As a REALTOR, I find Closing & Title Services to be extremely professional, very responsive, consistently accurate and overall an A+++ organization. The staff AND owner go out of their way, often way out of their way, to make sure that their customers are taken care of. If youre in business and want an example of how to do the right things, the right way...look here. Oh, and they manage to make closings FUN too!

We paid extra to have them ensure that the money was wired to the bank for the closing on our next home. After several days it still hadnt been done. We had to call, have them look into it, and fix it. Pretty sure I shouldnt have to call and check up on you to make sure you do your job right. And if I do, then maybe a refund is in order. 😡
