The personnel are very hands off and do not contact you unless forced to. Have not given follow ups or notified regarding changes in a purchase, constantly shifting blame to the banks and buyers when their documentation has already been filed meanwhile the banks are in constant communication with the buyers. Their lack of communication and unprofessional tone is a needless cause of anxiety for potential buyers. It wouldnt be so bad if they had any explanation in regards to their delays or demonstrated some willingness to apologize for repeatedly and needlessly delaying the finalization of the purchase. These experiences have been unnecessary and frankly demoralizing, if you can avoid them or if you can purchase property from any other company, I advise you to do so. Especially if you end up with Viviana as your main corresponder.

**Do not BUY or SELL your property through this company. My wife and I have been trying to purchase through them for the last 2 months and literally had to force them to respond. When they finally decide to assist, they will not respond or help you to negotiate. Miguel will not help nor Figueroa so if you choose this company, you will NOT find a home or sell a home in a timely manner. I feel bad for home owners that use this company to sell their homes. Ive sent over 20 emails for a few property listing without a response for months. I finally flew to Puerto Rico to speak to them directly and they would not answer the door nor call us back. We spent thousands of dollars for help to buy a place (even in Cash) and could not get assistance. If you know of a good buyers agent and are reading this, please help us to find one that will help.

Realtor Nelson Moreno was very responsive and diligent at the moment and the process of purchasing my home. The process was a bit slow and I Had a few questions called the firm and the receptionist said they will get back to me but never called back. Other than that I would recommend universal properties, for best communication I would say go directly to the Realtor.

This firm is very irresponsible. I have called them, emailed and text them and never get a response. The office receptionist picks up says they will call you back and never a response. I have seen homes which I have expressed interest listed by this firm and I have seen the home price reduce until it gets REPO and still not a call or a response. I seen these home after going into repo put on pending and raised the prices without the home being actually purchased. This firm seems very shady and very irresponsible. I recently travelled to PR looking to purchase a home and was able to connect with a realtor, of course not from this firm and they even did the same thing to her. I was not able to see any listings provided by this firm. Very non responsive and irresponsible!

There is no profecional ethics the last time I called was today and they hooked me the phone when I told them that and called 17 veses the company that answers the calls they tell me that they send the immediate message. I do not know but for me that these people sell the houses to cheaper iversionistas and they do not have to sell them to the common and ordinary people there is some kind of fraud taking care of these realtor.

Terrible service The seller did not answer the calls or messages even opted for the property even though they had agreed with me to sign the contract of sale and never called me to inform me about it. I would never recommend this company.
