The only thing positive I can honestly say about Crunch is thanks to the dedicated maintenance staff it keeps extraordinarily clean. At no other point of of my membership did I feel appreciated like I do at other gyms. Hope your experience was better than mine! For those reasons I give it a one star.

I was nervous about getting back into shape/going to a gym but this is the most friendly, most comfortable, clean, professional and well staffed gym I’ve ever been to. I love coming here!

What can you say thats negative about this place? There are plenty of free weights & machines no matter how busy it is so youre often not left standing around waiting. The staff is super friendly which makes you wanna go in even more.

Great variety of group fitness classes with awesome, motivating and personable instructors. Friendly faces at the front desk always provide a warm greeting and send off on the way out the door. Love the 30 minute circuit. Kids Crunch is also fabulous. Clean equipment and locker rooms. Best gym I’ve belonged to in the valley!

I cannot say enough about Crunch. I absolutely love their options for classes and the variety of times they have available. They offer group classes and small group classes that I really enjoy. I typically go to the 5am and 5:30am classes and the instructors are all super friendly and upbeat. It is also a very clean gym and the bathrooms/locker room is always neat and picked up. From the time you enter the gym, to the time you leave - the employees always have a smile on their face and are always available to help with any questions.

Absolutely love Crunch! It’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. The instructors and employees are always so nice. They offer a great range of classes. The Kids Crunch area is also the best I’ve seen. It’s my favorite gym and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been a loyal member since they practically opened and now they are forcing me to pay more because of upgrades that I dont even use/dont have access to with my basic membership anyways. You will now be losing not only me but many other loyal customers because youre forcing people to pay more when other gyms in the area are more affordable and arent crapping over loyal members.

Best place to be at, get peak and you can take anyone with you as a guest. They have free weights up to 120 ib unlike those other girly gym which only have their max weight up to 70ib

Love CRUNCH! No other fitness facilities offer as many fun classes at a great low price! They have something for everyone here (except a pool) and has a very friendly and according atmosphere! The facility are nice and new, and they are serious about the cleanliness!

Crunch is great!! Love the layout, the friendly staff and awesome instructors! Its always clean and even on busy nights there is usually no wait to use the machines or equipment you want. The childcare is great as well and there are many things for 7/8 yr old boys to do. My son had made many friends and gets excited to go with me.

Nice gym. Very clean. A little crowded at times but you can usually get to what you need. Younger crowd but theres a few of us older types too.

My wife and I joined Crunch after being members of another gym for more than 10 years. I was a bit hesitant but its been well worth it. We pay $24.99/ month each. We both receive tanning, hydro massage and various, instructor lead classes are also included. One on one personal training is available for an additional charge as is child care. This is, without a doubt, the cleanest and best gym I have belonged to. Their staff is friendly, helpful and always make us feel welcomed. The majority of the members are respectful, wipe down equipment and pick up after themselves. They do a nice job at maintaining the equipment and have a relative quick turnaround on repairing equipment that is broken.

I just did a tour today. The place looks nice. A lot of variety for working out. Tons of machines plenty of space. And the staff that I talked with today seem courteous and friendly and seem like they want me to succeed. I meet Monday with a personal trainer and I can not wait to get started.

I have been working with Wendy (trainer) for the last 3 months. She has been excellent to work with. I have had back issues for the last 1.5 years, and she has been working closely with me to correct some of my issues. She listens very well and is extremely knowledgable. The facility itself is the nicest I have ever been a member of. I travel 25 minutes just to workout here.

First and foremost, the facility is kept exceptionally clean and well maintained. The welcoming staff feel more like having a second family. I actually look forward to seeing them every day. The trainers are driven, extremely personable, and really down to earth. Their equipment offers a huge variety for all levels of fitness and skill levels. Whatever your goals may be Crunch has what you need to get there at a value that has no match in this area 💪

Nice equipment, plenty of space, and LARGE ROOMY locker rooms that its most serious competitor would die for. (...but they DID just institute a 50% price increase of their most basic membership!) For now, at least, I am staying!

I worked with Wendy, a trainer at Crunch for a year. She is very knowledgeable about improving peoples overall fitness. After weight training sessions with her I lost weight, gained overall strength, and know how to safely and confidently continue this success. I really enjoy the group fitness component to this gym! The Looped In and Float n Flow classes were challenging, upbeat, and energizing. It definitely introduced new movements and helped with strength and endurance-building.

Absolutely love working out at Crunch Fitness! The employees are very helpful and kind, and the great variety of equipment is always clean. I train with Wendy Tate, and she does an amazing job of keeping me on track for my goals, personalizing workouts to my needs, and motivating me at every session. Highly recommend personal training for those who believe they will benefit from guidance at the gym!

Okay honestly. I go to the gym to work out, that’s priority #1 no doubt, but the women at crunch are hands down 12/10’s compared to any other gym! Makes it hard to get work done sometimes.*correction* this gym is 5/5 stars. Made awesome friends immediately. Currently my favorite gym hands down

Staff and PT Instructors are great! Really helped me get motivated again and set realistic goals. I travel a lot and I was worried about joining a club and doing PT as a waste of money. They worked around my schedule and no surprise charges. Highly recommended if you work out of town and are not in the mood to play games with contracts.

Best gym I have ever had a membership at. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel super comfortable. Lots of different options here to fit many different needs. There is also a child care center which makes it super convenient for parents! Would recommend this gym to absolutely anyone.

For a total gym in any city, big or small this is a very well equipped gym. Hard to argue the value of it as well. you will be impressed no matter what level you are at. Everything is well spaced, you are not jammed next to machines like other gyms this size on the area

Loved the group fitness classes, Looped In and Float n Flow facilities in particular. They had the right amount of people, they werent too packed. Instructors were helpful and made the workouts challenging. Would highly recommend the classes and the gym to anyone in the area.

I walk in and they always know me! Great staff, great environment, great location; it’s just an awesome place! I do think it would be a great idea to build a coffee shop right next to it, or even inside!

Although I reside in Stevens Point, I spend the majority of my work week in the Fox Valley. I frequent this gym during lunch! Always a great atmosphere! Friendly staff and never too crowded from 10AM-2PMish. Due to the variety of equipment...this place is highly recommended to anyone...and at any level of fitness!

This is a Fantastic gym!!! Great array of equipment, nicely spaced out so you don’t feel on top of each other. Equipment is all in great shape, I sure hope it’s members keep it this way and that the maintenance fees take care of anything that needs rapair.

Crunch is by far the best gym In the valley. With friendly staff, excellent childcare, clean and bright natural light. Mrs. Lois is amazing my son is having a hard time being away from me and she has been so understanding helping to get him adjusted and hopeful we can get back in the gym routine again.

Crunch has an energetic and enthusiastic staff and there equipment is pristine. We switched from Xperience, and the different was like night/day. I can’t say enough good things about Crunch Appleton! I have been a member for a little over a year now and have used the equipment, taken group fitness classes and accessed personalized nutrition and personal training sessions. I have learned a lot in a year. I will give a shout out to my trainer, Wendy, who is amazing. She has helped me lose 3% of my body fat and several inches in just one month. If you have ever thought about getting a trainer, don’t wait like I did...get signed up!

So far so good. Great staff and the kids crunch is really nice with wonderful staff. Love that they engaged my kiddos in an art project not just let them play with toys the entire time. The gym is very clean.

The best gym in town.

I first experienced Crunch when they hosted the Snowdrop run and was referred by Mariah Luedtke and wished I had joined sooner. The prices are reasonable and the small group classes are excellent. The gym is so big with so many different types of equipment and workout spaces and classes for all interests. I love a gym that is accommodating and friendly and gives back to the community. Oh yeah and the hydro massage is amazing too!!

Crunch Fitness is by far the best gym in town. They have duplicate equipment for just about everything, they offer things that you have never seen before, and every single person who works here/works out here is extremely nice and always willing to help if any questions arise. Proud to say I am a member at Crunch Fitness in Appleton!

I love this gem! All of the machines are kept up impeccably, their kids crunch in-house daycare is stocked full of great toys (not junkie beat up ones like most the other gyms in the valley… Other gyms it seems like the daycare is always an afterthought) and they do activities and art projects with the kids, they have an awesome functional training area and small group training as a monthly unlimited option, they have huge floor-to-ceiling windows where natural light just floods in, everything is brand new and feels clean, and you can tell the staff enjoys being there… Everyone is so friendly and always smiling. They also do a great job on making your suggestions feel heard. They are definitely open to feedback to make the gym and classes even better. I also love how huge the group fitness studio is! Its the size of half of a gymnasium. They even have Astroturf and a weighted sled. This Gym can accommodate almost any type of activity/workout youre looking for.

I have been a member since they opened! The staff is always friendly and willing to show you how to use equipment correctly ! I recently started working out with a member that I met there , she too is very helpful and has pushed me to do more ! Josiah always is so incouraging! Great community of people !

I started the gym like everyone at the beginning of the year. Love the gym, staff very nice and fun, and the gym is always clean the only complaint I would have is the time of the group classes. Majority of the classes are either really early in the morning pre 7 a.m. or early evening after 5 p.m. the only reason why this is an issue is Im a second shifter for work. Other than that as I stated above I havent had any issues with the gym and I really like going here.

Overall a great gym for a great price. The staff is friendly and the gym is kept clean. I dont care for the limited hours and they do adjust the hours a lot too. My biggest complaint is all the machines are placed so close together, weights too, not just cardio. You practically hit other people when doing reverse flys. Squat bars always filled up which is the main reason I joined. I have equipment at home but wanted to up my weights. Never had a chance though. Ive tried coming in on different days and times and its always crowded regardless. Thats what you get though when you join lower priced gyms. If you want to do serious workouts and not fight for equipment or space Id highly suggest paying a little more and going somewhere else.

Been a member since October 2017. I’ve always been blown away with the professionalism of the staff and instructors. The gym and locker-rooms are cleaned numerous times per day. There are plenty of cardio machines, weights, and classes for everyone. Since going hard on my weight loss in 2018 I am down 40 lbs with no stopping in sight. I am originally from Waterford/Lake Geneva area, thought I was going to be hard to make new friends but that hasn’t been the case. I encourage you to come check out Crunch.

I used to go to Experience fitness but after a buddy gave me a 3 day pass I got a membership after only 2. The layout is much better, the machienes are extremly well maintained (unlike my old gym), the staff is excellent, and its 10,000 times cleaner. I cant say enough about Wendy! Shes awesome!! Wendy is more than happy to give advice and input so you get the most out of your workout. All in all Id recommend Crunch to anyone looking for a great gym! This place is killer!!!

We love Crunch! Even my kids bug me to go just to play in the play place! We switched from another gym and I feel Crunch is a lot less intimidating! The staff are wonderful and the classes are a blast!!

I recently switched from another area gym, and I am glad Ive done so. This place has all of your typical strength and cardio equipment (weight machines, power stations, treadmills, ellipticals, etc.) But what I love is the non traditional equipment that it also has. There are battle ropes, a rope climbing machine, a tire flip machine, gymnastic rings, a punching bag, and much more. If youre content with the typical gym, this is as good as any. But if youre like me and like to play around and switch things up, this is great!

Great atmosphere, so bright and clean with a huge selection of equipment and classes. Kids Crunch is the best, always have fun activities and crafts for the kids!

I joined Crunch in August 2018 and so far I love it. they are very helpful if you have any questions and they have childcare for cheap. I cant tell its a judgement free gym. they have all the equipment for all my needs and with my membership I can do group workouts, I can tan, and use the hydromassage bed. I would definitely recommend it.

Ive been a member of Crunch since before they opened. Over the years, Ive belonged to at least 7 different local gyms that I can recall. Not until Crunch have I remained a member for more than 3 years! The value absolutely cant be beat. I love bootcamp-style classes and Ive paid over $100 a month to do them elsewhere. Crunchs top membership is only $34.95. You just cant beat it. I love it so much Im now an instructor as well. Come check it out!

I enjoy the gym good atmosphere and clean equipment the only downside I would say is the hours a lot of people work 12 hr shifts which make the weekend hours inadequate.
