I would advise people to think twice in engaging in business with MC Psalms and Mr Michael Chan. I engaged Mr Chan in the roll of Process Server to serve documents on a defendant in a small claims court filed with the Santa Monica Courthouse. Once Mr Chan had debited my credit card, he advised he would serve the defendant and subsequently the Proof of Service to the Santa Monica Court, and as a courtesy also file an additional Proof of Service for a defendant who been served independently for an additional $10.00. None of this was done and as result not only had he fraudulently taken my money, the case was dismissed. Emails were not returned, requesting a refund of monies paid.
