I went there today to sell some old jewelry. The entire process was very smooth. I easily found parking. I waited for about 10 minutes. The staff is very nice and polite. They weight & test every piece in front of you.Easy to understand calculation and no pushy sales tactics. They explain every detail & calculated diamonds value separately.
