Jose Serrato is the man. Went from having a old insurance that would give me a start up fee, and a ending fee with my policy. Ended up being an additional $500 that was very unjust. With Jose, there are no hidden fees that will sneak up on you. Not only did he give me a good price on my new insurance, he also gave me reassurance that nothing will change at the beginning, nor the end of my policy. As a young and unexperienced new driver, you don’t really understand insurance. It’s all a bunch of numbers, but you need it to be able to drive, so what do we do? Because it is all the same to us, we just go for the cheapest option.I never really stopped to wonder what I was getting from my policy and I am beyond grateful for having stumbled upon this amazing group of people.The agent that helped me was Tony Montero. I remember we sat for well over an hour going over my current policy, what I had been paying for, and we made adjustments based on my personal needs.After working with Tony, I went home comfortable, knowing exactly what I was paying for, knowing my entire family was covered to *reasonable* limits, and knowing I could count on my insurance. Tony gave me both a phone number for him and a phone number with a Spanish speaking representative in case my parents had questions or needed assistance and I wasn’t around— you don’t get this kind of care everywhere. Oh, and Tony wasn’t kidding when he said, “reach out whenever you need”. I rented a car last month, on a Sunday afternoon. He was out with his family but took the time to answer my questions, allowing me to leave the car dealership with absolute peace of mind.I don’t think I’ll ever switch back to any other insurance and I really regret not having taken control of my coverage before. I feel confident and empowered and if this review doesn’t convince you to go check them out, at least do me a favor and review your current policy. If it turns out to be exactly what you need, at least you’ll have that peace of mind, if it turns out your policy doesn’t fit your needs, fix it asap because is better to have it and not need it than to need it and BOOM— you lose everything.Lastly, I feel the pricing is very reasonable— I’ve heard the good old “with all the money you throw into insurance, you could buy yourself a new car if you total this one”. Yes, maybe. But unless you’re putting all that “money you’re saving with cheaper insurance” away for a rainy day, you’ll end up with a totaled car and no back up plan. So please do yourself a favor and educate yourself on what’s protecting you and your family.

I came in with a fairly bad driving record in regards to accidents but was still hoping to switch and save some money.
