We had a great time at Lake Murray. Wasnt crowded and the water was so calm... like Ice. The marina was very clean.

We had the most wonderful experience. It meant alot to us for those guys to help my son-in-law and his wheelchair on the pontoon boat we rented. Everyone was so nice! Thank you so much!!

Seemed very dirty by the water. Mostly beer bottle caps. This area is not cleaned or maintained as they should be or not at all. Not to mention the restroom at the back of the building are very disgusting, not cleaned for days looked like. yuck. Probably wont be returning to this location ever again. Skip it.

This is one of my favorite spots around the lake. You can go into the store there and buy fish food to feed the horde of carp in the water and also geese, ducks. It was pretty fun to do especially with my kids. There is a beach you can swim on.

Had and wonderful time on the 3rd and the 4th the fireworks were wonderful spectacular finale.. it was my first time to be in a boat an up close it was really awesome. Thank you. 🇺🇸🎆😁

I made a reservation online for the 4th of July at 10am. My group and i were on our way down a half hour from the location when they called almost an hour before our rental time to tell us “they didn’t have a boat available for us” when they probably overbooked. I called numerous times throughout the week to make sure i had everything in order on my part. We were beyond disappointed and weren’t even offered a compensation for canceling on us last minute. I was told I would be getting a refund and I still hadn’t received it. Turns out they had never canceled my reservation OR issued my refund. If I had never reached out to find out when I should be expecting my refund I would have never gotten it. My first and last time using Lake Murray Marina.

Best Recreational Lake in the Southern US. The water is always blue and clean, and its just a great place to visit!

Rented a pontoon boat here during the day. The website said that the boats had covers / awnings and bluetooth (amenities). The boat didnt. It was a very sunny and hot day so it was not enjoyable. We werent told that the boat had these issues until we had already signed the papers and paid our money. For a lot of money, we paid for this lack of sun protection and a very slow boat that had many items that were not maintained. I know, its a rental but there were things that werent safe. Most of all was the ladder at the back of the boat. It wasnt attached all the way so it was very difficult and dangerous for getting back into the boat. There were also several other things on the boat that needed repair. The manager was nice enough to help by giving us a discount though I think they need to get new boats - especially for the amount of money theyre charging.

Murray is a beautiful lake. The marina staff is friendly and helpful. Make sure you have parking covered by text and tag number bc of parking enforcement. She loves her job more than people..

Just stopped by here because of the reviews I read saying you can feed huge fish and geese. It was so much fun!! So many fish that are all on top of each other to get food. The geese are very friendly!The little marina shop is great... Sells fish food, alcohol, snacks and lots of other stuff.Was conveniently close to where we were staying... Lake Murray lodge.

The water is so clean and the RV spots at Elephant Rock are the best out of all spots here at Lake Murray.

Nice place to stop, rest, and potty breaks. We had a beautiful view of the lake while we ate our lunch. Our son was able to play at the park for awhile.

My son and grandson loved their experience! I grew up on this lake and am so thankful for being able to share that with these guys. The fish food is so affordable and the staff had always been a pleasure. We plan to make this a weekly activity over summer. Thank you guys!

Rented a boat. Boat was old and slow but did the job. Lake is man made, warm water, and nice scenery. Staff at the Marina were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, a fun day.

Was less than thrilled with the service. Not able to help in any way about what was biting what people were using as bait. Owners were even there and she was helpful but he didnt even acknowledge us. We wont go back. Use the bait shop before you get into the state park. Has an ice machine out front

Lake murray is by far one of the cleanest lakes in oklahoma, its also one of the most popular lakes as well. The weekends can be a little chaotic on the water, but overall, its a very nice lake.

So beautiful and amazing place and the water clearly is second to none. Love this lake.

This review is for a Boat Rental from the marina.On Friday (the eve of our boat rental), I get a call saying that our boat rental has been cancelled due to a mechanical failure. I said, no problem, well just take another boat. The kid on the other end of the line told me that ALL boats are down due to the mechanical failure. How is that possible?We had secured this rental weeks in advance and already paid for our RV camping spot. Now, the thing weve been looking forward to the most is snatched away due to what can only be poor management of their entire boating inventory.So, OK. The boats dont work and thats that. Now, presumably, they have to tell all the customers that their reservations are cancelled. Well, when I got my call she said, your reservation for tomorrow has been cancelled due to a mechanical failure. There was nothing apologetic about it. The kid couldnt have cared less that their mismanagement had severely altered our itinerary for the weekend. Recompense was furthest from their mind.So take this review for what its worth. 1. Your reservation may or may not be followed through upon and 2. the boats have mechanical failures. Maybe its a good thing we didnt get out on the water.

Just like I remember it thirty something years ago. Nice and clean, friendly staff and well stocked with all the goodies youll ever need for the lake.

Not only is the lake absolutely beautiful, the marina on this section is really amazing too. You can feed the hundred of cat fish that hang out at the docs-which is pretty cool.

This marina refuses to rent boat slips if you need one for a few days. They only rent by the year. That just sucks.

Dont bother renting a pontoon boat. Theyre in awful shape and dont have any of the advertised amenities. Save your $$.
