store without any appointment. As soon as I showed my phone to the man at the desk, he immediately identified the problem (battery expansion). He quoted me a fair price and said the phone would be repaired within 2 hours. In fact, it was repaired within 2 hours and the price he quoted me was the price he charged me.

Keenan was amazing. I called a bunch of places and he gave the best price. My phone screen was shattered and I had a spare model of the same phone. He transferred the screen over. He let me play video games on a spare computer while I waited. Very happy with the phone I got back.

I dropped my phone cracking screen. Made an appointment for 330...I was late...the gentleman behind the counter looked at my phone, asked if it was an X or XS...he said give him about an hour...I showed up around 5 and screen was all fixed.....screen replaced with warranty! I read this was “the place” and I agree! Great job!

I cracked my iPhone screen and did not get warranty. I didn’t want to go through Apple cause I knew it was going to be expensive. I went to the website and got a free estimate really quickly and efficiently. They told me the price and I went in after at 5:45 that same day. He was done at 6:25. It was fast and I’m really happy with my new screen. Definitely recommend if you don’t have warranty. It’s a good price too - much better than my other options. I’m happy :)

My iPhone X screen was not working (no water or physical damage). I always used a cell phone case and screen protector. I went through Verizon to get my screen repaired, although offered to provide a new phone. Unfortunately, my iCloud did not back up all of my photos from my honeymoon and wedding! Long story short, apple and Best Buy stated there was nothing they could do for me and I basically had to erase my phone in order to get my phone fixed. Per protocol, Apple required the find my iPhone feature to be turned off and I wasn’t able to not being able to get into my phone without the touch screen working! I was devastated, and took a chance at CPR Cellphone Repair. They got my screen fixed in an hour and my photos were saved! Honestly highly recommend going here to get cellphone repair, much cheaper than Best Buy!

During this terrible time of the pandemic I need my iPad to conduct business. Im a teacher and it is my lifeline to my students. Silly me, I dropped my iPad and cracked the glass. At first I didnt fix it as it was still working until it cracked a bit more when I squeezed the top. My students could not see me well because a glare and haze developed in the image. I called around and found CPR. The prices were reasonable and service exemplary of high standards. I brought my iPad in and the turnaround was overnight! This is the second time Ive brought a phone into CPR. The first was to replace a Zagg screen saver which was warranteed. Work was done while I waited. This last time, I had both an iphone and an ipad-mini needing screen replacements. Work was done when they said it would be and he even put a screen saver Id brought along on the ipad for me--no charge. Truly professional and dependable!

Garrett repaired my Macbook Pro2015s battery and keyboard at an incredibly reasonable price. The battery was completely swollen which could be the result of not changing it after nearly 3 and a half years, and as a result the thing was unsteady even on a flat surface. Now its good as new and it actually closes properly, so the repair definitely paid off. They told me upfront what the problem would be and how much the parts themselves would cost, so I walked away confident they knew exactly what they were doing and I was paying somewhere close to what these parts would actually cost. Excellent service!

Called the shop over the phone to ask for an estimate on fixing my PS4s HDMI port. They have great prices, the guy is also quite knowledgeable and friendly. My PS4 is working flawlessly now. I believe most repairs come with warranties, so thats also great. My favorite part was the chess board in the middle of the shop. Ill probably be back to fix an iPhone, so Ill be using it next time.

I had a screen electron failure I got a replacement phone but I do not transfer the data from my damaged phone to new phone because the screen wouldnt allow it. Garrertt at CPR cell phone came up with a solution. When I presented this problem to T-Mobile they told me there was nothing they could do. Garrett was able to retrieve all my data and restored on my new phone. T-Mobile basically said that got your new phone but the data cannot be restored. Why dont you try going across the street to CPR and see what they can do. Since this is a business phone the information was critical. I cannot say enough good things about CPR cell phone and Garrett. He put me back in business. Since I was in information technology person all my life I understood the complexity

I dropped my iPhone X this morning and a corner of my screen cracked. I could tell that it wasn’t look any prettier as time passed. I called CPR after searching for a shop to go to, Gunnar was the one I spoke to...he was not only very informative but also very polite! I dropped my phone off and Gunnar told me to come back in 45 minutes. When I got there, my phone was all ready with the screen looking better than before! I am so so happy to have found CPR! I highly recommend anyone who needs to repair their cell phone!!!!

Zero star rating if I could. Absolutely DO NOT take you device here. They held my phone for over a month and a half and did absolutely nothing to even diagnose what was wrong with my Samsung 8. After repeated phone calls and personal visits to this location, I kept on getting lousy excuses that it was sent to a different location to be fixed or the parts to fix your phone should be shipped soon. Every time I called I was told of a different problem with my device, from a damaged charging port, to a broken battery and dead motherboard. Three days before I had enough and went to pick up my phone, I was given a different Samsung 8 that wasnt the same color as mine and revived no apology for their mistake. When I picked up my phone today they admitted that they didnt even open it to see what was wrong. Not only did I receive a broken phone but there is a mark to the left lower corner that looks like someone ran a screwdriver over the metal frame. If I had known that this would of been the outcome I would have taken my phone to uBreakiFix who have much better customer service and know HOW TO FIX A PHONE. So once again DO NOT GET GIVE YOUR DEVICE TO THESE PEOPLE!

These guys are great! I had been having issues with my Note 8 headphone jack not keeping plugs in.I called T-Mobile and I was going to swap my entire phone out under the insurance plan for 175 bucks.I was nearby so I swung in to see what they would charge to replace the jack. Turned out to be a clump of lint and dust in there, and some stuff in the charge port. So he cleared them both and didnt charge me! Saved me 175 dollars, couldnt be happier! Ill definitely be coming here again if I have more problems.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE HERE!The tech was very nice, but had no idea what to say when I expressed my frustration when he was done with my phone.The screen DOES NOT fit in the phone and the coloring is horrible on the new screen. When I booked the appointment it said GLASS REPAIR not SCREEN REPLACEMENT. My LCD screen was fully functional, I only wanted the glass repaired to keep the high quality Apple screen. Unfortunately I had already paid for the Groupon and figured it would be ok, but it was not!!!I also asked for a battery replacement. NOT GOOD EITHER!! The phone now weighs twice as much and I’m pretty sure that is why the screen does not fit in the case. Most importantly the battery seems to be dying even faster now! Not helpful and it is heavy!I feel like the website is misleading and doesn’t tell you that they are using aftermarket parts. More importantly there is a big difference between a glass repair and a screen replacement!REPLY TO GUNNAR:Hi Gunnar,Thank you for response.If you do not take repairs after 6pm then why do you offer a 6:30pm appointment time on your website when you schedule an appointment.I didn’t assume initially that it was going to be an OEM screen, but I also didn’t think the quality of the screen was going to be so drastically different.On your website and on Groupon the option is listed as a “Glass Repair” not a “LCD/Screen Replacement”. These are two different options. I had already paid for the Groupon and was not able to get a refund, so I figured it would be fine. I have had friends replace their entire screens and not have an issue with the fit or color, so I assumed it would be ok. My fault, I should have asked more questions.For the fit, why does the top part of the screen fit perfectly flush but the bottom doesn’t? My phone was not bent or anything like that to warrant one part of it not fitting correctly. Could it be that the battery is larger than the original? So it is lifting it? Because that is what it feels like.Also, the phone is definitely heavier. I wish you would have warned me that replacing the battery would make the phone heavier. It literally feels like a brick now. I did follow your directions as well and let the phone completely die and then charged it to 100% and it is still dying faster than the original battery. I would have been better off keeping my battery. Yes it died quickly, but not as fast as the new one.In my opinion good customer service is being upfront and transparent about expectations. Also writing off my concerns about the color and fit was even more frustrating. When I expressed my concern about the coloring, you said “Well I can’t tell the difference”....not a great response. Again you should have explained that there may be a difference in the fit and quality of the screen before performing the repair. At least it wouldn’t have been a surprise when I received my phone.On a positive note, you were very nice and calm about the situation, and I appreciate you staying late to complete the work.

This is a new cell phone/gadget repair store that has been open for about a month. Stopped in to see if they could help me with a SIM card issue. They were very pleasant and helpful. Fixed the problem while I waited! (FYI: Store is located in the smaller stripmall across the street from the Jewel. There is a CPR store sign above the location. )

I want to say right way that at its core, I was able to get the Nintendo Switch screen repair that I came in for, and for that alone I call the service somewhat of a success, but Im not entirely happy about it. He had to go through multiple replacement screens until he settled on a shoddy, scratched up screen from a broken Switch he had lying around, because it was the only one that worked.He also offered a complimentary screen protector installation, but it turned out to be pointless when I found a glaring spec caught underneath the protector (The spare didnt do any favors either because it attracted dust quicker than anything I ever seen).Later on I had to bring my Switch in AGAIN because I noticed the seal around the digitizer glass was coming loose, so he had to take it completely apart for a 5th time to get it re-sealed with new adhesive, which ended up not doing anything at all because 3 hours later after taking it home it was STILL coming loose.Aside from getting rid of the original scratch that I first came in for, my Switch I would say is in worse condition than when I brought it in for.

Less than 1. Took my phone up there due to a broken back light. They say 160 tops. They say they will call. 4 days later I call and get told it’s fixed and they “tried” calling. Then I pick the phone up and it’s acrually 189??? But whatever. Then I get it home and realizes it doesn’t charge. So I take it back up there and 10 mins later they said just a loose connection. So then I get home and again no charge. I open it up and not they decided not to put the cover players protectiong the ribbon cable. So I go BACK up there and get told to come back in a hour. So I show back up and get told that the plates were left off by the solder guy and he didn’t have them. And he promised me new battery and Ribbon cable just come back Monday. So I come back Monday. Give them my phone. Next day no call so I call and they say the phone is ready. I come pick it up and BAM it didn’t charge. I was told to leave it. 2 days later they said I needed a new charging port and it was normally 80 but they would do it for 40. Then I get the phone 220 doallars later and you can see the screen change colors when you type. Seriously joke of ALL jokes. Nice people just terrible business. Would rather spend the extra 150 and get apple to get me a refurbished one cause Literally ANYTHING would be better than what I went through Don’t wall run away....
