Not only did they not honor the appointment I had booked thru the website. When I showed back up for the one they set me 5 hours later I was met with a complete unwillingness to help me file my taxes. Umm I thought H&R block prides themselves on being most helpful. The ladies at this one are completely rude and need to take lessons in customer service as well as take another crash course in how to use the software. Save yourself the headache, file at home or at Jackson Hewitt. I have been loyal to the block for years. But this go round left me with a bad taste in my mouth and sadly disappointed.
