Im extremely unhappy with this agency. They represented the seller in a property I was attempting to purchase. After nearly a month of negotiations, inspections, and financing procurement on my part which led to a binding contract signed by both parties, this agency allowed the seller to completely back out of any responsibility in the sale. I feel they violated both their professional responsibilities and their code of ethics.
