I used to love Aptos Nails, clean, revamped, bright and seemingly cheery. Personnel keep changing. Why make an appointment if you wont be seen or serviced on time?? Walk-ins get precedent. Dont do that! If you have appointments, take those people first! Also, a nail spa is where people go to relax. Your business problems are your own, not your customers. Please, be professional. I doubt that Ill return and I cannot refer anyone here. And, they are THE MOST EXPENSIVE NAIL SALON EVER!

Technically the pedicure was very good. But in every other way it was not pleasant to be in Aptos Nails. The staff were neither friendly nor welcoming. The basic pedicure cost more than other places but theyve shortened the massage from the 10 minutes that most other places have to four minutes. When theyre done with the massage your legs are sopping with cream and they just expect you to pull your pants down over the cream as for some reason they just use a hot wet towel on the front of your calves and skip the back. Mostly, I just didnt feel welcomed here.

Really disappointed. I used to like to go in there, but they never have the same personnel anymore, and you can tell they really don’t care. They don’t do good jobs, they put on the gel too thick, they hurt you, and it’s ridiculously expensive for what you get. I haven’t been happy since Covid. Very sad… and angry

My daughter loves it as the nail polishing method was different from her previous experience.

The best pedicures EVER! I have been to so many nail salons and this is my new spot! They are really busy but was able to fit us in for pedicures.

This place is awesome! Connie did my gel polish manicure and it has lasted over 3 weeks with no chips or peels. I have tried many places in the area and most the the nail tech do not know how to apply the gel polish the correct way so the polish chips or peels off after 1 week. My nails still look great after 3 weeks. The salon is also very clean and my husband loves going here to get a pedicure. The staff is nice and the pedicure massage chairs feel amazing.

My husband and I were on vacation in aptos and he saw this nail shop and wanted me to get my nails done, since covid, it had been 6 months since Ive gone. Thee most amazing experience Ive ever had! I went in for a standard mani/pedi and ended up getting the deluxe on both. Highly highly recommend!! My parents came to visit for the night and I took my mom to get the same. It would be worth the 3 hour drive just to come here to get your nails done!!! Thank you Tina for the excellent service!! =)

Connie is THE BEST IN THE FIELD. She is an educator and is incredibly talented at what she does. My mom and I will go to her exclusively as long as we possibly can!

Updating previous review... COVID review: as I signed my life away (pretty much) to enter, they sat me in a chair that had a USED BANDAID on the arm rest. Theyre obviously not cleaning up to protocol. Also, the tools she used on my feet were used. I used to love this place.. but not after today. Pretty disgusted tbh.

Went in for a fill they looked super....the shop is so light and pretty.....my nails were good till about 5 pm....then one started to chip.the chip grew and grew....went in for a repair.....filed it off, no fill on....left with nail repair but not satisfied with how it was done. I won’t be back!

Way too expensive for how poor the pedicure was, not to mention that this place gave me a nail fungus. I know it was this salon because its the only one Ive been to in over a year, and I didnt have one before!

The nail quality is poor. The top coat is peeling off all my nails and it has only been 4 days. Im not happy with them. The service is good but not the quality of the nails. It one one of the females that did mine. My friend did hers with a guy and hers came out great and are fine.

I will never come here again! My pedicare was very rushed. The lady cut my cuticle so deep she made me bleed. She really had the nerve to put acetone on it to clean the blood. It hasnt even been a week and my nail polish on 3 different are chipped. Poor service!

I will always come here - I used to come to them when they were JC Nails, and they were good enough for what I needed at the time, but it seems that now that theyve moved, theyre really upped their game! I love the atmosphere and the staff is so nice & helpful. My mani/pedi lasted a long time and even tho they cost more than they used to, the services are comparable.

Nice people, clean salon. Very polite and apologetic when I pointed out that the pedicure person cut me on top of two toes.The person who did my pedicure cut me on the top of my big right toe and top of 2nd right toe. Both cuts were like paper cuts and I did not see the bleeding in the shop but could feel from the pain. Both cuts bled when I got home. 6 days later I am still treating these nasty cuts with Betadine and air drying. Although the service was friendly and nice the cuts are a deal breaker. NOT recommended. I wasnt smart enough to complain at the time because the cuts seemed minor ~ AVOID!!!

I am using Aptos Nails service for years, always happy with Tins work. Just today, Ive had a mani/pedicure and it looks very good. The present location is clean and beautiful, all equipment new and modern... and the sotto voce Buddhist music was relaxing. Fir me -- a nice experience! Thank you, Tin and team! If I could give negative stars I would. 25 dollar pedicure for a cut toe and to wait an hour for our reservation. I would never recommend to even breath the air near it.

Very expensive mani/pedi and polish peeled off next day.
