Great Lakes Orthotics does a wonderful job listening and helping their customers. Service is outstanding. I would highly recommend them. I am able to walk pain free with my insoles.

Without them I would be stuck in my wheel chair 24/7. They take time and treat you like family. They understand that your mobility is important. Perry has changed my life. He cares and takes the time to make sure your needs are met. I recommend them. Having a disability is not easy and requires patience. Im walking out with a smile. Yes walking not wheeling.

I love Perry! I have arthritis in both of my feet and Perry is always there for me. Whenever I need new orthotics or even if I need an adjustment. My podiatrist highly recommended Perry, and he did not disappoint.

This rating doesnt even deserve a star but I had to select it in order to post my review. Im going to be bias to some and its ok, maybe youre someone who he likes and wont give you the run around. But Im going to keep it honest and simple. I wouldnt go here. There is always a run around of new secretary not doing their job or insurance blah blah blah. Your orthodics will not be done as promised, he does them when he wants to and sometimes it can go for months. What makes me laugh is, what were seeing him for is paid out of pocket so we dont know why its such a big issue with waiting for insurance when were paying out of pocket. Dont waste your time with this clinic. They have high turn overs and supposedly they are always the victims. How do you keep on having to fire secretaries one after another? Thats a red flag for you new patients of his. Good luck!

Waiting over a year for the doctor to make an orthotic. Keep getting the run around. Lazy lazy lazy. Do not go here if you need it done fast or even relatively fast. My fiance is in pain EVERY DAY and they keep saying that they are waiting on insurance. No, you are dragging your feet because insurance refuses to pay of supplies that you use for other peoples orthotices. The company held onto the prescription for MONTHS before submitting it to insurance. We have retained legal counsel and will be persuing. Please for the love of god, do not use this orthotic doctor.
