Villa del Mare is a fantastic condo located in Seascape Aptos. It is a great base to visit Santa Cruz and Monterey as it sits right between the two on the ocean. The front door located just a few steps from accessible parking spot/lot opens to a large and comfortably appointed home. The beds are easy to fall asleep in resort quality, and all the basics and more are provided in the kitchen and bathrooms (including Washer/Dryer). We had a family of deer that visited a few times a day and we really enjoyed the quiet end-location and ocean views. Check in was seamless and communication was consistent. This is a beautiful ADA unit with larger spaces and a modern updated accessible shower. This place is also great for older vacationers or visiting family who may not be in a wheelchair but appreciate the location and set up of accessible units. The host Diane was very thoughtful with decor and providing all the right extras, including a bottle of wine. We will be back for sure - thank you!

The Seascape Lodge is great, and the Villa del Mare was a great experience. The condo was clean, well stocked, and the owner takes pride in providing a great experience. There was a welcome basket and everything we needed was at our finger tips. The location is awesome, on the quiet side near the green space. It was so nice to sit in the morning and evenings and absorb nature, plenty of birds, the ocean, and evening a deer that would visit daily while we had our coffee. Great experience.

Our family had the BEST time at lovely Villa del Mare - Our host, Diane, provided many extra touches that contributed to making our stay perfect! Diane was easy to communicate with and she responded immediately to any question we had. The unit was clean, with all the promised amenities - We loved being so close to such a beautiful beach - Thank you Diane! We hope to return in the future!

The condo had everything we needed for a delightful stay! We would definitely rent again.
