This is THE PLACE in the Valley to go for professional car stereo installation. My classic car was a bit of a wiring mess, but the pros at Muntz figured it out. It took longer than planned, but even so the bill was quite reasonable at the end. Very Happy!

Awesome experience! I was having some trouble with my remote start drawing on my battery. With me not driving much due to the pandemic, this was becoming problematic. I had my car into the shop 3 times before they figured out what the issue was and then they messed up disconnecting the remote start. Called Muntz, they took care of it right away, and at no charge! Even though my remote start was installed years ago. Very pleasant experience!

Came here to replace my old JBL stock speakers. The install was quick and the new Rockford Fosgate speakers sound great!The lounge area was spacious enough to stay for the wait with amenities like couch, TV, drinks. I didnt have to go elsewhere.

Had an issue with a truck that got tinted but Dusty called me and offered to take care of me on the next truck I get soon. I will always give 5 stars to a company that rights a wrong no questions asked. Thank you!

I bought and had a Compustar Remote Start unit from Muntz. The cost for the device and the professional installation was very reasonable in my opinion. I got the basic unit, which is more than basic if you ask me. It not only starts my Jeep but can also lock and unlock the vehicle. It has a 1500 ft range and works through the walls of my house even from upstairs. Customer service was awesome. The installer was a super nice guy and had the job done in about 2½ hours.

Wouldn’t waste your time with this place. Had to call three times to even get a real person on the phone and when a guy did answer he was no help at all. Could not even give me a ball park estimate on install or window tinting to figure a timeframe on setting up an appointment. Useless place of business and will only be my last resort!

Window tint was less than satisfactory. I made sure to call around to find a place that could either bevel the tint against the glass or get close enough to the edge to not notice as much and make it look factory. Muntz told me they have a machine to print the exact specifications of tint needed so spacing wouldn’t be an issue. There’s a larger gap than most places without a machine and I’m not happy with the look. Most customers don’t care but I made sure to ask and paid a higher price than average market to address my concerns. Nice customer service and all, just expected less gap and a better job.

Do yourself a favor and go down the road to explosive audio. Muntz is a huge ripoff and I guarantee xplosive will be almost half the cost. Went to Muntz to look at an install and they wanted 1.2k. Like what are they smoking? Xplosive will do it for 700.

I have never had a remote start before. I received one for Christmas, but after having it installed, I didnt think it worked like it should, my parking lights werent coming on all the time. I went into the store and explained the issue. We made an appointment to have it looked at. I will admit it, it was operator error; I wasnt turning my lights all the way off when shutting off my car. The folks at Muntz were wonderful in how helpful and patient they were in explaining what I needed to do. The remote starter was GREAT when it was so cold and my parking lights do come on all the time now. I would highly recommend you getting one and Muntz is a great place to go.

They seem like nice people. Maybe not the best to go to for a remote start on a Manual transmission car. The mechanic showing me the procedures didnt really remember the right steps. Now my car wont recognize my key fob so when I get in it every single time it shuts it off so I have to re start it again. Also any time a passenger closes the door the car shuts off

For the price I paid, i would expect better service. When I came to pick up the truck, they had no idea how the Sirius should work, and the next day I realize my steering wheel controls dont work. I called to ask why they didnt tell me, and the guy didnt even apologize. He said Well we installed what you brought, so its your fault.Seriously, bud? Not even a courtesy phone call to let me know that I might need another part? They had no problem calling me on the other extra parts I needed.I would HAPPILY have paid for extra service or parts! Now Ill have to get another rental car when I take it to a DIFFERENT audio shop to get the rest of the work done.I paid top dollar to get what I hoped would be top notch service and I did not get that - very disappointed and will bring my other vehicles to another company in the future.

Awesome service, Had window tinting done on my truck and wifes car and it is flawless! Matches the factory tint on my Chevrolet great! Everyone was really helpful and very informative. It may have been a few days longer wait to get an appointment compared to others in the valley but I see now it was well worth the wait.

Brought my 2013 Nissan Juke in to have a Compustar T12 remote starter installed. I had originally passed on Muntz and went with another installer in the area because of a $50 price difference. Big mistake!! The original installer had my car for a total of three weeks and was never able to get the remote starter to work correctly. They refunded my money and I drove straight over Muntz and left it with them for the week so they could get to it in whenever they had an opening that week. I was given a call mid week to confirm a few settings and the car was able to be picked up at the end of the week, everything functioning correctly. Muntz is professional, fast and their techs clearly know what theyre doing. Dont make the mistake I did, stick with Muntz.

Normally I dont post reviews, but I had to in this case. Cant say enough about the quality of work and end results that Dustin and the guys did over at Muntz in Appleton. I had a remote start, Alpine powered sub and a Rockford Fosgate amp installed in my 2017 Tacoma Crew Cab. The remote start was for the cold winter mornings. Its great to have the truck warm before I get in. The sub and the amp were to help power the new speakers I installed myself over Christmas. The factory non jbl head unit just didnt have the power and sound quality I wanted even before I replaced the speakers. The factory speakers were just junk. After the work the guys at Muntz did all I can say is Wow! I had no idea what I was missing. The sound is amazing and I can adjust the base to what ever mood Im in with the turn of a nob that was placed by the dash. If you need any kind of upgrades to your vehicle this is the place to go. Thanks for the great work guys.

Dusty was amazing. I had a satilite radio, back up camera, satilite hook up for satilite radio and they replaced my dash lights. They were quick and efficient 😊. I highly recommend them for all your audio and video needs. Ask for Dusty he will take care of you.

Good for the most part. They installed my wifes remote start but mustve disconnected the power mirrors. Luckily they are good people and said theyd wait around for her, after hours even, to fix it right.

After trying to schedule an appointment, i brought up concerns about another vehicle that had been damaged during a tint install. He stated that the guy doing these installs had been there for 25 years and works great. I mentioned that my car is custom and you cant get replacement parts if he were to damage them. While talking with the scheduler, he stated he didnt need my business and to go elsewhere if i didnt want work done by them. Bad customer service.

They installed a remote start and some audio equipment on my truck. Everything works flawlessly, no broken clips or anything on my interior pieces. Had an issue with my bluetooth mic a couple years later (dealership screwed it up) and they fixed it free of charge even though it wasnt their fault. They also replace my remote for my starter for free even though that was MY fault for wrecking it. Pretty rare getting customer service like that these days. Thanks guys!

Went to get a quote for a remote car starter for my VW. My dad came with me the first time and we were quoted around $300 including the VW Part. I went back today to get that part ordered. I was then told it would be around $739. I told the guy there that I was quoted $300 and he said rudely no one here would’ve said that and that it’s only him and one other guy names Quin there. I don’t know where they got their prices, but I called a different place and was quoted $450 for the same thing. I won’t be shopping here anymore.

Needed to have an iDatalink flashed, thats it, all they would have to do is hook it up to their computer and it takes all of maybe two or three minutes and they wanted to charge me over $50!!! ...plain and simple, this is a shop that though it may do quality work will rip you off! I went down the road to Xplosive Audio N Graphix and they did it for 10% of what Muntz wanted to charge me... difference?? Xplosive was just as quality but not in it to rip me off.--As someone who knows a lot about the industry I would NOT recommend Muntz unless you want to pay a premium price, if so then have at it!
