Jessica was very responsive and kept me informed on her progress throughout the entire process. If she said she was going to call, she called!2. Jessica worked very quickly. She had a quote within hours with coverage that exceeded my expectations and explored multiple options for me.3. Jessica took the time to explain how the policies she quoted for me would apply to my business in the real world and REALLY helped me to understand what everything in my policy meant to me. This was invaluable and I cannot overstate the value of this.What could be improved:1. Nothing. Sandi Lennon was very professional, helpful and informative. Even when I emailed her she replied before 24 hrs and helped with the issue I had.

My parents have been with JR since 1980’s and it was never a question that I would also be a customer as well. In fact when I married my husband changed to my insurance as well because of the great customer service I received. If I ever need anything all I have to do is let JR or Erin know and they get me what I need. Erin just added my daughter’s first car this week actually. Was processed by the end of the day that I emailed her. I love the fact they know you by name and treat you like a real person and not just a customer of their company. I have all my policies through JR’s office: RV, house, life, and autos definitely recommend them for you if you are looking for insurance carrier.

I was a Nationwide customer for over 10yrs. Sandi Lennon is the reason I stayed even when my rate went up. Even though I could have gotten a better rate elsewhere, Sands dedication to outstanding customer service is what kept me from changing. Even at the behest of my fiance. This used to be a very easy place to get in touch with for paying bills. Now that this larry brown has taken over, it has become more and more difficult. When I do get through , the service is great. The problem is getting through. I get way to many excuses like internet being down or phones not working properly. Before all this went to the internet, things worked smooth as silk. No problems at all.
