I had a truck throw a rock in my windshield driving from Amarillo to Flagstaff I called and got a quote over the phone. I asked if I needed an appointment or if I could just drive in. Robert told me to just drive in.As soon as I pulled into the driveway Robert came out looked at the windshield and immediately began working on my car.Very fast service with no wait time, every employee I spoke to was very nice. I highly recommend this place. I had my windshield repaired for $30 if it would have needed to be replaced it would cost me $350 just for the glass.Yes, I can still see a spot where the chip was repaired but I had also been advised of this prior to the repair.So $30 bucks VS $350 who cares about a little chip mark!!!Hopefully I wont need this type of service again, but if I do I will certainly return to Doctor Auto Glass and have them do the repair.

Took my car in this morning to repair a small chip, they did mention that the crack would still be visible which I agreed to but the result is really bad and unacceptable. The job was done poorly and did not clean the resin after the repair. I found dry resin on my hood and windshield that I couldnt scrape off.The crack looks worse than before the repair and my windshield is now smogged up, I believe they wiped the windshield with the resin still wet and now I couldnt clean that off at all.Picture below is after they repair the crack. I will not trust them for full windshield replacement since they cant even fix a small crack nor clean after they have done the repair. They are not detail oriented and I guess they just dont care about the customers vehicle.I should have gotten a $10 DIY repair kit and done it on my own if I knew this would happen.

I called Robert and he quoted me a great price and had a technician out to my work in Beverly Hills within about 24 hours to replace it. The tech was very thorough and informed me that when my windshield had been previously replaced the other company had broken all my brackets. Robert ordered the brackets and sent a technician out 2 weeks later to install them at no charge.I am very impressed with the customer service and professionalism of Doctor Auto Glass!!! Did fast work and were honest. I took two cars in with chips in the front window, and with one of them (where the chip was over a year old and had not spread), instead of taking my money, they were honest and said that it didnt need to be fixed. Hard to find honest good repair persons, I will go back to them again.

It was nearby and cheaper but the quality of work is so so. Then we were told that they use 3rd party glass hence the quality. We have to vacuum our car afterwards since there are some shattered glass pieces inside of it.(They did vacuum it but not thoroughly.) I might not come if I knew the quality of work of their level.

These guys were awesome. I called Thursday to get an estimate on the repair of the power window on the front drivers side of my Ford Explorer.After a brief description , they ordered the part I needed (without asking for payment up front) and asked me to come in the following day to have the repair done. It was done fast and at a low cost.This was not the awful, expensive experience I had when taking my Explorer to a Ford dealership for the same reason years earlier.I highly recommend Doctor Auto Glass for power window repair.

I love this place! I needed a replacement on my car door regulator as quickly as possible because it suddenly just stopped working and my window won’t go up. They replaced a new door regulator for me it in about half an hour, I didn’t have to wait in line to get it done and the price was very affordable compare to other places. Now everything is working great and they even check the rest of my auto glass for cracks and potential damage! Wonderful place with really friendly people.

Great place. not fancy. but who cares if they are honest and do good work. replaced my front windshield in no time at all. during lunch time and still plenty of time to grab lunch. fast. I also need body work done to my car and I plan to come here to do that too. then of course leave another great review for them. if you want a fancy waiting room with snacks and cappuccino machine and pay 5 times more. go ahead and go some where else. I am so lucky I found this place. I literally looked at places on Mission Road in Los Angeles and Places in Fontana, Rancho, Claremont, Monrovia, West Covina. Got quotes over the phone and in person for about 3 months before I found this place. I needed to replace my windshield for my Toyota Avalon and the quotes were all so high. This place was so friendly and the price was lower than the rest of the other 20+ places. When you come in you feel welcome and the job was done so fast. I really hope I don’t need any more glass replacement but I am very happy to know where to go now.

Needed an auto glass shop that would fix my windshield replacement as fast as possible, and hopefully for a good price too. Doctor Auto Glass was outstanding in their work. I visited their shop in Los Angeles and was offered a great deal which I accepted right away. They were super fast in that it really only took them less than an hour to replace my front windshield. They are very close to Pasadena and Arcadia for those who need them in that area as well.

My door regulator suddenly stopped working and I needed to find an auto repair shop ASAP because it was very dangerous to drive without it working properly. My window would not roll up! Doctor Auto Glass set up an appointment time with me right away and they had everything finished in about half an hour, with a great price! I had a huge problem with my side windows because they suddenly refused to work and I couldn’t open or close them at all! I contacted a few places to ask for quotes on fixing the side windows and Doctor Auto Glass was the best option for the job!Although I decided to take the car to their shop, they told me that I they would also be able to come to my address if I was too busy to do it myself. Although I didn’t need this particular service at the time, I will certainly use it in the future if I ever need it again. All the staff members are a very well organized team and they work round the clock to help their customers!

Absolutely excellent service. Very fair price, actually under what I was expecting. They turned the service around very quickly (under half an hour). They were very direct and to the point about what they could or could not fix which I appreciated. They spoke perfect English and were very polite. The only negative thing I could even try to mention was that their wait lounge was in rather dirty/ in disrepair, but it is a little hole in the wall type of shop, a great find and exactly what I needed.

Doctor Auto Glass was my first choice when I noticed a chip in my windshield! I had already heard a great deal about them from friends who had gone to their shop and who were exceptionally happy with their services, so I also decided to call them and see if they could help me with my chipped glass. They were lovely to deal with, and it took less than 30 minutes before they were done and I was on my way! Luckily, it was only a small chip, but even such a small crack needs to be taken care of on time, and my windshield is now as good as new! I hope that I won’t have any more chips in the future, but if I do, I am going straight back to Doctor Auto Glass!

I called at around noon and was able to schedule an appointment to get my windshield replaced at 3:00pm on the same day. I arrived at 3:00pm and pulled straight into the garage, where they got straight to work on my car. I didnt keep track of how long it took, but Im pretty sure it was under an hour. Fast and professional. If I ever need my windshield to be repaired or replaced, I would definitely come back.

I had a tiny chip on my new Audi A4 on the way back from Vegas and the heat caused the crack to expand. I ended up having to get a new windshield. I small rock caused a lot of damage to my windshield when it suddenly cracked right in the middle of the glass! The crack itself wasn’t particularly large, but I know from previous experience that this doesn’t mean that it’s not dangerous.I called Doctor Auto Glass after finding them online and they were able to immediately provide me with a quote and told me that I could come right away! It took less than 30 minutes to fix that little crack and they also made sure that all my windows were left clean and that they were all checked for other cracks as well. Great price and excellent service, and while I hope that I won’t have another crack on my auto glass again, if I do I will call them immediately!

Fantastic price & service! We needed to replace the drivers door window, which was cracked by a flying pebble. The dealership and a mobile service both wanted over $800 (glass and labor) to do the job. I found the part on eBay (actual manufacturers glass, brand new) for $179 with free shipping. I called Doctor Auto Glass and they quoted me $100 to install. They were true to their quote, I was in and out in 20 minutes, and we saved over $500. And they were super friendly! Highly recommend.

I suddenly received a massive chip in my windshield while driving through LA! I think it came from a small rock that flew through the air because of the car in front of me and it gave me quite a shock. It also happened in a very uncomfortable place as it was right in front of the driver’s view of the road, which is very dangerous!I quickly looked for a auto glass chip repair shop and found great reviews for Doctor Auto Glass on Yelp, which is why I gave them a call immediately! They were super supportive of my situation and took my car in right away! The chip was pretty big, but they still managed to fix everything in under an hour and they made it look as good as new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good auto glass shop!

Had an accident with my pathfinder at about 2:30 in the afternoon ,busted my rear hatchback window out. Was frantic to get it fixed asap called around but no one could do it till the next day. Did another search and Dr autoglass popped up ,called them Robert answered the phone gave him info ,then he said can you come at 3:30, I ran there as soon as I got off work .
