What a joke! Waited half an hour just to have someone tell me all staff members are about to be on lunch break for an additional half hour. Building is gross, it smells like something crawled in the air ducts and died. The man taking to me was hard to understand, eating flaming hot cheetos while typing. I would have laughed if I didnt wait thirty minutes for nothing.
