So I work for the most amazing company ever. My bosses truly care and put family first. When I started working for Kleenmark I set up to have a few days off after the baby was born. As most people know my wife had complications and my boss was amazing about it. They sent Jen flowers and sent texts emails and called to make sure Jen was doing okay. Never once did he tell me you need to be back to work tomorrow, he told me take as much time as you need and let me know when you are ready to come back to work. Never work for a company like this before and they have made me a loyal employee I truly caring about the welfare of my family! Most employers dont take the time to make sure that their employees are okay, let alone ask about their families and if they do its just to make conversation. Im very grateful for the company that I work for and for the words of wisdom and support that all of my bosses gave me!
