Best customer service and honest staff. Vince is just terrific and an asset to the dealership. I trust him implicitly and hes never steered me wrong. Never bought a car there, but have had my Nissan serviced there for five years now and I highly recommend the service department. Thanks guys!

Worst service ever. Not only did they charge $500 for a problem they didn’t fix, they said that we have to pay $900 more to get the initial problem fixed.The manager Mike, who I spoke to is rude and aggressive. He even said that he is perfectly fine leaving a customer unhappy. Go here if you want to your waste money and get scammed.

I got the worst customer service in this show room they all liar and cheeter specially sales person the lady korina called me dozen times and she said make an appointment I ll give you super deal and also I ll be available in store if you want and she told me the price of pre owned car and said come to the store I ll give you more discountWhen today I went to the store after 30 minutes drive and I asked about Corina the other agent said that she is in meeting she cant come we will deal then both the persons gave me very worst deal so 2 different prices on phone is cheap and in store is very high finally I left the store and called Corina the sales lady she became little mad and rude and she said I ll inform my manager he ll call you soon and she disconnected the callI was very depressed with their behavior and I dont want to go back on this locationThey all liar 2 different statements and the worst customer service I got

I went there for an oil change. I was told it would take an hour. An oil change shouldnt take more than 30 minutes but I didnt have an appointment, so fine. 90 minutes later, I was told it was almost ready. 15 minutes later, I was told it was being washed and would be right out. 15 minutes after that my car was brought out. The price was about $10 higher than I would have paid at Berman Nissan. That was the first and last time I will go to Arlington Nissan. Oh, and my car still had the dust and mud from a weekend in the country.

When I arrived for my 12:45 p.m. appointment I was told it would take 2 hours for an oil change. So I left and I went back about 4 hours later when I was done running my errands and had my oil change done then. I did wait about 2 hours to get my oil changed but the girl who was working in the service department was very nice and helpful. Then as I was checking out they massed up the pricing of the oil change and tried to charge me when it was supposed to be free because I received 6 free when I purchased the vehicle. Had to get that fixed which was resolved quickly but still a hassle for one oil change. It should not be that way.

April was a cool chill salesman and made me comfortable and want to give them my business, which is the sales experience I prefer. The sales manager Boyan was persistent and very helpful and does his job well. Andrew was also a very easy person to interact with and also motivated me to want to come back. Overall a good experience.

I had an appointment at 945 for recall repairs. Waited in lobby until 1025 before I was helped. Then was told they didnt have a loaner for me, which was the whole reason I waited 2 weeks to come at the date and time THEY specified. Miraculously they found me a loaner a few minutes later after I complained.Repairs were supposed to be done at 3. I called several times to check status of repairs and was put on hold each time for 5-10 minutes with no reply. Finally just left my name and number with main receptionist an hour and a half later. No word yet...

Salesperson nice but financial persons attitude changed when I didnt buy the extended warranty. Wanted me to say I wanted it but too expensive so she could get it for less. I dont like all that haggling nonsense. Tell me the price of something if I want it and price is fair, I will buy it. If I dont think its a good deal I wont. But maybe thats just me.

They took the car in very quickly I did not have an appointment. They also gave me a ride back to my house while servicing the car. In the afternoon the service advisor called about the car needing a new belt. She also gave me some discount on service and the belt work. However, around 4pm I didnt hear back from them so I started calling to see how much longer this will take. Strangely, their service department was not picking up the phone and I had to call multiply times before inexplicably being transferred to their general manager 😄. He promised that someone call me back within 5min. However,. I waited for another 40 min before they finally called and told me the car was ready, apologized and promised to bring the car to my house. It was not untill 7:30pm that night when they finally did bring the car. I managed to be without a car for the entire day. On the plus side they washes and detailed the car very well. Overall a good service despite minor hickups.

We had a deal in writing on a car. When we got to the dealership they had another couple interested in the car also. We started to purchase the car and they proceeded to hike up the price by $1400 in extra fees which was not part of the original deal. We walked away. It appears the other couple bought the car and I feel sorry for them because they got ripped off. Avoid this dealer at all costs.

Great all around Dealership! Ask for Kam Olechno a great sales man that actually cares about you and not just the sale, hell make sure your taken care of! Also the GM, George Merijan will make sure you dont go home with a bad deal. Great all around services from the other staff that I dealt with too!

I will try and make this long story as short as possible:At the beginning of this year the dealership I worked with did something I was not happy about, so I took out in search of a new dealership and Arlington Nissan was the one I choose after talking to a Service Writer Vince Sereyka. He handled my upset tone because of the other dealership and suggeted I bring it in so his head mechanic could look at it.So when I brought it in Vince personally turned it over to his Lead Mechanic Rito Casas, after reviewing my mechanical issue, both of them took the time to explain things to me and how thing work with extended warranties.Based on how I was treated and informed about the issues, I made an appointment to drop it off(on 2/5/20).When I picked it up, they again went over some of the issues they fixed with me, I was very pleased with both of them and due to their handling of this situation I will return for further work at Arlington Nissan.I am writing this review now because I either put on Yelp when it happened or I screwed it up when I tried to leave one here just after the work was done. My apologies to both guys for the late review.And believe me this was the short version!

Came in 20 min before closing with a leak in my tire. Staff was very professional and fixed my tire free of charge. Evan was the most helpful staff member. Very professional person with great customer service skills. If you have some trouble with your nissan Id recommend stopping by this place before you go anywhere.

I do not appreciate their sales tactics. Pure bait and switch. They advertised a car as certified pre-owned but when I went into the dealership, they said I would have to pay more than the advertised price to get it certified. I had an issue with this and they responded by saying they are working on correcting this advertising which was just a BS response.

I took an appointment for 10:00am and went in. I explained the problem to writer he said ok and wait for few hours to be repaired and he never came back to me in that 3:30 hrs of waiting time. I went to him and asked about what happened its been three hours. He replied yeah I am finishing your paper work and I asked did you guys fix the problem he said yes we lubricated steering shaft and I asked about wheel bearings that making sound intially I came for that problem. He said we have to look at your tiers yes then what did you guys do in that 3 and half hours. He said your car is out side parked ok then I have to go and ask him again after waiting for 20min. Worst customer service and wait time is I didnt expect this from any dealer.
