Outstanding personal the staff is very courteous and helpful.

Unfortunately we have had really bad customer service at this location. We recently moved to the area and needed multiple pieces of equipment for our new ranch. We have been dealing directly with the store manager Terri so if his example is how this store is run then clearly customers aren’t a priority. We bought a brand new JD mower, paid cash in full, over 20k in January. We never received the mower until March. The only reason we ever got it was from calling REPEATEDLY and basically saying give us our money back. It is now July and we are still waiting on the specialty tires we also ordered and paid for back in January. When my husband repeatedly called for them he was told by Terri that they were mistakenly sold to someone else and he had to reorder them. After calling again we were told they were in and he would send someone out with them as soon as he could “shake someone loose”. This man has apparently no care in the world that we’ve been waiting 6 months. Needless to say our tractor and all other equipment were bought at another dealer. I won’t set foot in that place ever again.

Poor service from counter guys up front. High $$$. Best to get parts online, without a couldnt-care-less attitude, and save $$$.

Service counter parts guys do a great job finding the parts you need. They even help find parts not made any more. Pettit has always given great service.
