Great service. Wife and daughter were stranded after an accident on 41. Tow driver was professional and helped them navigate traffic back to his vehicle. After tow they were made welcome and the owner stayed back after hours while waiting for me to drive up from Milwaukee.Professional outfit, were compassionate after accident and above all, very helpful through the entire episode.

My Hyundai SUV broke down and needed to be towed. I have never had to get a tow, so this was a great 1st time experience. They showed up within 10 minutes in the middle of a storm and towed me from Oshkosh to my preferred dealership in Green Bay.Super nice driver, easy credit card payment through Square. I’m no longer nervous about calling a tow, I will just call Noltes again if I need to.

Due to medical issues, my husband was not able to change a tire that blew out on his way to the doctor. I called Noltes and they had someone out to his location and changed the tire in less than 1/2 hour. A job well done!

Danielle went above and beyond! She and her crew took the time to ensure we understood the workings of the 15’ truck and car tow dolly before our departure. We appreciate their expertise that gave us the confidence to arrive safely at our destination 2,000 miles away, which we did!

They charge a $50 day storage fee , but they dont tell you that until you pick up vehicle. They say pick up anytime then charge $35 for someone to meet you. They were professional in other aspects.

Noltes Towing has been providing trailers and trucks each Christmas parade fornus fornthe last couple years. They have been so accommodating and the even let us decorate in thier shop three days before the event. On top of that, our team has used them for towing and other services and they gave us a wonderful discount and as always, thier service has been outstanding. We will using Noltes forever!

I used Noltes to rent a large 26 UHaul truck when I moved. They had the best reviews of other UHaul dealers in the area and I am very pleased with my experience there. They were helpful and professional on the phone as well as in person when I got there to get the truck and to drop it off after I was done with it. The process of picking up the truck took less than 10 minutes and dropping off was even quicker. They already had all of the minor damage on the truck recorded and marked so I didnt have to worry about them saying I damaged anything. I recommend using them if you have any UHaul related needs.

Good options of products. Service was average and location is not ideal but still overall a good company.

They told me they didnt have the keys to the vehicle I was picking up. After spending 5 hours calling around trying to figure out where the keys were I stopped back at noltes in neenah to find out that the keys were inside the building the entire time the guy that open the gate at 10:00 at night found them and told me there was a $40 fee for opening the gate after hours when it was their fault for loosing the keys.

Fast efficient friendly and affordable...driver even drove 1/4 of the mile to come puck me up as a I walking to my vehicle...when I dropped off the vehicle at the garage drove me home saving me a 2 mile walk...

They dispatch was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Also, the tow truck showed up promptly and dealt with things just as expected. Overall I recommend. First time using a towing company and I was surprised that it was that affordable. (Appleton area)

Worst towing company EVER

This pertains to the Oshkosh location.The people were fantastic pulling my plow truckfrom a driveway ditch, which had no markers.Trying to be a good Samaritan and it backfired.Anyway, thanks for the very professional help!!!

Called on the coldest day of the year when no other tow company would take my call. They picked me up at my office, towed my car to a location I could get necessary repairs, and were friendly and professional the entire time. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal staff and service! While having to get towed is unfortunate, they were prompt and courteous when my BMW malfunctioned and left me stranded. If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely be calling them. Highly recommend!

Called because someone else got my car towed, first off the guy couldn’t even find my car. Then when he did he was a complete jerk about the entire situation, and ended up hanging up on me in mid sentence.I would never recommend anyone to sure their service, willingly.

I called 3 different places and they are the cheapest. The guy called when he got to my apartment and he was quick about everything. All in all I was pleased about the service.

Rude on the phone

After stalling out at 9:00 pm on a frigid night I had very fast service (showed up in 30 mins of phone call) from a very friendly and professional technician. Rates are extremely reasonably I was actually surprised at how affordable it was to get a tow. I would recommend Noltes to anyone in need of a tow.

My 20 yr old Buick tore a Belt, killed the battery and stalled me out on a busy road. I get it into a drive way. I called Noltes and 20 minutes later they were there! Towed me from Little Chute to North Appleton, the tow truck driver even let me use his personal cell to call family to let them know I was A-OK. Great service, Will be calling them first next time.

This was not the first time I rented a U-Haul but it was the first time from Noltes. I did self service but was having some troubles and I called as no one was there and the gentleman who answered was awesome. He offered to come out to help me even though he didnt know much about the self service. I would definitely rent from here again!

People never really enjoy their towing experience but let me tell you I enjoyed the whole thing. Everyone involved was kind courteous and over the top helpful it was great.

I can’t speak for their towing services, but this companies general customer service is unbelievably poor. My partner and I rented a U-Haul truck from them for a day, and when we arrived they didn’t even have anyone around to help, and when they came in, said “well I wish we’d had known you were coming” in a sarcastic way. Our reservation was made the day prior, so that was confusing. Upon return of the truck, the man at the counter seemed very displeased to have to get up and do anything to help, and it was an uncomfortable situation.

Over the phone customer service is unprofessional and rude. She was grouchy and didn’t seem to have answer to my question when asked how much it would typically cost to get a vehicle pulled.
