Jeff did an excellent job of describing their product without using high pressure salesmanship, a turn off for my wife and I. He made suggestions and left the decision to us. The work crew showed up on time and worked hard the whole day. The crew worked as a team and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. They did an excellent job of protecting our property and cleaned up well afterwards. Our philosophy of buying local has been proven again.

Im very happy (again) with the work I had done. I had the roof on our house done 11 years ago and was very pleased. So I went with Home Pro again, this time to have our garage roof redone. Jeff did a great job running the job and working on correcting some less than stellar underlayment that was from when an addition was added to the garage.I had taken the day off to work on some other projects and briefly took a break on the tailgate of my truck to watch the crew work. I had a decent size shed that I needed done. After performing half the tear off myself I had realized I was too fat and old for this work anymore. I contacted Home Pro and spoke with Tim. I had some questions and a few requests that Tim was more than accommodating to. He came out and took a look and got me a speedy quote. Once I told them to go ahead he was able to sneak me in and got some guys out in the few days and knock out what took them like 3 hours to finish the tear off, install, and clean up.True testament that no job was too big or too small for them!! Working with Ryan at Home Pro Roofing was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ryan exceeded all expectations. After having a sever hail storm roll through, I called Ryan based on his reviews. He responded and came to check out my roof promptly and told me that he saw inconclusive damage, and asked that I wait to call the insurance company until we had a couple of hard rain storms and some direct sunlight which would help elucidate the presence of damage. After a few weeks and a couple of rainstorms, Ryan came back out and told me that the insurance company would pay to replace my roof. He was 100% correct. He met with the adjuster and they inspected the damage together concluding that I needed a replacement roof and gutters. Ryan then walked me through all of the options and helped me make the right decision for our home. When they came out to replace the roof, it was off and on in 1 day. There were hardly any nails left on the ground, and the cleanup was stellar. The team worked efficiently for over 14 hours even though it was one of the hottest days of the year. 3 days later another major storm hit, and even though some of my neighbors lost rows of shingles, my new roof held sound! Home Pro subcontracted the gutter installation to another local company. The only issue that I had with the gutter installation is that I found a couple dozen screws that they used laying on the ground over the subsequent months. One of these gutter screws ended up puncturing my motorcycle tire about 2 months after the work had been finished. Ryan apologized and offered to cover the tire 100% and pay for a replacement, even though it was really the gutter companys fault. This is what I believe differentiates Home Pro from any other company that I have ever worked with. They surpassed all expectations and earned a 5 star review. They did really well on clean up using leaf blowers, rakes, shovels and picked up anything that they saw. I was asked by Ryan if I could keep his sign in my yard for a week or two for advertising reasons and was told hed send me a gift card for us to go out for dinner if I did. My original proposal was for a new roof at a cost of $1950.00, and than was given senior discount of $100 and a military discount of $100 which bought the cost down to $1795.00. i called the next AM and said go ahead with the job. around 5 that afternoon i received a call saying a mistake had been made and it would cost $1000.00 more. i called the next day and said ok. Well when they bought the contract to me to sign, yet another $200.00 had been added in. I expressed that it was a mistake and they must have taken the military and senior discounts off. I was told no. I said ok. the first mistake ok but no way should the second mistake been made. In my day we called that bait and switch. Roof is fine , clean up fine, done in a timely manor fine. math questionable i was offered some off the contract but was told than that they would not make any money so i said no, also after this review i did get a quick call back and in our talk i was told he said around 1000 more i thought i heard 1000 more. i was offered 250 i said no as i had signed the contract. there add says Exact up-front pricing. i approve the work done just saying get it in writing . first mistake i understand but feel on that call exact pricing should have been there. btw i have no idea where the 250 number came from .ty

Ryan checked in multiple times, both in person and via phone, to make sure we were happy with the progress and addressing any questions we had. On a personal note, the workers on site, both for the roofing and the siding, were all male. This made me initially very nervous, since I was home alone during the day, while the work was being done, and I have had some very negative experiences. Having men I do not know at my home, when I am there alone, is not something I enjoy. There was not a SINGLE TIME during this two week process that I was ever made to feel uncomfortable or unsafe. This is a BIG DEAL, and I feel it needs to be acknowledged! Thank you Ryan and Home Pro Roofing! We LOVE the outcome!!!

We needed a new roof on our home (had a leak by the fireplace) and started the process of exploring the many offerings out there for this service. Since we have a larger home with a number of gables, valleys with steep pitches we were looking for a contractor that was experienced in undertaking projects of this complexity.We explored the internet to come up with a list of roofing contractors we wished to contact. What we found interesting is that all the contractors we talked to told us the same thing, make sure you use a contractor that has experience and understands how to use the roofing products to ensure a quality roofing project.Fortunately, two of our neighbors had new roofs installed while we were exploring contractors and this provided a great way to find out firsthand about the contractor, quality of workmanship and whether they were pleased with the results. Everything came back positive so our decision was easy since they both had used Home Pro Roofing LLC.A new roof has been installed on our home and Home Pro Roofing LLC did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the finished product. Ryan Hawley did an excellent job of answering questions, explaining the process, discussing the products to be used and communicating with us.His roofing crew did an excellent job. They were very considerate of our various landscaping and protected everything. They worked several 12 hour days and made a point of cleaning up after each day. After the job was complete they cleaned up the area around the house so it was as good as it was prior to the installation. Well done!

Had an addition put on the house a 5 years ago, chased leaks for the last 3. Contacted a few roofing contractors got a lot of smoke and mirrors. Met Tim at my home after discussing options & what I wanted them to quote, he went up on the roof and calked up the roof in case we got rain before the roof was repaired in an attempt to stop the leak. Before we were ever given the quote to replace the roof. After reviewing our options and other quotes we. Contracted Home Pro to replace our roof and it was done in one day from start to finish and the cleanup was complete. Tim came out about half way through the job and inspected the work asked if I had and concerns, I had none. They even replace our bird feeders on a stand outside our bay window. Homepro got the job done in a bit over 2 days and the cost was about $2,000 less than the local competitor (they also gave a military discount).
