My mother was a customer for 34 years. The took advantage of her every step of the way. When she ended the service they rewarded her by refusing to allow her to port her lifelong number (she had way before using Suddenlink) to another company. We made an appointment to return the equipment to them and drove to Arkadelphia to do so. They never showed up and the local office no longer even offers help. I have never dealt with a company of such low integrity and so incompetent.

Rips you off! Never told us we had a data cap and now have charges over 1000$! Have said 3 times they’d dispute the charges and haven’t seen that happen yet. Terrible customer service and their service sucks! Save your money don’t get service through them!

This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! Charging me for data caps that no one even told us about when we first got the plan. What company even has data caps anymore?? They have the worst customer service and half of them are foreigners!!! This company will take complete advantage of you and rip you off! If I could rate it lower I would. PLEASE steer clear of this company and take your money elsewhere!

If I could rank them lower, I would. We never received our bills in the mail like we asked, then we were penalized for not paying on time. We never got access to our online account so that we could do anything that way. Our bill kept going up, but service either stayed the same or got worse.Now, I’m trying to cancel and I’ve been on hold on 3 different occasions for so long that their system hangs up on the call. 3 times. The one time I did get to speak with someone, they did some “work” (not sure what) then transferred me where I was met with a busy signal and had to hang up. There is no option to email them, and if it is possible to cancel online, I wouldn’t know because, like I said, we can’t get into the online account.

They never answer the phone and have terrible cable service. Apparently they monitor your YouTube history, because every show I watched on YouTube came on every day.

I was without internet all weekend. They sent someone out on Monday- fixed me right up but told me I was on a very slow plan and I should check out other options. Visiting the Suddenlink website, I see they offer a PRICE FOR LIFE plan, 1 Gig for $74.99, I currently pay $97 for 200mb. I call to change my service to this plan, wait on hold for ONE HOUR only to be told that is ONLY for new customers and there is NOTHING they can do for me. NOTHING. I understand offering a deal for new customers but why not offer that to your long term customers too as a way of saying THANK YOU? I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told the supervisor would tell me the same thing which was there is NOTHING they can do for me. I am exasperated with Suddenlink. I feel ripped off, not appreciated and taken advantage of. They get my lowest recommendation. If you can choose another internet service, do.

The people there are very helpful and polite. Unfortunately, you cant call them. No phone number available and if you call the Suddenlink nation wide number its not a good experience.

This is the WORST internet/cable provider I have ever dealt with. If you have ANY other option please do it; do not waste your time. I have called three times to have an appointment scheduled for internet installation and they NEVER show up. I am beyond angry. I I could give them 0 stars I would!!!!

Suddenlink is the WORST company you can deal with. You called them and the tape says that the wait period is 20 min. I waited for an hour and a half the first time, two hours next time and they didnt connect with me. I called many times for three weeks and the result was always the same. There is no way to talk to them on the phone. The local office is always closed. Why are we paying expensive bills to this horrible company? Folks, go to ATT or some other provider. I am going to write an article for CNN and MSNBC so that they could shame this company on national TV in front of the entire population of America. Folks, dont ever deal with Suddenlink!

Edit: Has now been 4 missed appointments since this.. All no call no show! Today was supposedly guaranteed to be here with top tier techs yeh right. Also was promised call from Supervisor to explain missed appointments.. Again didnt happen.The worst ISP I have ever dealt with!! Tech visit schedule 2 weeks ago for today and no call no show!! They refuse to upgrade lines for better service and no way to contact them.

We are unable to watch anything all the way thru! The voice gets choppyAnd the picture is all scrabbled looks like a puzzel on the screen. The bill is extremely to high and cant successfully watch news or shows. We do not like this poor service!

I have had the ABSOLUTE worst experience and have not even been installed . I have been rescheduled 3 times and every time I have attempted to call (13) to be exact every single hold time was beyond 30 minutes this is the worse customer service experience I have encountered in LIFE

Every time we lose power we also lose internet connection. Entergy has our power up within hours whereas it takes days for Suddenlink. Trying to simply notify them of an outage is a gut wrenching trip thru their labyrinthine website and phone “service”. Choose another provider if you can.

It took me four months to get the information I needed thanks to Brenda at the call center. On a routine simple question there should never be an issue such as that. The local office made a note to my account and that is it. I hope someone from HR monitors comments and will train employees in policies, procedures,and service so they can provide customer service instead of customer frustration. I have been a loyal customer of Sudden Link for for over a decade, but I rarely needed customer service. Now that I have had a problem, I dont know if I will stay at Suddenlink for t.v. They dontd seem to care that they will lose my business. Considering the amount of people fleeing regular providers you would think customer service and satisfaction are essential. Train your people, Suddenlink! I dont need assistants that say they understand my frustration. I want answers so I can solve the issue. Information customers need should not be kept secret.

The local folks are outstanding people. The national service lines are terrible. The call centers are inept. I did receive good service from a tech support technician (specialist not a call center person) recently but that was the exception not the norm. If you need anything go see the great people they have in the local office but you simply cannot rely on the customer service call centers.I cut the cable and only use them for internet now. Its really a shame for the good folks who work there that the national call centers are so bad.

The Ochello lady there is EXTREMELY rude. She has no people skills!!! I wouldnt talk to my worst enemy the way she talked to me. She accused me of being a liar about paying for a remote and then charging me again on my bill until she was proven WRONG by another employee. She needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. I am switching anyways but she is some of the reason. Plus our bill jumped 20$ in a month and she says they were getting charged more from the networks. My husband and I have used suddenlink for almost 14 years . Now we are switching.

Monopolizing against those living in small towns is not acceptable. $230 a month is disgusting. They are the only place to get cable and internet in town and they know it. I just stopped my cabel and internet, cost too much, kept allowing the channels to drop off without warning and kept the price the same after removing up 15 channels. My house phone was constantly used as a damn unrelenting drove of scammers that could only have been given out by Suddenlink. Every time the internet speeds go up it appears that the previous speed is slower making you have to upgrade.

The least customer concerned folks Ive talked to. They have used underhanded tactics and misinformation to charge me additional fees. Its unjust and theres nothing I can do about it. For your sake, get another internet provider, they will burn you and use you as they have done me.
