I LOVE NDS! We have used ALOT of seo companies in the past. We tell them what we want, they always say they can do it, and most of the time the delivery is just not there. NDS has been great! Erin walked us throught the technical achievement and delivery of what we are asking for in a way that makes us very confident in the delivery. We are an extremely high maintenance client and Erin is always very generous with her time. She is also an EXCELLENT and thorough communicator, which we really appreciate because we do tend to change our mind a lot and it is good to have in writing what we are doing and where we are going with our marketing.Erin has also been great in helping us find creative ways to market. SEO is always a great ROI for us, but PPC is pretty awful. That has really been the main reason for us to leave SEO companies in the past, even if they gave great service and we liked them a lot. We end up spending the majority of our marketing budget just to get PPC leads but we get the very lowest ROI on these leads. In the past, it was just something to put up with, or to leave a company in hopes of finding someone who can do it better. NDS has helped a little bit with PPC returns, but what their value really has been is finding alternative ways to bring in more leads with other avenues we have not utilized to the fullest so that we can replace PPC in the future. Other companies have talked aboutdoing this, but really not delivered any strategies. Weve been with NDS for less than a year and we are already utlizing 3 alternative ways to bring in other leads. I love the way they explain a little bit of the technical aspects of the job so we can understand how different strategies work and make realistic goals and expectations for our marketing.We also recently had 3 of our most revenue producing phone lines go down. Erin and her supervisor worked HOURS helping us track down the past SEO company that owned the phone lines and get them turned on for us. They worked after hours on a Friday afternoon and really went above and beyond. The past company was very helpful as well in helping us get our phone lines back up.We are so thankful we found NDS and really enjoy working with their team. DEFINITELY give them a call about your marketing strategy, both online and marketing to your currently client base. They are pretty creative!

NDS has really helped us create a web presence that we could not have achieved without their expertise. Erin is always helping us come up with the best ways to get more calls without spending more money which I really appreciate as organic recognition is the way I like to build a presence though NDS helped we make sense of using paid ads to supplement.
