Store is very bright and cheery. Store is kept very clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. Everything you need for a seasonal outdoor patio party, to lots of your wedding, graduation, or baby celebration. Reasonable prices on most products.

One of my new favorite stores. They have a huge selection of costumes, decorations, and everything else you could need for a party. Most of it is color-coded too, which is awesome.

This location is ok and I visit for events when I need something specific. The only downfall is the staff isnt always very helpful if something is out on the shelf. You ask where to find something and they point from the counter. Sometimes it takes multiple trips to get enough of what youre looking for and their deliveries for new stock isnt always on time. Plan ahead!

I just purchased 3 balloons for a birthday. 1 of them looked different than what was shown for the number on the wall. She said they were out of those other ones and these were the new ones. Since it was already blown up I couldnt return it however it is not fitting at all and well be discarding it. It wouldve been nice to have the balloons verified before purchasing and blowing up so I wouldnt have wasted money.

Hate to say it but everything is cheaper on Amazon. The store is always clean and some costumes I cant find and they had them.

I went to the store for some party accessories and they have everything you need. Prices are comparable to other stores but this store has a ton more variety. I would definitely recommend going here. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

This Party City is great!! They have a huge selection of general party items and the seasonal stock is even better!! I just purchased $50 worth of Halloween items and saved $88 because it was the day after. The customer service is phenomenal. The employee the checked me out was very friendly and polite!! I cannot wait for my next trip to Party City.

Went to the place just to look around for some Halloween costumes. Every item in this store, I believe, was marked up very high for what it is. All the items I was interested in they did not have enough of the item or it was not the correct size. Inventory here can be better and is lacking proper management. I had to go looking for an employee to assist me. I was there for a total of 25 minutes before any interaction with staff occurred.

Lacking in selection sadly, but if you wanna piece something together its not too bad.

We stop here for all of our party needs. Plus I have bought my sons Halloween costume here for the last 7 years and he has always been very impressed with the selection and the quality.

Decent selection

The Appleton location has been out of helium the past three times I’ve stopped this winter! Out of helium, they make excuses about their vendor, and do not have any idea when they’ll get more in. Balloons are a huge part of their business and therefore, completely unacceptable for this to keep happening! I understand once, but three different times? Different months! I will be taking my business elsewhere. They have definitely lost a customer since there is no reliability.

Great selection, but employees are incredibly rude! I came in for my balloon order, and it was not ready.. they told me it wasnt time to pick up, but it was ten minutes past. Im still waiting, and it has been half an hour. They told me that they didnt like to do confetti balloons because its inconvenient for them, so they would rather I pick something else.. I definitely recommend going elsewhere for balloon orders. Should have gone local.UPDATE: I waited almost an hour after pick up time for my balloons. Go somewhere more dependable!

The selections are good. Plus you cant beat the prices. The have more to offer than you can imagine!

2 items in my pick up order were cracked which told me they didnt check them before they packaged them for me. Items rang up incorrectly. I had to wait for staff at register for help before no one else was around. Their were still sale stickers up for items that were no longer on sale. The store was clean and well organized.

Great selection but horrible counter help. No one else waiting to checkout but me and the girl behind the counter wouldnt take the time to do it and just ignored me while I stood right in front of her. When she finally did it she was not even close to being friendly...time for the owner to get new help.

Awful return policy. Stopped to get last minute costumes for my 2 children day before Halloween. Youngest came home sick Halloween day so he didnt go out in his costume. However, there are no returns allowed after the 31st. The only place to see this policy is on the website. Nice fine print. I get not wanting people to return holiday items just to get their money back the day after for one use, but this was NEVER used and will not fit next year. I will not be making any purchases in the future.

Waited a half hour for a few simple balloons to be blown up while 3 employees waited on other people. One disappeared at one point, others stood talking for a while, laughed as balloons exploded and stood there with confetti all over and customers waiting.

I was never at party city, you idiots!! At least track where we go instead of assuming everything cause we drove by. Completely irrelevant data you collect. People pay you for this data? Level two idiots.

Had the gag gift I needed, Im sure they will have yours.

Placed an order on 7-18-16 for 2 balloon packages with a mini weight (Pick up for 8-6-16). Plenty of time and advance order. Showed up time and date to pick up packages but only 1 package was ready. Showed the cashier my receipt and I had to ask where was the 2nd package. She was hesitant to tell me and I saw 2 workers looking for the package (one that is not blown up) behind the counter. They couldnt find it and one of the ladies came up to me (not even apologizing that they didnt have it) but told me I had 2 choices. Obviously if theres a weight placed in the order of the package with a glider (gliders dont need weight) there was something off about the order. Plus the weight I chose in the packages was gone! Service needs improvement and if a manager was there, which Im sure was the other guy working didnt even step up to apologize but walked away like he didnt care (which he didnt obviously).
