I always try to buy PR products to help local industries. I dont eat a lot of red meat, but when I do I really like tenderloin steaks. But ... yours are so hard and thick that you can hardly eat. I dont know if its the meat itself, which is supposed to be soft, or if its the way they cut them. Instead of being thin steaks, they are thick and hard. I am sorry because I would like to buy what is produced here, but I will not be able to buy them anymore. 😢😭😢

Hello, Ive been boiling a piece of meat for 3 hours and still not come close to softening and I was told in the super that it was soft 😞
