Great people to work with, good customer service and their technician was was courteous and knowledgeable. Even in the heat they kept a smile on their face and never complained. Also did an amazing job covering up where he dug (a lot better job than the company I used before). I recommend them and will be using them in the future.

My wife and I were referred to Derricks Septic by our realtor to get a septic inspection performed on the home we were in the process of purchasing. The inspector did a great job. We were really impressed with his knowledge of everything and how thorough and detailed the report was. Will definitely use his services in the future for regular maintenance pump outs.

I am purchasing a new home in Gibsonville, NC. I scheduled for Derrick’s Septic Services to inspect & pump the system at my new property. I filled out the proper paperwork. On the day of the inspection, someone texted me from the company, and said they weren’t going to be able pump because the truck was broken. I answered explaining that was fine, but to please still do the inspection, because the due diligence period would be over the next day. No one ever responded back to this text. I called and left messages, and continued to keep texting with no luck. No one ever responded, and the inspection was not done. I would not recommend using this company!

Derrick Driggers of Derrick Driggers Septic services is one of the most professional, prompt, friendly and knowledgeable people Ive met. He truly goes above and beyond, and has been there for us when weve needed him on more than one occasion. Excellent communication, prompt, and great trust worthy work. Great job! Excellent customer Service by Shawn who educated me on Septic Tanks!!! He Explained the job and walked me through the septic tank pumping & cleaning process, also maintenance of the filter etc., and how often the tank should be pumped. Having to leave to go back to work, Shawn took the time to send me a photo after he neatly covered the area back over. I called this morning and Derrick came out to my house today, even though he were very busy... they squeezed me into their schedule and arrived around 5:30. Unknown to me, my septic tank was under my back deck, which made it difficult to get to. They were able to get to it and successfully pump my septic tank, despite the unusual placement! They were fast, efficient, and very nice! The price is also great compared to others in the area. I am very grateful to them for getting me in today so I would beable to wash laundry and do dishes! I will recommend them to everyone!

Very rude obnoxious young man. I dont recommend if you want good service. Broke my pipe then denied it even thou I was right there when he did it. Hit his hose off the pipe without shutting off the pump. I wont even go to the other problem he caused me. The worse part is his customer service. Just plain obnoxious. Did nothing to try to rectify the situation, just called me names after I put my review on his page. No business ethics at all.

I was very disappointed with Derrick and Amanda. I thought I was dealing with Driggers Septic, as that was who I was referred to by neighbors. I called Driggers and they gave took my info and Amanda (from Derrick’s Septic Services) called back and scheduled an appointment three weeks out. On the day of the appointment they texted and canceled (after I had to reach back out to ask when they were coming). Then they promised to come out two days later. They never showed up, and they wouldn’t return my phone calls or texts asking when they would be coming out. I decided I was done waiting and getting terrible service. I went with Chuck Keene septic and they were super quick, easy to work with, and did an excellent job.

I can’t say enough good things about this company! Fast and on time and good prices. Will recommend to friends thank you
