Paid 53 plus a 10 dollar tip and my nails were junk. They’re not fully covering the whole nail the edges of the tips are busted looking and she wouldn’t listen to what I wanted. Definitely not worth the price

Tina took care of my mani, pedi, and waxing. I was charged 5$ for callus removal in my basic pedicure (which is generally included from my understanding) and she did not do a good job. My feet are still rough. She was also a little quick and pushy with her movements of needing me to move my hands and feet. She was quick and rough when turning my head while doing my eyebrows. I really didnt like that. If I do go back, I will ask for someone else. Overall the shop itself is very clean, and beautiful. Very nice atmosphere.

I started going to here about 2 years ago for my pedicures and i will never go anywhere else . The atmosphere in this place is beyond relaxing and soothing. Employees are attentive and gentle . They offer special pedicures and wine . Usually dont have to wait long . I never had any issues with this place . So i highly highly recommend

My experience was not a good one. 😕 I felt my business was unwanted. The nail tech who did my pedicure got polished partially on my toes and no-one wanted to do my manicure. I very unsatisfied and wont be going back. No recommendations from me.

I can attest that the bad reviews I seen about this place is wrong. I had a GREAT Experience!!!! I had a Pedi and got my eyebrows waxed. Its a little pricier but Its a lot cleaner and more sterile then others and the people were very nice. I gave them a chance and Im glad I did 🤩😊

Very hateful. Used my translator to understand what they were saying and they were saying mean and hateful things about my niece. Also had friends say they were saying hateful things as well. Place is very disrespectful towards its clients

Went to get my girlfriend a manicure and they completely messed up her nails and did not follow directions as asked. Told me my pedicure was 20 bucks and it ended up being 42. Spent 84 bucks for some bs service.

Went here instead of my regular nail trix. The technician wasnt sure what almond shaped nails were and almost gave me stilletto shapes on my natural nails. Then I wanted eyebrows wax and she had left like a burn mark on my eyebrows that still havent healed completely! Just make sure your tech knows what theyre doing. They also use dip powder and dont place the powder in separate containers. I heard that way is not sanitary

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!... No wait time really...greeted with smiles as soon as the door opens😁... The atmosphere is breathtaking and the customer service is amazing. The whole time they catered to my needs and wants!!! I always leave relaxed and stunning... I get Compliments everywhere I go about my nails!!!

Purchased gift cert for wife, told the girl that I wanted a pedicure....waited 20 minutes and someone else walks in and gets seated right away with no appointment. After I said something then they wanted to make good. Embarrassing for the woman client and me. Never coming back.

We arrived a few minutes late for our pedicure and nail service. They greeted us very nicely. We signed in and sat us quickly for our pedicures. Tommy 1 did a great job. The massage was awesome. Beautiful job on my nails. They offered us wine which was great after a long day. The place is very clean. We will be back!!!

Only saving grace was the pedicure and the discount. I had a pedicure once before and decided to try out a manicure. My friend and I are local and so we really were looking forward to a good close nail place. Wrong. The man doing my fill/gel manicure originally didn’t even ask me if i wanted my nails cut down and seemed bothered when I finally asked for them to be shorter. He also must have been using a light that didn’t work as well(he also rushed my hand out of it before the timer went off) because after the final coat he smudged my polish and it came right off. He immediately became frustrated and angry and attempted to redo that hand but once he repainted that nail he made it seem like it was MY fault and i wasn’t placing my hand into the light far enough. I get enough manicures I know what I’m doing and he shoved my hand into the light so my fingers were literally bent in a really odd way in order to not hit the sides with the wet polish. The woman next to him(who I feel like is the owner and the real saving grace as she’s friendly and nice) told him to choose a new light. He ended up redoing my nail color three times and being openly aggravated. To the point the two girls next to me told me “good luck” when I left! He stormed off after they were finally “done” but my nails look horrible! I’ll post pictures if I can be needless to say I wasted money and now have to go get them redone this weekend ELSEWHERE because this looks like a polish job I could have done myself.

I randomly looked up nail spas near me, and this was the first option in the list. I looked at the ratings and it was 3.5 so I felt a little hesitant, but eventually I went. First of all the spa looked and smelled very clean and spacious and they were playing nice and calming music. There was a nail professional who greeted me once I entered and was very nice and helpful his name is Tim. They all were so professional and nice to deal with. Tim is very gentle with nails, yet knows what he’s doing! I loved the fact that he didn’t try to force me “nicely” to do extra stuff for the extra charges that most other spas do. Their prices are reasonable and the service is great I totally recommend it!

I usually love this place but the last time I was there they did a terrible job. I got the dip powder and it had tons of ridges. You could see the nail tips. I didn’t gave time to go back because I was leaving for vacation. Very disappointed.

Called for an appointment and thet told me to come right in. Seated immediately for a special pedicure. I had some rough heels and she did an amazing job on them.

Rudest people I’ve ever met. The woman doing my pedicure and another woman who worked there had a coversation my entire pedicure extremely loud and didn’t acknowledge me the entire time. Do they really think people want to listen to them running their mouths while they’re trying to relax? The place itself is very nice but the people are so rude it’s not even worth it. Save your money and go else where.

I do not remember his name but his chair is on the second row, first to the left once you come in. Lets start by how fast he pushed me on his chair did not even let me pick a color for my nails. I ask him for a certain shape tells me no it will make my nails look ugly smh it annoyed me to the max because I have had it done every where else and they end up looking beautiful. At this point Im like whatever not going to argue with him . So as hes doing my nails he gets to close and cuts me several times then hes saying he cant see clear and this is in the morning there is light. He puts my hand under the lamp say much better but hes struggling to see. Than as hes doing my nails hes telling me to pick a color okay fine picked one and then he says they dont have it. They should have a little lable or something on the sample nail saying not in stock or something. Fine then Im looking and then he says wash my hands so I go. Once I come back there is someone else on my chair and my bag and cellphone was moved to another chair. He comes and tells me he moved my things someone else will paint my nails smh at this point I get annoyed, I did not say anything because I dont like to start an argument but I got so annoyed I left. He was rude and by pushing me aside and not finishing his work oh and they were not busy at all! Never again will I get my nails done by that guy, all he cared about was tips or making money his customer service was nasty!

These people expect to be paid by the “looks” of the spa and not the service & experience. Don’t get me wrong the ambience is very relaxing and spa like, but it did not match the service. It was an hour wait to begin with and I was a first visitor so they believed they could catch me in an upsell that I didn’t ask for. Once I denied the upsell the woman doing my pedi was being very rough and acting aggravated, while also talking in a negative undertone to the lady doing my best friend’s. Even though I felt treated this way I still tipped. I guess she didn’t feel like the tip was enough so she laughed in my face. It totally messed up my birthday weekend experience and I will not be back.

Went to go for a pedicure having had gone here a handful of times as is for nails nails for full set and fills in with minimal issues. Sit down and go to put my feet in....scolding hot water...Strike one. The lady then goes to start to trim my toes, but before using clippers grabs the edge clipper things. First cut...my toe. Not even CLOSE to my nail. Blood immediately starts rushing out of my toe...strike two. She then goes and grabs some bottle of green stuff to drop on my toe before I can even ask what she is doing (thankfully just aloe). I stop her from going any further...yes she wanted to KEEP GOING. I had to ask for a bandaid THREE TIMES from 2 different people, and had to refuse more of the green stuff TWO TIME before I finally got a bandage...strike three. I got one quick apology to which I didnt even acknowledge. I am praying that I do not end up with an infection.....(yes I came home and throughly cleaned my foot, neosporin on and well bandaged).....accidents happen. But the lack of customer service and lack of care for a mistake they make is inexcusable.

I WORK NEXT DOOR AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, And charged for wrong things, in my opinion..Started off okay...then when it came to doing nailpolish, I chose the very pretty glitter polish and was told she cant do it because it was too much clear nail polish and too much to get the glitter to come out one by one.... she didnt even try to do more layers, told her thats what i wanted and she just shook her head no..so picked a different color, okay.then later on, i realized she charged me for long nails when my nails arent even long then when i went back to ask her why she charged me for long nails she said short nails are basically a little bit shorter than what i had...before she did anything on my nails she would always tell me if it was extra, and when i said to her you didnt even tell me it was extra for long nails she shrugged it off and said oh welll..the store is pretty though.........

Wow. What rude people working there. I stopped by for a pedicure and gel mani. I was told it’d be an hour wait and there was LITERALLY NO ONE IN THE SHOP. I asked why, when there was no one there, and was told “because.” I left. Spend your money elsewhere.
