I had been looking for a place to get my Fur coat clean and came across this gem. I called the store and had a lot of questions. Angelo was so helpful and very friendly so I went ahead and dropped my coat off to get cleaned. Within a few days my fur was ready for pick up. Angelo did an amazing job. It looked beautiful! I decided to look around the store because everything looked so gorgeous. You can tell he really puts so much love and time into every fur he creates. I went ahead and purchased a gorgeous scarf and wrap (not sure what its actually called 😅) I am extremely impressed by these designs and quality. The store was super clean (which I very much appreciated). I have had multiple encounters with Angelo and everytime was a great experience. The customer service here is fantastic and I am very pleased! He is very knowledgeable and his positive energy is contagious. I definitely will be returning and recruiting all my friends here. I had a leather jacket that had water damage, a stiff arm, white mold on the outside and the inside, and was so wrinkled that even after hanging for several weeks the wrinkles still stayed. I brought it into Pavlis, and the owner seem to be trying to talk me out of trying to save it. He was concerned that I would be better off buying a new jacket since it wasn’t a super high-quality jacket to start with. I explained to him my special reasons for wanting to restore the jacket, and he totally understood and very sympathetic. He said that he would do his very best to get it back into shape for a reasonable price.The process was going to take about a week. After a few days he called and left a message that it was going great. The wrinkles were already much better and he was able to get rid of all the mold and water damage and wold be pressing it in the next few days. He wanted to set my mind at ease.When I picked the jacket up it was like a brand new jacket. I was so grateful and so relieved. I would recommend Pavlis to anyone. I was treated like family and they sure did know what they were doing with the leather jacket.

Amazing experience! I came in looking for a christmas present for my girlfriend and I was so pleased with the selection. They have great customer service and were able to personally help me with my purchase. I had been to a previous furrier and nothing compared to Pavlis Furs! Its a family run business and everyone was very attentive and helpful. Overall, great experience and they will have me as a customer in the future.

Design, detail, expert alterations-- the best place to go! I am under 5 ft. tall, and I just cant go anywhere else. Angelos sense of proportion and fashion is superb.

I received an amazing Christmas gift from my husband purchased from Pavlis Furs. The quality was above par and the service Ive received since then has been above and beyond anything Ive received from other furriers. Horrible, I had called in advance to try to make an appointment with the Owner whom I had spoken to earlier in previous week. I was informed he does not take appointments, its first come first serve so that was fine.WE arrived at 11:00 am and had several furs to be remodeled and or replaced. From the moment we arrived we were informed he had an 11:30 appointment coming in. I said but you dont take appointments he said he does everything and has to be able to service two customers at one time. Ok so when I tried on a fur it was pulling across my back and the owner said well if you feel its pulling then I need to make a special pattern and thats another $800.00. Well youre the expert, dont you seeits pulling on me and again he was blank, at which time I simply asked for the total price for what I had chosen and it was ridiculous. So my sisterand I packed up our coats and left. He was so unprofessional and never even introduced himself to us we did that, we went to another furrier and were quoted half of his price with full attention going to what we needed and what was best for our size and so on. Dont waste your time, hes toofull of himself and is not interested in your important decision. By the way on the phone he spoke entirely different than when we were in front of him he was in a hurry and couldnt have cared less about what we needed. Stay away.

To my experience. Had them make me a Fox Chopka to replace the wild Siberian fox chopka on got in Russia. Gave them the worn chopka , measured my head, paid him $750. 8weeks later he called me in and the hat was way to small.....like an ornament on top of my head. I’m a 6 foot male. 5is guy told me it was perfect, I said what? You’re kidding me right? Wouldn’t do it right, had my money. I moved on. Don’t generally give any reviews one way or the other.
