As a young adult, I have had a lot of questions with being insured for the first time on my own, and a less than perfect driving record to go with it. Shasta is always just an email, call, or even text away! She explains everything so that I can understand it, and she does a lot of background research for me to make sure we are getting the best deal or making the right decisions. I am moving out of state (again) soon, and will be staying with Watkins after I make the trip to the west coast, they’re just that good to work with!

Wish I could give them no stars at all. I started out with this insurance company when I turned 20 years old. I had two cars and my house insurance with them. Well a year ago they sky rocketed my car insurance to $180.00 dollars a month, for two cars. I switched to State Farm and my insurance was only $61.00 dollars a month for both cars. And that was $30.00 dollars cheaper then they where to begin with. Two weeks ago I got a letter in the mail saying I had to trim some trees away from my house or they would cancel my house insurance. I called them to see how far away from the house the trees needed to be trimmed. They lady in the office did not know because they contract that out to another company that goes around and looks at peoples houses. I trimmed the trees the very next day 25 to 30 feet away from my house. Then a week ago I get a letter telling me that my insurance will be cancelled. So much for good customer service. This company takes peoples money for years, then they just drop them. I am very happy I switched to State Farm, and I am going to be happier switching my house insurance to them as well. Mr. Joe McAdams is a very nice guy that always treats his customers with respect.

Started off by switching my boat insurance to Watkins, ended up having them come out and quote my homeowners and auto policies. Auto was competitive and home was a twitch more expensive than what I was paying but the coverage was nearly double. Was a no brainer to switch. Tanner and Shasta are great
