They were great today!My 61 month old Pepboys battery died after leaving my interior lights on for 3 days and their glass mat battery was on sale, and even though I wanted them to load test my old battery to be sure it was toast, I was in and out fast after ordering online.The new battery has a 48 month warranty which beats the competition and it cost less,and unlike the two nearby competitors it was in stock!My truck, not pictured, cranks in a split second now!My 3 year battery lasted for 5 years so I am optimistic about the new one, and yes I recommend both the battery and Pepboys!

Wow, the wait was unbearable... they need more employees, and more training on those that already work there. They simply dont wanna move 😅 the customer service is extremely slow... even at the cash register lolNot sure whats happening over there, they might need to offer free caffeine to the employees... a strict dosage requirement 😅

A really bad customer service, I ask for an oil filter, the representative said, ok I will finish here with this and look for it. I waited for more than 30 minutes, and nothing. I stand by his side, and nothing. Decided to dont buy anything and go away. Horrible experience!

I was very impress, after my test they pin pointed the problem. These people are really fantastic.

Their services are way more expensive than the local certified mechanics. If I buy a part here Ill cross the road and install it in Advance Auto Parts (they are cheaper, not a bargain but cheaper). They offer good services but the price its almost a deal breaker.

Slow service, been here for 4 hours and have barley gotten anything done with my vehicle , they say it’s going to take about 2-3 more hours. And I’m paying a great armpit on money for this service. Extremely disappointed.

After making a appointment with the new covic-19 law my wait time for a oil change was more than 1hr.

Their service and parts inventory is adecuate. Good prices and availability of warranty for most products. They are a very competitive business !!!

Spent 800 dollars on a full set of tires for my Jeep Liberty. October 2016 When one blew yesterday it turned out that they were may 2012 manufacturing date and past their sell by date. CHeck your DOT dates with these guys, they are either incompetent or very shady!....
