I wish I was writing a better review. Glad to see that Jennifer is gone and someone else is in charge. Met him today when yet ANOTHER package was delivered to someone other than me. He will do his best but at the end of the day The driver was pinned at your box when the package was scanned He will investigate and start there. He was nice enough, just no confidence in the Post office. As a military family, we have several moves under our belt and have NEVER had this issue with any post office. Feels like unless the driver remembers whos box they put my key in 2 weeks or 2 days ago, your SOL. TWO packages in 2 weeks and 6 over the last 2 years. I am beyond frustrated. I would give it no stars but that was not an option. And sadly, none of my neighbors have ever returned a package accidentally delivered to them either :(

Went in without having ever sent a package before. I wasn’t helped with anything whatsoever, I felt unwelcome and embarrassed. So I left.. Extremely unhelpful staff.

They always seem short staffed so the line is always a little long but as soon as the clerk is ready she always greets you with a smile and makes sure to review all your shopping options with you.

Ive been using this Post Office for many years and have always been treated great. The ladies behind the counter are friendly and knowledgeable.

It takes them forever to put out mail and package. No wonder yal get a low rating Ingleside post office and rockport is so nice and clean. Yal have a broken door still haven’t been fix. Come on get it together get our mail and package out faster.

I paid my box online and they for whatever reason didnt get the notice until i went in and asked why was my box locked and the little lady said let me see and she went and unlocked it and said oh im sorry. i said i paid 6 months and lost a month cause you guys slipped up. she said oh im sorry. she didnt offer me a month they owed. so maybe she will be working at mcdonalds drive soon lol

They never answer the phone..

Ordered from a person locally from this area and he dropped it off (he sent video proof). My tracking number to this day still states that the package is there and hasnt been scanned in at the post office. It has been 5 days and still no sign of it. WORST POSTAL SERVICE EVER USPS.

I like this post been using it for years. I love there great and they know me by name. I think the more friendly you are to the staff the better your experience will be. Just be a nice and patient person and treat the staff with the respect they deserve. And the better your experience will be it’s there job they work at and not everyone has a good day don’t mean you have to be rude to the staff that runs the post office, with out them doing there job we wouldn’t be getting our mail that we need or want I think the staff does a great job and have been for years thank you ladies and gents keep up your great service try to ignore the grouchier customers who don’t appreciate what it take to do your job.

Went early on a Saturday morning, and there was not a line. Building was older but clean. The woman who helped me was very straight forward and friendly on what I needed to do to send in my passport renewal application. Make sure to have your form, payment, and booklet ready and filled out as it isnt the post officers duty to check your paperwork if sending it in by mail.

So I went in there yesterday waited behind 2 others patiently, the woman on left with 4 grey roots at the counter working wasnt wearing a mask. When it was finally my turn, I asked her a few questions about shipping, holding the items to ship and a few different envelopes and my addresses printed and ready with tape in the hand. She sent me back to the back of the line and giggled as she said it.....I told her I wanted to finish up and it would take 2 seconds. Knowing I was already uncomfortable that she and everyone else in the building didnt have masks on. So I filled my envelope paid and offered her a free brand new face mask. Since I make them Ive been passing them out to essentials to help prevent the contagion. She declined and in a rude matter. She laughed at me rolled her eyes and said she already had one....well why arent you wearing it? Because your unprofessional, rude and made me a very unhappy customer. Ill be using online and different post offices here on out.

A lady named Michelle helped me even though it was a simple task. Very sweet lady and acted as if it was her first day trying to impress the boss even though she was by herself!David

Delivered my package to wrong address and I had to go find it from my neighbors. Numbers are on the side of my house. Just pay attention when delivering packages. Some people order pricey stuff on line now$$$.

These people will not do their job. The lady behind the counter flat-out lied to me. They refuse to deliver a package and told me it would cost me $11.90 to attempt to turn it around. Talking to USPS customer Affairs the post office representative told me that was a lie and there was absolutely nothing like that in their system

Passport Agent ( said her name was Susan but was wearing another females id badge.) refused to assist with my renewal passport package. She said it was against Post Office rules for her to assist me with renewal , to paperwork. Worse post office visit of my life!

These people are stupid even by post office standards which is saying a lot. Refused to take my passport application even though I had all the required documents. Passport person was rude and refused to look their own instructions. She will use any excuse not to do her job. Do yourself a favor and bypass this office and go to a different office. This post office is a complete waste of time.

Since I have lived here..mailman hasnt picked up outgoing mail! Flags are up for a reason!

Called in 2 different occasions about passport renewal and the lady named Mary (I learned she is the postmaster) is very rude. First call a Friday - I asked if there is a schedule for accepting passport paperwork and she said that they will mail out the application and that I have to line up like everybody else. I then asked if somebody is going to check my paperwork and make sure they are filled out correctly and she keeps repeating that they will just mail out the application and I have to line up like everybody else. She didnt answer my question or bother to help me out. Thursday morning the following week, I called again just to make sure on what time they will be accepting the paperwork and she said The next schedule for accepting passport paperwork is on Tuesday June 13th at 10:00 am I asked that I thought as per the USPS website that passport days are Mon-Fri and she just keep repeating again what she said The next schedule for accepting passport paperwork is on Tuesday June 13th at 10:00 am she didnt bother to explain. Very rude!!!

These people are completely worthless and cant deliver anything on time. Good luck with them. I hope they all get fired

Supposed to have packages from Amazon for parts to the car that I needed today and they said on Amazon it was delivered I come home from work and it wasnt delivered the driver passed everyones mailboxes and now I cant go to work

This is the worst place to deal with they sit on your mail instead of doing there job it takes 2 weeks for mail to get where its going when it should take 3 days max. The post master should be fired for not doing there job. Totally discusted

Went to get my passport, worst experience ever! Worker was so rude, told us that we were last, took everyone one that came in, and took forever to get the paperwork done! I had all the needed information when I got there just needed him to enter the info! Go somewhere else for all passports!!!!!

Postal worker keeps leaving to big of package in my box and it gets stuck in there and they wont come back to get it out, too lazy to bring it to the door or leave a card in my box for me to pick it up at the post office
