For the first time since Ive been doing reviews, sooner or later I had to be put into a situation and have to make a negative review.It started earlier today when my boss sent me over there to pick up a rental truck for something he was going to do. It started fine when my boss registered for it online but as soon as me and my co-worker set foot there the problems started.The employee there did not know how to do their job right, because of fraud issues they had before they have a policy of needing the person who is renting the vehicle (my boss) there on site to take delivery and not the alternate driver (me) to pick it up.We were there for over 45 minutes going back and forth trying to take care of the issues that they have, and in the end my boss texted us saying to forget about the whole thing and that U-Haul has lost his business.To summarize, the truck we were trying to rent for two days was paid for and ready to just go in and pick up, and they were not able to do it because of their own strict policies and very potato level of computers used there.
