I have repeated enjoyable experiences every time I visit this specific location; consistently friendly staff and very helpful. Had a particularly great experience today where the postal employee helped me package and ship multiple boxes in a way that was most cost efficient, even talking me out of buying additional boxes from them. Kudos to this location - you guys are awesome.

Always have good experience with the staff for 30plus years. Mail is rather slow but that is an across the US problem!

Cost saving measure - get rid of your telephone and the associated bill. I have been calling since 1 min after you opened (and for the subsequent 2 hours since) and no one answers. Pitiful customer service -

You can’t get anyone to answer the phone and the 800 number doesn’t give you the option to talk to a live person. Not very good customer services

The staff here is always friendly and the location is very convenient. Last pickup 5:00 pm

Particular staff member was hopefully just having a bad day, but regardless had horrible customer service. Rolled her eyes twice at my mom who was trying just to be friendly. Then proceeded to rudely tell us we didnt need a receipt after I had nicely asked for one. Take your postal needs somewhere else!

Employees are friendly, but there needs to be more than one person working. ALWAYS a long line.

Ruth was very rude to me, discrimination against younger patrons.
