I have visited this place more than 5 years ago, during this time it has had several owners and I always keep coming back, now they call themselves JM NAILS the problem is that I always call days before to make my appointment and they never attend me on time, I have to leave a baby at home and I have no time to waste, then they make me wait a long time and finally when it comes to paying for the services they start to increase the prices ridiculously, I never write reviews but the truth is this is something stressful instead of relaxing as it should be, They seriously need to improve, and they also offer acrylic nails but they dont have the products to make the designs that one asks of them.the only reason I keep coming back is because Maria does a good job and is very kind and attentivethe

I LOVED my experience here. The ladies are friendly, it smells nice, not like chemicals. The service was great, very relaxing! I enjoyed the conversation just as much as I enjoyed the pedicure. Will definitely be coming here from now on.!

I’ve gotten my nails done for years and just recently moved into the area. So of course I would like to continue to pamper myself. Thought I tried Luci Nails and the ladies are wonderful. They pay close attention to details to make sure you leave a happy camper. Never had an issue and the prices are very decent. I’ve been with them for 2 years now. Check them out! You won’t regret it!

Ive gotten my nails done here about 2 or 3 times and everytime Ive had a very good experience. I get acrylics and both times they looked very good and professional. The ladies working are very nice and fun. Loved it.

Poor professionalism and the boss is the only one who has a license for nails. The whole place is ran like a zoo. They talk junk about each other and the clients. They never open on time and come and go as they please... Don’t waste your time here, there’s better places.

They do great work. Went in there for the first time showed them a picture of what I wanted and they do beautiful work. Would recommend this place to anyone. They are very nice . They took there time to make sure it was what I wanted .

After reading the reviews about this store I decided to give them a try for my nails. And, I am so glad I did! The salon is clean and neat and always has a great choice of colors of polishes. Nee does mine every 2 weeks and is efficient, professional and enjoyable to associate with. I highly recommend this business. I have been extremely satisfied!

This was my first time at the salon, I don’t normally go there but I had a nail break on a Saturday night and I couldn’t find another nail salon open on Sunday. I have gotten my nails done for YEEEAAARS for like 10 years now. I tried to call Saturday to make an appointment for Sunday to be polite and no one answered the phone. It was within normal business hours. So I get there Sunday and they were a little busy which is fine I didn’t mind waiting. But when it was finally my turn the whole process felt rushed because they had other people waiting. Then the other girl doing nails beside me kept telling her client don’t worry it’s just the first coat it’ll look better after.So we start dipping my nails in sns. Everywhere else I have gone to they do 2 or 3 dips in the base powder, then 2 or 3 dips in the color powder depending on how well the color shows, then they do a top powder dip.I got one dip in the base and 2 color dips with no top powder dip. It has only been ONE week since my visit and my sns is chipping and breaking off. This has NEVER happened before. AND if you look at the sides of my nails they just kind missed those. I am so disappointed. I just felt like I completely wasted my money. I will not be returning.

They have been great! Ive gone a couple times now, and after moving and needing to find a new place to get my nails done, they were very willing to try new or time consuming things!I willk note that I havent taken advantage of their pedicure services, and while the tubs look deep, I am unsure if their chairs have a massage feature. I would call ahead is that is a deal breaker for you!

Decided to try out a new place because they are open on Sunday which worked perfect for me! Big mistake!!! The lady asked what service I was interested in which I then replied SNS, she said ok. Twenty minutes later she comes back over to “look” at my nails & said, it would be another 45 minutes before she would be done with current customer! Well why didn’t you tell me that 20 minutes ago. I just feel like she really didn’t want to do my nails because she was ready to go home! I’ll just keep going to my current salon because I’ve never been disappointed with them ever!!!

Cannot believe this place. Came in on Saturday 2 hours before they closed... waited 30 minutes for a pedi and fill. Noticed it was nearing 7 and they had appointments coming in. I offered to come back Monday as it was their holiday and wanted to be nice and let them be with their family’s. I’m on the road for work so I made an appointment for 530 the following Monday, I uber from my hotel and ITS CLOSED. I’m flying directly to my boyfriend from being on the road all week for my birthday and stressed how important it was. Devastated to say the least.

Long story short . The owner did my nails too thin and within 3-4 days two of my nails completely broke off and on one of them my real nail was ripped off too , the whole area is sore and red . I got them done on a Wednesday, that following Sunday I return to tell the owner what happened . I was told to come back in an hour because she was “ busy “ . I come back and I wanted the owner to specifically fix it because it was HER work but she had her sister fix it for her . The only thing the owner did was shorten my nails and take the gel polish off with the drill . She says “ my sister is quicker so she’s going to help me with your nails “ .. I didn’t think anything of it because I thought her sister knew what she was doing . Absolutely not . Her sister added more acrylic to my nails to make them thick so they wouldn’t be so thin and easily to break .. well when it came time to do my shape I told her I wanted to keep my coffin shape and she said okay. My shape is AWFUL . All my nails are curved , slanted and shaped odd .. like first I come to you to fix them and now you mess up my shape. My nails have this ugly curve in them and I DO NOT like it one bit. I don’t care if the shop was closing in 30-45 mins , the owner told me to come back and that’s what I did . Apparently she was tired and didn’t want to deal with it so she made her sister TRY TO correct her work for her . Bad MISTAKE . I get my nails done faithfully every 2 weeks and had been trying to find a good nail salon to go to near my house since I moved to Archdale months back .. I thought I had finally found one but apparently not . They won’t touch my nails or see my face EVER AGAIN .

Been here for an hour waiting for them to open... very disappointed... wish I didnt waste my time and gas money... dont come on sundays.

I get SNS and with in 1 day the design started peeling off and with in 10 days the SNS started lifting. The work was sloppy also. Will never go back

Unlicensed workers, nails don’t last long at all, 3 days max, lots of people come back to get their nails fixed repeatedly due to bad service, they are also VERY unsanitary they only rinse their tools, they do not follow proper procedures, it’s just very unprofessional, the business was taken over by Sophany, they didn’t change the name & kept it as Luci nails & when doing pedicures they don’t properly clean when they are done with a customer & everything I’m saying I’ve honestly witnessed.. if I were to be anyone going there I’d just find another place to go seriously it’s not worth it.. July 1, 2018 just a very unsanitary & unprofessionally place to attend, I wouldn’t even give them a star
