I visited Express tag and title to register a vehicle I was purchasing from the owner. When I arrived another customer was being served and it seemed to be taking a while, but once it was our turn the process breezed along.All in all our experience was perfectly average and fine, but what really impressed me is that we got our title in the mail less than a week later. The MVA is so slow right now and I dont know if this place has connections to make things move faster or if it was coincidence, but Im very happy with the service I received!

New to the state and had to get my car tagged and titled. Jim was quick to answer my online inquiry and phone call later that day. Price was great and Jim made sure I got the best possible deal with the state, explaining everything to me and answering my questions. Walked in and out with my new tags in less than 20 minutes.

Top notch customer service. They have Saturday and Sunday hours! My teen son bought his first car 7:30pm on a Saturday Frederick, MD (they waited for us to get there!) And had us titled and tagged in 10 minutes flat. Highly highly recommend!

One star comment: very slow to get anything back fromblames dmv on 2 week delays. Stand in waiting room jist 15 mins and you will see and hear unhappy customer one after the other. Not to mention no mask no sanitizers and place is filthy

In and out in 10 minutes! Cant beat it. They are also offering insurance right there on the spot, so if you dont have any, they have that too! NO WAIT, and more services than the regular MVA.

I definitely recommend going here and seeing jim. Prices are great. Quick no wait. Professional. And they are open later then all tag n titles around !

Came here last week to get replacement tags for my vehicle and let me tell you, I was in & out in no time! I had the pleasure of being helped by Carol who was so helpful and very sweet! She even helped keep my two kids occupied while the paperwork was being processed! Thank you Carol for being so helpful!

NTB was able to help me renew my registration and had me in and out the door in minutes! instead of planning my whole day around going to the MVA I was able to stop by on my lunch break and get everything done! Highly recommended!

Nice place, tried twice at the MVA to title a car, these guys did it in 15 minutes. Also has interesting artwork, hand-made jewelry and souvenirs so check it out!

Where is this place I see no signs of it and I have tried two times to find it. Could have gone to Mva and saved time
