I received great service from Natalie at Lavish and from Grant at US Supply. Our kitchen faucet broke and needed to be replaced urgently. I went to Lavish with photos of the old faucet and the sink and Natalie patiently found a comparable faucet - in stock. We needed a top quality, high durability faucet and they both found it and had it in the store. The price was very fair. The service was exceptional. Parking was a non-issue and everything was Covid-safe. Thanks Natalie and Grant!

Wish I could give lavish 0 stars! I walked in and was not greeted by a single salesperson. I perused the showroom and eventually found someone helping another customer. I did not want to interrupt but after about 10 additional minutes I went over and politely asked if there was any other salespeople available. I was brushed off and told “someone is in the back but I’ll help you in a bit”. I waited awhile longer and the same associate went back to write up some information. In the meanwhile, I luckily found the customer she was helping and the CUSTOMER ended up being delightful, helpful and knowledgeable. We chatted for about 20 minutes before the associate returned to finish her order and the friend I had made politely requested someone help me. Another lady came out and said, “I can help but it has to be fast I have a 5:00 appointment so I only have a couple minutes”. I responded by inquiring if appointments were required and I was met with a long pause followed by “they’re preferred”. Needless to say I left. I wouldn’t give lavish my business if they were the last option in the world to purchase faucets. Horrible customer service, complete lack of professionalism and since I had so much time to shop around....an also less than impressive showroom and options. Steer clear!!!

What a garbage place. Staff extremely rude and their cheap junk is waaay overpriced. Be smart and stay far away from this rat trap.

Overpriced, rude staff, they mess up your order and you have to wait 4-5 months for merchandise to arrive. Do not shop here.
