Very disappointed. Possibly new employees or managers? Not professional, helpful or trained.. I had to wait in line while they checked themselves out for items they were purchasing for themselves...still cant believe it.Never acknowledged customers. They were more interested in the conversations between themselves.Store is unorganized, dirty and constant beeping from the smoke alarm. This store has definitely taken a turn for the worse. Very sad indeed.

I stopped in the Arkadelphia, AR Dollar Tree around 8:20 pm Friday night looking for a foam pool noodle. Every employee helped look, and found a foam wave board?, that was perfect for my project. I was just looking for something to cushion the back of my kayak seat for Saturdays float trip. The previous weekend trip left bruises on my familys back. I couldnt be happier. I picked up some snacks for the trip also. The level of service I received for a $1 pool noodle was unbelievable.

Need to restock artifical flowers more often the dollar tree in Arkadelphia has always been the best place anywhere around this area to get you supply for making flower arrangements Its the topic of conversation here

I went in today and had a bad experience for the first time.. the older woman stocking frozen refused to move so I could get to the freezer and stood and stared at me like I was an inconvenience. The cashier was sighing the whole time and when I said thank you when she handed me the receipt she rolled her eyes and sighed again. I understand they are working harder than normal with the circumstances, but you dont have to be so rude to someone just trying to feed their family. But what can you really expect from dollar tree?

Good location for accessibility to all manner & mode of transportation. Well stocked merchandise & cheerful staff. For the value shoppers there is no better place to shop in Arkadelphia.

The Dollar Tree in Arkadelphia, AR needs a good cleaning and tidying up from the floor all the way to management. Ive encountered moody, slow, opinionated cashiers several times at this location. Today, I was given a hassle about my signature, because the cashier couldnt read it. I sign my signature a certain way on purpose. Ask any doctor and they will explain the importance of this. She never checked my I.D., which shows the lack of training. I find it very suspicious that she was studying my signature so hard. A cashier at this location was recently arrested for credit card theft. Be careful if you shop here.

The worst Dollar Store i have ever been. I live in Ypsilanti Michigan. In Arkansas visiting family. The cashier is very rude and manager thought the way her customer sevice was a joke.I will not be returning as long while im in town. I will return back home and tell my store how the store in Arkadelphia trat people. Thank u Ms. Latasco Gray. Cant rate

Management is very rude and will hang up in your face. If you do not like your job go somewhere else. Being rude will never make you feel better about yourself or situation. Grow up.

There are many friendly employees at this dollar tree. I remember one specifically that stopped what she was doing and went out of her was to help me, I believe she goes by the name Alexandria, very tall beautiful young lady with long gorgeous black hair. I will give her 5 stars all the way around. My problem, the reason for the 1 star is because of the cashier that was on duty, I remember her name because she did me very wrong, beatrice I believe. After she rang me up I asked her for my receipt & she said sorry it did not print, after I watched her throw it into the trash, so I counted my items, used my phone to add it up, I ask miss alexandria about the taxes on each item, So when I was done I subtracted my fourty that i gave her by my total & she shorted me $5 in change & I didnt have a receipt to prove it so i showed her the calculations I made and asked for my change & she tells me she did not short me. She began getting an attitude, & i watched her take money and slip it into her sweatshirt as she was yelling (trying to create a distraction) I would say. The manager on duty was miss alexandria & she counted her drawer, which it had came out fine, she showed me the numbers, then asked me to come into he back so I could talk with her, i mentioned to miss Alexandria about the money I seen her slip into her sweatshitt and she told me that they were not allowed to search an employees personal belongings, but she would be happy to give my $5 of her own money, because what happen was not fair. Very sweet loving girl I could not take her money. She told me next time i come into the store to come and find her and she will make sure I am fully taken care of. I talked to other people that visit this store regularly & i am not the only person who has had money stole by this young lady. As I have heard recently us customer will not have to worry about this theiving little girl taking money from us, again her name is beatrice, she is a young black girl, always looks angry & gets frustrated when people pay with card instead of cash. Just be aware if she is on duty & if you need help with ANYTHING, ask miss Alexandria, she is just a wonderful person. We need more people like her in this world.

The visit was ok. Their not freindly other than Brenda. Every time you go in there theirs always some one new.

So I called all of the Dollartree Stores in my area... Benton, Malvern, and Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Malvern and Benton were so nice! They helped me with my questions and were so nice and polite. But on Thursday at 5 oclock I call Arkadelphia Dollartree and the lady informs me the she is TO BUSY TO ME SS WITH ME really??? How rude can anyone be? I will not spend another dime in that store! I will go to Malvern and Benton where they do have time for me and the only reason I gave their store two stars instead of one is because I do appreciate the kindness of the others that work there that have been polite.

For a everythings a dollar store this one was big and clean. Staff was very friendly and quick at check out.
