I have been very happy with the service I get from Southwest Auto. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from them this past year (new Jeep for the wife, used Frontier for oldest going to college, and used Chrysler for 16 yo daughter). I have them all serviced here & I greatly appreciate their “small business” approach towards service. I feel like a person instead of a head of cattle being processed. Also, they are honest, which isn’t always easy. My daughter’s car had a sensor that went out. They could have said it was no problem, reset the “check engine”, and just moved along. Instead they took the time to explain to me what problems it could lead to & gave me a fair price to fix it.

Devon and Hoss were awesome to deal With. When I pulled up, the truck I wanted to look at was sitting up front ready to be overlooked. Also, the dealership had a small town feel and nothing was ever rushed or pushed. Business refused to cancel a new car contract the morning after the end of business day sale. The very next morning I called and told them I was not satisfied with the lack of features on the vehicle and wanted something different. The manager, Darren, flat refused. He arrogantly told me he would not take the vehicle back for any reason and the contract was signed and done. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and i will not purchase another vehicle there.

I have called and I have been to the repair shop and all they say is ,we will call tomorrow and let you know how it’s going but no one never calls. I bought my car there and I’m sure they made a good profit on it and now that I’m having an issue with it no one seems to care

I drove 3 hours each way to get a new Pacifica Hybrid at Southwest, and I would do it again. With my last two cars, I wasted so much time sitting down with different dealers where I live to get to a fair price. With Southwest, I paid the price they listed on their site with no hassle. (I did confirm over the phone that I qualified for all incentives.) I got $500 or so less on my trade in than what other dealers had offered, BUT they also charged over $500 less in miscellaneous fees than on my last two cars, so it was a wash. ($129 @ SW vs. $630 and $677 elsewhere.) Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and closing was quick.

The original concern was made by my dad over the phone. I was told to come by the shop and to have my key reset. When I got there, the attendant looked bored or that I was troubling him by asking him to do his job. He told me my account didnt exist in the system.Luckily a more helpful person came to assist and remember my dads name and know what I was talking bout. He was about to pull up the account. The less helpful person suddenly remembers my account too.I explain again, that I need a new key for my jeep and to have it programed. Apparently they told my dad he needed to scheduled to have it done, but he never told me this. The unhelpful one then begins to explain to me that when they take me old key and reprogram the new keys for the car, my old keys wont work.... as if.. I wouldnt know this.... Im not sure if its because Im a girl... or because I look young... I asked if we can go ahead and make this schedule and I set it up. On the day of getting the car taken car of, I ask my dad to go in, since they seem to have an issue with me so much last time. He said he has no problem at all when he went in there, so all I can assume it is either my age or gender. I personally would not go back to this location again as they seem to have a problem with me. Ill be taking my vehicle elsewhere as soon as I can.

My vehicle had a problem with the ignition needing to be reprogrammed. Service personnel said it was the starter and damaged battery cable. They replaced a starter that was less than 24 hrs old and replaced battery cable. It still takes at least 3 tries to get it to finally turn over. In my opinion the problem is not resolved.

The service writer acted as if he had better things to do and did not write down my conserns and as i was trying to explain the issue I was interrupted with ok we will call you. With that being said I was contacted later that day with an update. Upon arriving to pick up vehicle from dealership they couldn’t find my key they had not been notified that I was coming to pick it up and there was no paperwork ready

Paid 1,000.00 down in September 2018 and in October tags went out. I couldnt get the tags in Texas cause no title which the truck had leans on it that I was unaware of. I have called multiple times and promised a call back and never recieved one. Im upset cause I had to pay November and December payment along with full coverage insurance for both months for a truck I cant get legal. Very frustration news and very dissatisfied with this business.

Came in to just look at some Rams, and left in one! Guys worked pretty hard to get us approved. End price was still pretty high, even after rebates, so not sure we got the absolute best deal, but couldve been worse.Id probably buy from them again!

The sales staff were ignorant about my vehicle, but were very friendly. The vehicle I purchased had low mileage, but had other problems that the dealership didn’t make me aware of and weren’t willing to fix them.
