Very moldy. Smelled like rodent pee and bug poop throughout my first year there. Stove tops were very Rusty and worn down and cabinets had crusty, water stained floors with small piles of dust and crumbs from the people that lived there before. At least I had amazing roommates. But other than that, I wouldnt recommend this place to any students. Its not easy finding a place to live up here. It didnt ruin the amazing time I had in school but it is concerning to know that there is quite a bit of lack of sources in student housing and health care up here. And it shows.
