Had a consultation of cool sculpting. I was told that the price was $600/treatment, with promotion I could get 6 treatments with $2400 (buy four get two). When I made the payment, the price jumps to $800/treatment, since I only need 2 treatments. If it was $800, then the promotion should be buy one get one free. So speechless. It’s not about the money, the company just doesn’t have a fixed price. Feel that they set different price based on the different customer.

Since first time I came to Wave，doctors and staffs all gave me a warm welcome. I did my double eyelid surgery with Dr. peter lee. which was the best decision I ever made. My eyes were recovering slower than others. During that time I was a little concerned. But Dr. lee took really care of me. After six month，my results actually turns out really good. I had an Ultherapy treatment yesterday and the nurse was friendly and did an excellent job! HOWEVER, their front desk, whose name is “Brenda” (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was rude and treated me dreadfully. I was conscious that she was a bit emotional, adversely, and I thought it was fine and acceptable at the beginning. Until she did a COVID test on me. I promise she was crude and not patient. I couldn’t stop crying after the test (even though I was aware this test might cause people to cry physiologically). I am still very depressed.(ps, I was vaccinated with both 1st and 2nd doses before going to have the treatment, but I was not three weeks after the second dose. So I had to do a COVID test. I think this is great bcuz WAVE is trying to protect employees and customers).

I came to Wave to do aquagold today. After I came in front desk girls helped me right away and they offer me water and candy which is really nice. Nurse Nashlee did my treatment she is very nice and patient. I didn’t feel any pain at all. I’d like to schedule my next appointment with her for sure.

I’ve been coming to Wave for years and out of all the locations this one is the best. They test you for COVID for safety which is something I highly value in a medical provider which I must add does not happen anywhere else , not even the hospitals!It is a very spotless office and the front staff is very detailed. The girls are of course all beautiful and patient. Brenda the MA is a total professional, if you need your blood drawn for prp she is your girl. Emily who was my consultant, is very informative and always willing to fit you in an appt without hesitation.I had my ulthera done by nurse Sai and wow. This was an extremely personalized treatment. She calmed my fears because I was worried about having my fat melted but she explained to me that after the procedure I may see what is perceived to be a deflation at the end of the month because in fact it is part of the process of denaturation , and neocollagenosis begins at 3-6 months. Mine began early at 2 months. Let me tell you my results speaks for itself. The meticulous screening process is something I highly value in a situation like this, this is a true Silver service experience hands down

I can’t say enough about nurse Jen and the Wave team. The office is clean, warm and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and it feels like a small family in Arcadia. I had never had Botox or fillers before, and I think there is this misconception that you will look fake if you do either. However, nurse Jennifer is exceptional at improving your skin dramatically without it looking dramatic. My skin looks 5+ years younger after 2 treatments this year! The product lasts as it promises and honestly the best thing about my experience has got to be my time with nurse Jen and the Wave staff. I always end up hanging out with the staff and having girl time and don’t want to leave. Jennifer is a perfectionist which is important when someone is sticking needles in your face! She is warm, gentle and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I love that she explains in detail what she is doing, why our bodies/skin do what they do and why the product we chose is the product of choice. I first visited WAVE because I had some concerns about facial wrinkles. Specifically my forehead, but also some crows feet that seemed to be deepening by the week.This is my first time getting treatment and Jennifer was very professional and understanding of my desires. I was certain that I wanted a natural and subtle outcome and was very impressed with how they handled it. I came to wave to get some fillers done. I have been to many many offices all over to get fillers & by far their customer service was amazing. They listened very well with me. I’m very picky with the shape of lips I wanted from the fillers. So far every other medical office can’t seem to achieve the shape I’ve been wanting. The outcome of my fillers came out the way Ive been wishing for. Natural yet beautifully plump. Im so glad I found this place! Ive been going to WAVE for almost 2 years for different services! I do have a favorite nurse, Jennifer RN that has provided most of the services that Ive purchased. She is great! I had Botox and fillers done by her and Im such a baby I still get nervous at times and she will constantly remind me to take deep breaths to help get through it!Im also a nurse that assist with medical procedures and I do the same with my patients in regards to simple reminders of slow deep breaths and talking them through the process. I realized how helpful that isas the tables were turned when I received my elective beauty treatments.I really loved the fact that even though we were in a beauty medical spa, she still demonstrated the nursing characteristics needed when caring or treating someone. No superficiality at all. Ive also received a couple microneedling with growth factors with her and as always she was great! I cant wait for my next appointment!

I would have given them 0 star if allowed. The front office staff in Arcadia office were extremely unfriendly. Especially the one named JIA JIA, with her rude and bad attitude and high pitch voice, she acted very arrogant and bossy.I had surgery with Dr. Lee, unfortunately something didnt turn out well. I had to have consultations with the doctor trying to figure out a way to fix the problem. I wish there was no issue to begin with so I didnt have deal with these people. I will never go back to this place.

I recently got Botox here at Wave and from the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendliest staff! The front desk girls were super friendly and bubbly I felt good and at ease just sitting in the waiting room. It wasnt long until I was taken back to the treatment rooms where it was so pretty and clean. Steven the NP or PA was the one who did my treatment we talked about the areas of concern and I told him how many units I was treated with in the past. He told me that he didnt think that I needed that much and he likes to treat his patients on the conservative side. His honesty made me feel at ease and that he wasnt trying to upsell me or give me more than what I needed i appreciated that. Its just been a few days and Botox already kicked in and loving it! Will definitely be back!

She was so welcoming, professional and informative. Peipei thoroughly explained the service procedure and what I should expect as far as feelings during the service and what to expect. After the service my skin looked so hydrated and I left with a glow! I had a great experience and would definitely refer my friends and family to Wave Arcadia. She assessed my skin and told me what I could be doing better at home with my skin care. Based on her assessment of my skin, she did my HydraFacial. First of all, this review is for the staffs in Arcadia office. I personally has nothing against the Surgeon whom I met. A month ago, I asked for a consultation for Blepharoplasty ( eye lid surgery). So I thought I was going to see a surgeon instead of a consultant ( Jia Jia). First able, she has no customer service etiquette. She doesnt greet me when I walk in as if I am not as important as other customers who carried name brand purses (red flat). I dont know if thats how she is with other customers. But I can sense she is selective, only cater to the rich.So she walked me into her office without introducing who she was, what was her title (red flag). And I didnt ask because I thought she is some important person, maybe a doctor who assist the surgeon. Well, who can give you a surgical advice beside a trained doctor. She acts like she is one of those. She asked me what brought me here? I told her I got droopy eyelids. I just want to fix that problem. So she told me that I will need Blepharoplasty. She then actually trying to measure my eyelids with her measuring caliber. And given me advice like you might need fat grafting aside from the upper Blepharoplasty (red flag). And she informed me how long is the recovery time and so forth. Just like that, she gave me a quote. When I walk out of that office, I was thinking in my head. Who is she? Then I kind of figured out, she is not a doctor.So I called back following week and spoke to one of the receptionist that I wanted a real consultation with a surgeon. I want to hear from him what I need on my face, not from someone who is not a medical professional telling me what I need. So after a few attempts, I was able to get a hold of Jia Jia, because only her can schedule an appointment with the surgeon. This girl is not good at following up with the clients. She didnt return my calls. I had to called so many times to finally get her attention (red flag). Finally, I got an appointment with Dr. Lee. This is my second time went back to their office. So back to the same customer service etiquette, No one greet me, the minute I walked in. Jia Jia was standing at the front desk with two other staffs. She saw me walked in, didnt bother to say hi, except a fake smile. Nor the other two staffs. I was like, these girls need to get their basic 101 customer service training class. I was uncomfortable, but I dont like to complain. That doesnt mean I wont write a review.So I finally sit down and meet with Dr. Lee. So this is what he suggested me (believe it or not it was totally different from what Jia Jia had suggested). They surgeon said, I needed an mini face lift and a brow lift so my eyelids will be back to normal shape along with epicanthoplasty (cut open the corner of inner eyes) to make my eyes longer. From the aesthetic point of view he also recommended me for some filler on my face because of volume lost on my face (sign of aging). I asked the surgeon if he can use my own fat for filling my face. He said, you dont have any fat, and I dont think you have any good fat. The surgeon was right on just by looking at my face. I already have double eyelids, I dont need another double eyelids surgery, what I need is the lift. Wow, so unbelievable, I was told by Jia Jia I need an eyelid surgery with fat grafting on my eyelids. She doesnt know what the heck I am missing on my face.So for anyone who is going to WAVE for any types of plastic surgery, ask to see the surgeon for the consultation, not someone who has no medical training like Jia Jia. This office needs to change the way they handle their consultation and the girls who works there need the basis 101 customer training lesson. I am not sure if I want to go back there for my surgery because of the service I received from the staffs, not the surgeon. It makes me feel uncomfortable being there. Anyone whos going to have this type of surgery should feel a warm welcome from the staffs. After all, I am paying for it. Is not free. I should be treated with respect.

I’m so happy with my wave experience. I was never confident with my chubby fave and nose. I finally booked my consultation with jia jia at the Arcadia location after numerous researches. She went over with me all my options and pros and cons with every single procedure. She’s so knowledgeable. My surgeon dr lee was phenomenal. My post surgery result is amazing and most importantly, the after care! They are so caring from beginning to end. Every time I go for follow ups, Lilian and candy were always courteous. Susan who did my power star were very pateint. Wave plastics surgery deserves 10 stars!!
